I really enjoyed Premise, the tasks and how easy it was to cash out. Unfortunately, after trying to install Premise on my new phone and forgetting the correct email, after I put in the incorrect email, it flagged the system saying I was trying to create a new account, breaking the terms I agreed to. I explained this to support but they ignore me, refusing to answer. This has happened to others I've spoken to. This would be a great app if they would work with the people who provide their data.

They are very professional and very kind! You can make a few quick dollars or if you have a little extra time to put in, do an assignment where you make higher pay. I'm glad that the issue with PayPal was finally resolved. I would not have gotten as upset had there been more communication.... (The day you told me it would be resolved it didn't resolve until 3:45 a.m. the next morning) I really enjoy this app and doing the simple tasks on it can be a great little boost to your income. It won't pay your bills, but it will allow you to have some spending money to maybe do some nice things for yourself.

I've been using this app for about a month, month and a half. I love it, and hate it. I have made a good bit of money. But I've also had some problems. This app loses 1 half star, for the $5 tasks that seem to be impossible to do. I'd rather just have more of the $1 and $2 tasks and the 25 cent surveys, they're actually doable. 1 half star, for a few tasks that disappeared from my completed list, without being approved or rejected. And, 1 star for the tech support that tried to lie to me.

This is the absolute BEST earn money app that exists!! Surveys are plentiful,short,and easy to complete,the Locate tasks are also plentiful,easy to find,and very simple to complete.You have to get ten bucks to cash out,but with surveys,and tasks being so plentiful,to cash out once a week is no problem at all,and it wouldn't be hard to cash out twice a week, depending on how long it takes to get a task approved.Regardless,this app rates FIVE STARS from me,and if I could,I would rate it a TEN!!!

A great app Over-all I would give it 5 stars but the network issues will usually chase me off the app, if I will stay around and be patient, this would be just fine, but I just want to do surveys and tasks without a single network, or syncing error. Hope this review helps not only other people, but to Premise's team to help better understand our interface with the app.

Superb! I've had this app for a while and never tried to cash out...I just made my VERY FIRST Payout! Looking through the reviews, payput problems have been ongoing for the past 2 perhaps 3 days, customer service jeeps asking people to log a ticket to report the problem. Whats the point of logging when the problem dont get solved ... I really wonder. Are you guys stopping payout? Dont gove robotic answers, give us an update on the problem.

Been using this app for almost 3 years and honestly I could say this is the best survey app out there. The platform is user friendly and in case of any complaints their customer service replies back very fast. One thing I would have love is if they create room for a kind of referal system.
