I've been a digital subscriber for years. Since changing from iPhone to Samsung, I haven't been able to access my subscription through the app. It tells me that no subscription can be found in my Google Play account. I've contacted numerous people and departments from the customer service team and no one has been able to help. I'm very disappointed!

Had to sign up for a Desney account to get nat geo. Now I get spam from Disney and subscribe/this is your last article notices from Netgeo emails. Worst is that I can't stop the Disney account with out losing net geo. Otherwise the articles for now seem ok.

Very difficult to access. After you have paid for the service cannot access the pay content. After multiple contacts with CS asking for a refund.

Not opening, tells me to sign in, then that I don't have a subscription, I just restarted it, the web site accepts my sign in and tells me how wonderful the app is.

One star because zero is not an option. Nothing more than a bait and switch for a paid app. When they get your email for registrations, the is no way to unsubscribe from their constant barrage of garbage. One star is far too generous...

App is pretty to look at but is so much less usable than reading in an internet browser. Many internal links to past articles are broken, you can't zoom in on the amazing photographs, and all sorts of buggy things happen literally every time you open then app. (Most recently, the app has been cutting off the left- and right-hand margins so that reading the articles becomes a bit of a guessing game.) I have also had difficulties linking my subscription to the app. So frustrating.
