　　自107年3月14日起，新增「設備綁定服務-郵保鑣」交易安控機制，使用e動郵局「非約定轉帳」、「繳費(稅)」、「預約無卡提款序號」及「i郵箱繳費」交易時，透過已完成設備綁定的「郵保鑣APP」輸入「郵保鑣密碼」進行身分驗證，毋須再輸入「憑證密碼」及「簡訊密碼」進行驗證。原已安裝有效憑證且符合使用條件者，得直接申請轉換使用「設備綁定服務-郵保鑣」，歡迎多加利用。

　　自106年8月1日起，「e動郵局」APP於首頁新增「預約專區」功能，提供「預約開戶」、「預約更換印鑑」、「預約儲金簿掛失補副」、「預約儲金簿掛失補副及更換印鑑」及「預約存款繼承」功能，歡迎多加利用。

　自105年12月12日起，「e動郵局」APP新增功能及作業調整如下：
一、新增「ATM無卡提款服務」功能，臨櫃或於網路ATM啟用ATM無卡提款服務後，可預約無卡提款序號並於有效時間內至本公司ATM提領現金，歡迎多加利用。
二、使用ATM無卡提款服務，須申請網路郵局帳號及安裝「e動郵局憑證（以下簡稱憑證）」。首次申請憑證或終止後再次申請者，須本人攜帶國民身分證、儲金簿及原留印鑑至任一郵局(非通儲戶請至立帳局) 辦理，皆免收費。
三、如須使用「非約定轉帳」、「繳費（稅）」、「i郵箱繳費」及「無卡提款」交易，請先申辦憑證，其餘交易皆免使用憑證。

　　自105年9月20日起，網路郵局、e動郵局「綜合儲金存簿轉定期」轉存本金之單筆金額及每日/每月合併累加存款金額調整為不逾新臺幣500萬元(網路郵局與e動郵局轉存本金金額併計)。

　　自104年7月1日起，「e動郵局」APP於首頁新增「健康好郵人」功能，提供BMI、卡路里計算及太極拳教學等相關功能，歡迎多加利用。

　　自104年4月1日起，「e動郵局」APP於「集郵專區」項下新增「郵政博物館」功能，提供參觀資訊、展覽活動、郵博快訊等相關資訊，歡迎多加利用。

　　自103年12月15日起，「e動郵局」APP於「集郵專區」項下新增「集郵活動快訊」功能，提供新郵訊息、郵票展覽、集郵行銷活動等相關資訊，歡迎大家多加利用。

　　自103年11月14日起，「e動郵局」APP於「優惠活動」項下新增「郵政VISA金融卡優惠商店」查詢功能，可查詢離我最近的優惠商店，歡迎多加利用。

　　自103年9月30日起，「e動郵局」APP於「壽險與房貸」項下新增「預約投保」功能，可指定辦理郵局及聯絡時間，歡迎多加利用。

　　自103年8月13日起，「e動郵局」APP新增功能如下：
一、「綜合儲金存簿轉定期」功能新增「分期付息」定期存款種類，歡迎多加利用。
二、e動郵局App新增儲金簿、金融卡及定期存單掛失功能。

　　 自103年7月1日起，「e動郵局」APP新增查詢功能如下：
一、於「客戶服務」項下新增「信筒(箱)設置地點查詢」功能，可依當前位置查詢附近郵筒或依設置地點查詢，信筒作業時間說明如下：
（一）普通信筒(箱)周休二日及例假日停止收攬作業。
（二）限時信筒(箱)3日(含)以上連續假期之第2日期起停止收攬作業。
二、於「郵件查詢」項下新增「郵政專用信箱掛件數量查詢」功能，可查詢尚未領取之郵件明細資料，歡迎多加利用。

　　自103年4月2日起，「e動郵局」APP新增查詢功能如下：
一、於「帳戶查詢」項下新增「VISA金融卡對帳單查詢」功能，可查詢當月及最近3個月份之刷卡消費及國外提款明細資料，歡迎多加利用。
二、於「集郵專區」項下新增「集郵電子商城」連結，提供集郵電子商城網頁行動化功能。
　
　　自103年1月2日起，本公司調整「e動郵局」作業及收費如下：
一、為簡化e動郵局登入作業，已申辦「網路郵局」服務者，得憑「網路郵局帳號、密碼及使用者代號」登入並啟用e動郵局服務。
二、除「非約定轉帳」及「繳費（稅）」交易須先臨櫃申辦憑證外，其餘交易皆免使用憑證。
三、基於使用者付費原則，申辦金融憑證將酌收服務費新臺幣100元，嗣後辦理金融憑證「補發」及「展期」均免再收費，惟「終止」後再次申請應予收費。

　　自102年9月26日起，e動郵局APP新增「劃撥儲金」及「綜合儲金」交易功能，並開放劃撥儲金帳戶（限個人戶）申辦憑證。新增服務項目如下：
一、劃撥儲金
（一）查詢劃撥結餘、轉帳約定帳戶、劃撥收支詳情單、支票兌付明細、單筆支票及託收票據詳情。
（二）約定及非約定轉帳、單次預約轉帳（限已申請約定受撥帳戶者）、單次預約轉帳查詢/撤銷。
二、查詢存簿儲金託收票據詳情
三、查詢定期存單資料
四、綜合儲金
（一）綜合儲金定期存款查詢/變更/解約。
（二）綜合儲金存簿轉定期。

　　自102年6月27日起e動郵局APP新增下列功能：
一、存簿及定期帳戶查詢，存簿帳戶已登摺資料、本日交易資料、六個月內交易明細、彙總登摺交易明細查詢及局內/跨行約定轉帳帳戶編輯、終止。
二、非約定轉帳、預約轉帳（含定期定額轉帳且限已申請約定受撥帳戶者）及預約轉帳查詢、撤銷。
三、繳費（稅）：勞工保險費、繳納國民年金、勞工退休金、繳健保費、學雜費、就業安定費、網路(事後)付款及繳稅。
四、帳戶基本資料管理。
五、壽險保單查詢：保單基本資料、保費墊繳現況、保單借款現況、可借款限額查詢。

　　102年3月28日e動郵局APP新增存簿帳戶可用結餘查詢、未登摺交易明細查詢、約定轉帳、繳納郵局代收款、一般繳費、繳台電電費等功能，歡迎下載使用。本次新增功能因涉及客戶儲金帳戶資料，必須登入e動郵局系統才能使用，客戶如需使用，請親持國民身分證、儲金簿、原留印鑑至郵局(非通儲戶請回立帳局)辦理申請網路郵局網路帳號及憑證(限個人帳戶申請)，如已是網路郵局用戶，僅須再申請憑證即可。
　

為維護網路交易安全，e動郵局採用TLS 1.1及TLS1.2加密協定作為資料傳輸保護機制，目前最低支援作業系統版本為 Android 5.0或iOS 9.0以上版本，建請使用者先行提升作業系統版本。

e動郵局APP使用權限說明：
一、位置：服務據點服務須使用該權限。
二、相機：繳費(稅)服務、i郵箱繳費及台灣PAY服務須使用該權限。
三、電話：撥打客服專線須使用該權限。
四、通知：推播功能須使用該權限。
五、行動數據：網路功能須使用該權限。
六、儲存：台灣PAY服務、記憶登入帳號、開啟APP之防毒提醒、健康好郵人及儲存裝置相關設定功能使用。
七、生物辨識：快速登入服務須使用該權限。
