This has stopped working for us and no one is prepared to own the problem. Don't buy it as it will bring out any not loving your neighbour feelings. It used to work but no one answers messages, or emails. I'm so sad to have to say this, we have two printed versions at offer price of £200 for two years and our digital version has stopped working and can't be fixed. julian.round@gmail com awaiting a fix, but not holding my breath...Amen.

I keep getting the message "Error loading. Touch to retry" and, when I do "touch to retry" I get the same message......again, and again, and again. Is there a solution for this problem ?

Single issue wouldn't load this time no matter what. I've been I've been refunded by Google. *Edit: it's now allowed me to successfully rebuy and download it more than 12 hours later thankfully.

Really wouldn't recommend this app. Too much frustration trying to get it to work. After I paid for the subscription I was asked to log in. Google login did not work. Forgotten password link does not work - it gives an error message. Magnificat support in US no help at all. Finally after three days I got help from Dennis at Catholic Herald who actually only deal with the print subscription.

I love Magnificat and its content. I downloaded the app and the free month was fine. When I tried to subscribe my subscription was taken but the app would not give me access to the new month's content. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall but this did not work. Additionally I was incorrectly billed for a month subscription as well as a year. I have been refunded the year subscription but not the month and still no access. Using Android.

Update: March 12 release has solved the problem. In earlier release, I encountered same issues like others here. Paid yearly subscription via googlepay but unable to access. No further instruction given. Click forgot password shows error with truncated message. I've tried reinstalling the app as tried by other reviewers but problem persists.

took my money for annual subscription. no option in app to register. when i registered on the magnificat website. It says i have no subscription. cant seem to tie the Google play store account to my magnificat account even though im using the same email address
