Hitachi technicians are rude, do not have any information from Company & they will ask you to pay for all services for which you have already paid hefty price to Hitachi. Response rate is pathetic, multiple escalations made to highest management and still both my Hitachi ACs have problems with one of them not working for last 2 months. The technicians will only repair if product is in warranty, and will replace parts as soon as it's out of warranty - it's a good money making business.

Poor quality air conditioner . Either you will get a technician after 15 -20 days or you may not get a technician also . Very poor and pathetic service .

Scammers!! Extremely poor service provided by the company . If you call customer care and they provide a technician, he is only concerned about putting visiting charge of rupees 500 in his pocket. After which none of the technical team members will pickup the call and the customer care would say only technical team can help you. All in all they are gonna make customer run from one pole to another because he has done a mistake of buying their product

Worst co. .. Hitachi india Ac doesn't care about their customers. Worst customer support and worst technical support .we had purchased split Ac one month back and from 15 days it was not working .we had filed complaint through their ''so called customer care no." And their technician visited also told us that he will visit again next day with team members but unfortunately its been a week now we are daily calling and talking to customer executives and that technician but no one is picking calls
