Shittiest app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It's expensive and doesn't work 99% of the time. It drops calls, both regular and video. Now every day at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, it won't give me the option to call at all. Before it would shut off at 10 pm. So it's obvious that it's the app and not the jail. I firmly believe they think it's funny because they know it's the only way people can communicate with their loved ones. If you have the ability to, don't waste your time.

Slow as hell doesn't respond have to constantly backtrack and if you get one digit wrong start all over. nitpicky and doesn't even tell you what's wrong you have to go through five or six times till you figure it out. Every time I try to video visit, the "video call" feature is not there, yet it is on non visiting days of course you can't use it then. When I message text support they tell me to use a computer but you need Adobe flash which is no longer available to use. I have not been able to visit in weeks. Yet they have no issues taking my money. This app is a scam!

It's horrible! I would give it negative stars if that were an option. it's ridiculously expensive for one, and two, make a call option is not always on there. Or it won't let the call go through. I will be deleting this stupid app as soon as the money on my account is gone! If I can even wait that long. I've emailed them several times without any response and without the problem being fix. Don't waste your money by downloading it!!

Worst app ever ! It constantly says your debit card is denied but charges you $8.95 for something you did not get . And when you try to get ahold of customer service you have to wait days for a email reply (because they do not have a phone number)that states no charges where made to your account. It's literally a fight to be able to use this app . Absolutely worthless!! I had rate with one star but it would be negative 5 stars if possible

This App does not function as it should. The charges are far above the FCC regulations limits. When there is problems. Which is constant. Email is the only form of communication with the company. They do not fix anything. They need to be reprimanded at the very least. Pay back all users of the app for all fees paid above legal limits. This app is great and I would give it 5 stars however, during the visiting house for my facility the ability to make a video call using the app gets cut off at 2pm when the hours are open from 8am to 8pm. If you use the desktop site or a computer then you can still video chat from 2-8pm just not using the ICC app. And then I have submitted 3 tickets requesting that this be fixed via email and have never had a response nor has it been fixed. There is no phone number for customer service.
