I understand that there are glitch-less versions of this game that you pay for, but if you want a great gaming experience without the additional costs then the FIVE-BN GAMES (free to play) versions are the way to go!!! Oh dear....I do love this game, and I really enjoyed playing the first one. But you have spoilt the experience big time. Even the games I have gone back to have been spoilt. Having to buy coins seriously messes with the enjoyment. I can see from your point of view that it is very lucrative. . Now I have finished the main game and you have the fall to ask me to pay to unlock it. Totally not free in any way at all. This is the last time I will play a game using coins. You end up spending more!

I thought it was a just a plain point and click hidden objects game and you had to pay after a certain point. Nope. It's sort of a short game when you use hints but even longer if you can hold out and try to figure the puzzles out yourself. I'm addicted to these games that I've already played all the Lost Lands editions and working on all th darkness and flames. It's super fun and challenging. Get it, get it all!!!

The developer makes good games in general, but this one is annoyingly unfair. It took my money several times because puzzeles I solved did not yield an item until I was forced to choose "SKIP". I then purchased 50 coins, used about 5, but when I exited the game and returned I only had 5. WTH? Three other times I purchased FIVE-BN bonus games and once I closed and returned, I was told that I need to play the game before I can play the f'in paid bonus game.

froze at beginning. you cannot restart the game either, nor can you use free hints to skip a part unless you wait 6 minutes between each and every coin that you want to use until you get to 10. not waiting an hour to get past the issue. this is the 4th or 5th game ive played from them. most are pretty good but some things really make no sense. hence you HAVE to use clues.

I think it's way past time that corrections should have been made on the ambulance scene, as persons have been complaining for months. The fact that no one has done so and there has been no response to your customers, speaks volumes of your cooperate responsibility and shows a clear lack of disregard and insensitivity to your customers. I get to the flower puzzle in the attic. Solve it. Nothing happens. Go to check the hint and when I go back all the flowers are blacked out and I can't continue. Glad it happened before I spent more time.

Played all 3 games in the series. Beautiful artwork, with the exception of the find its, no puzzel is repeated within each game. There are a few annoying glitches such as getting randomly kicked out of puzzels for making a wrong move. Most annoying is having to pay for the bonus chapters even after unlocking them. Overall, a great set of games.

Pretty cool story line escape game. Fairly easy to follow. Some key items are harder to find than others but with persistence they come up. I think this is partly because certain items can only be found within a certain sequence of events. So you need to backtrack and research areas you have already visited. Overall a great game.

Same thing happened to me as other people. Game stopped at the ambulance. Would accept any numbers but 999. Tried numerous things but wouldn't work. Deleted it and downloaded again but the game started st the beginning. I wasnt going through it again just to get stuck at the ambulance!

Great storyline, great graphics, great mini-games and challenges. Has me on the edge of my seat. Only frustrating thing is having to go back 3 scenes to finish a puzzle and then forward 2 scenes to find a part for a different puzzle. You're constantly going forward and backward, and you never know when you've finished with a scene. It becomes hard to keep up with. I had to start making lists from each scene... Other than that, great game!

Great graphics but the game had a glich in the room I have to plant the seed for the antidote, I placed all the flowers in the right order and then in the upper right hand box it revealed a seed. Unfortunately, I cannot collect the seed. I keep clicking and clicking bug it does nothing. Had to uninstall the game. Very disappointed!!!😡

5bn games are expensive compared to others of same genre. I've enjoyed them up to a point but got sick of having to go backwards & forwards over long distances 'constantly'. Don't be fooled by the 'free' versions as you end up spending a whole lot more. The hints are non existent, bar approx 5 unless you buy them. You need 10 to bypass mini games some which defy comprehension. To play without the hints is difficult unless you have endless patience & time on your hands which I don't so I give up.

You don't give enough hints for the money. You don't give easy game play either. On top of everything else you take a hint away just to find out where to go next. The other game people doesn't charge anything. They certainly don't drain the hint area for directions! I buy games not hints! Deleting all three of the darkness and flame!

The game is OK, but those annoying controls. Sorry, but I cannot stand it. You have to play mini-games with extremely care if you don't want the back arrow come into your way, you have to click and click and click again in those maps to move location. Actually it happens to all your games. Very dissapointed.

weaker than bn's other games. this had more puzzles where the solution was trial and error and a few where i had to go through the walkthrough to see that i was supposed to find something when clicking on the area i had already tried 5 times, but had to cluck another 5 times to get the right pixel.
