    Great app could use some tweaks... I really wish they would make it so there was an option to "start from beginning". I started watching a series and my husband came home and liked it. So I said we could start over. Well the episodes were all 1 minute front he end and I had to remind manually to get back to beginning on all of them. That seems like kind of a no brainers. But I've also noticed Hulu doenst do that either. And I cant understand why, for the life of me.

    deutschland I know this app is in its infancy and will probably get better with time, but it's not ready for prime time. The app is really sluggish and frequently loses connection with the (chromecast) device it is streaming to (android version). Sometimes, simple actions such as playing and pausing take a long time to complete. The app needs more work.

    kosten Me and my family decided to watch a marvel movie, but when we casted it to the TV, there was no problem with that, just the volume. We could barely hear it! The volume was on 100. We tried using another app, and it was just Disney Plus' horrible volume. We rented it on Youtube, and suprise, suprise it worked! If you want to watch a movie, I suggest Stan, Netflix or Youtube.

    preis The user interface was extremely easy to use, I could sign up quickly with no problems, i'm currently using a 7-day free trial for the Disney+ subscription.So far, I've watch so many films this week,war more than Netflix! Also I was shocked at the detail the app had,there was numerous films,and you could even download them to watch it in online.All in all, this is a great app with so many genres,I might just buy an annual or monthly subscription,I love it!

    start I love this app. This streaming service is better than Netflix in my eyes and is absolutely amazing. Obviously, you have a cheap price and then you've got most of the MCU which in itself could be worth £6 a month and then all of Star Wars except for TROS. You've also got many, many other films and series. Also, the Mandalorian gets better every episode and my favorite series is the Imaginering story because I want to have a job like that at my nearest theme park, Thorpe Park. It's worth $6

    vpn Disney + has so many old shows and new shows I enjoy very much, but the interface of the app it's self is the most irritating part of my experience. I can't go back and see previous or future episodes I can only go on to the next episode. Unless you go all the way back to the home screen search what you what to watch (hopefully it pops up the first time and you don't have to type it 5 times in a row). The shows and movies skip as well. Fix It or I won't buy it!!

    deutschland start It's great as far as content goes. I love being able to see all the old shows and movies. But there are still some things that need to be addressed. I'm using the mobile app, and a major issue is that I can't at least cast it onto my tv. It also buffers for quite a bit everytime I rewind ten seconds. For some shows, the "skip intro" button would appear and stay on the screen every now and then. Overall, it's good, not great, could do better. So just 4 stars for now

    serien App worked fine for a week then suddenly stopped working. Opens but won't load. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No dice. Very frustrating and disappointing for my 2 year old and myself. Also navigation within the app was cumbersome and not user friendly. Does not even show what episode you are on in a series. Lots of work needs to be done. What a lemon. Phone is OnePlus 7.

    germany Disney+ is quite a large library of anything Disney-related as well as 20th Century Studios, such as The Simpsons. But there is one problem I find difficult to ignore on Disney+: Why are there no subtitles for certain children's programs for those who want to watch the original language of these programs? There is no excuse for that. Language is a byproduct of filmmaking a production, regardless of whether it is targeted towards adults or children, since dubbing is such a bad translation method.

    apk Having issues with this. Very upsetting considering I'm PAYING for it. I have a black screen while playing a video, but still have sound. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, no luck. Tried restarting the phone, no luck. Fix this please. I'm not gonna pay for an app that won't work on my phone. It must have been the most recent update, because before that, it worked perfectly fine on my Motor Z4

    Use to love it, but suddenly the app stopped working on both tablet and phone. Now when I log in both of my profiles set up are gone and only gives me the option to create one. When it has me pick a profile picture, none of the pictures load and when I try to skip it, it gives me an error message & to try again. The only way I can watch now is on the ps4 and everything is fine on it! I don't understand what's happening but please get this fixed!

    Casting from phone to Chromecast does not work very good. Has to reload every five seconds. Has done this every single time i try for the past 3 months. On phone screen alone it works fine. The 6 day trial worked really good, until i paid the money. I do not suggest subscribing to this app. Don't waste your money! Until this is fixed and quit ripping people off, my review will be the same

    The content is very good. Whole original programmes are few, I really watch it for the old stuff. Issues with all Disney Plus apps is: that they don't automatically ask you if you want to resume or start from the beginning, Play icon shows when it's playing and pause when it's paused, somehow seems back to front. Not easy to get from your current programme to the series menu, without searching for it. These little things stop it from being greater.

    Great content. Something for everyone and practically a requirement for families. Why no landscape menus? it's frustrating to need to pick up my tablet to select content. it would be more convenient if we could just have it auto rotate in the menus as well as when playing content. Would also like it to support picture in picture (or split screen).

    Extremely unhappy with the app/website/everything to do with Disney plus! Wanted to trial for a week and see how it went but when I decided I did not want to keep it after the trial period there was no way in which I could cancel my pending subscription and charging me £60 for a service that I do not want! Absolute money stealers! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

    I do not reccomend this app if you have an android tv. Has a good selection of movies, but when I play one, there is background music and noise but no sound when it comes to speaking. Play a movie on my ps4 connected to the same tv and the sound is perfect but get an error message every 5 minutes "oops, something went wrong". Works perfectly on my Mum's tv though. Did start off with 2 stars, but has gone down to 1 since my original review was deleted by the makers of this app -.-

    Great app and service, just not for this device. This app works amazing on my motor g7 power, but on my new phone that is running Android 10 when ever I start a video the audio will play but the video will not. I have tried all of the troubleshooting solutions, I've restarted my phone, clear the apps catch, and uninstalled and reinstalled the, but to no avail. The app still does not play video. I truly want this to get fixed. My current phone is the motor g stylus.

    The worst optimization in an app i used in a long time, it freezes every 3 minutes for a minute or so, not one movie i watched did i see it clean without issues. I wanted to like it, I'm a fan of almost all the movies on the app, but I'll have to cancel the subscription if the problem isn't fixed, because it's unbearable to watch something and very difficult to understand it when it stops every few minutes.

    I just had to wait for a load of updates to reinstall this damn app cause when it was already on my phone it didn't work. It worked before, and it works now, but i just had to wait for those updates, of which i would have been able to wait for while watching a film. Congrats, you've dissapointed me by making me wait for something that worked like a fortnight before now

    Great content, but sometimes it looks like the movie (I watched Endgame) is shot on a potato at 20 fps. And I have a 1Gb connection wired to my £2500 PC with a 1300Gb/ps Internet card in it... So it's not my hardware or connection. I even downloaded the full movie and it looked awful. Maybe it's just the way it was shot, but I've seen better bootlegs than the D+ version...

    It buffers at least every 5 mins and then kicks off back to the start screen. I have it on 4 different streaming devices so I cant blame my end. I have descent wifi and everything else streams perfect so I know that isnt the problem. I'm so disappointed in this. My kids were super excited I finally broke down and bought the entire year subscription for them. This is their first experience with this app and it's an utter loss.

    This App is amazing and I highy recommend it, but am giving it an 4 star instead of an 5 due to the fact there are quite an few issues I've encounter while using it. For some reason when am watching the video, the screen would turn black but the audio would keep going. My only soluation to this was to flip my phone so i could see the video again. Not an big issue but could be an simple fix. Other than that, everything is great.

    Rarely works. It doesn't seem to have a "watched memory" feature so I find myself searching through seasons to then search through episodes to then search through the episodes to pick up where I left off. That is when the application opens without problems. I feel like the front end technology is not at par with the resources Disney must have. It is a little archaic feeling and really could use an overhall.

    While it is great to have all the Disney movies and shows in one place, they have heavily edited some of the content. If you have most of these on DVD/Blu Ray already, I say don't bother. I specifically got this for watching the 90s tv shows like Gargoyles, the Aladdin tv show which isn't available (Aus) et. Once I'm finished watching them I will most likely unsubscribe tbh.

    We were so excited when we downloaded the app today. Started watching a Pixar movie...and had to restart 4 times to finish watching it. Started a Marvel movie...had to restart the movie 3 times then it totally quit. We tried to cast from both a Samsung and an iPhone. Neither worked and we kept getting an error message and to contact "Help". We signed on and paid for a year, but if this is the best the developers can do, we'll be cancelling and stopping payment immediately. Shame!

    Pros 1. Disney+ is great because of the library of movies. 2. It's easy to use and everything is organized Cons 1. I want to give this 4/5 stars but there needs to be more adult content I understand it's Disney and it's more of a kid streaming service but there needs to be something for adults too. 2. Not everything is on there I know it'll take some time so I'll update then.

    Works great until I try to stream it to my Chromecast then all it does is show a loading sign on a black screen and never plays the movie I don't have this problem with Netflix so I know it isn't a matter of being connected. Please fix this problem so me and my family can enjoy watching movies together on our tv instead of trying to stare at a tiny screen. Thank you

    I am so disappointed with this app for my Samsung Smart TV. Everytime I feel like watching Disney, either it goes black leading me to nothing or it shows that its loading but gets to nothing! It's so frustrating as it happens multiple times no matter what time of the day it is. So I cannot watch it whenever I wish but just at random only. My son contacted Disney about 3 weeks ago and nothing has changed. I feel like cancelling my subscription!

    I have my settings set to auto play the next episode in the series (currently binging all 30 seasons of The Simpsons!). 25% of the time it auto plays the next episode but the other 70% of the time the page freezes, I have to refresh and when it refreshes it forgets what episode I am on so puts me on a random episode. It also doesnt show which episodes I have already watched, so when this happens and I have to refind the episode I am on which takes the fun out of watching the series.

    I absolutely love Disney, and could not wait for this app... however, there are several shows that are missing TONS of episodes!! Why bother even having these shows on the app at all? Other than that, the app is great. Makes me feel like a kid again, getting to relive the shows and movies that I watched growing up

    Over half the time I try to play a video, I either get an error or an endless loading wheel. Even downloaded videos won't load! Every update I hope that this will be fixed, but it never is. DO NOT SPEND ONE CENT ON THIS SERVICE because there are so many errors and bugs that is it unusable half the time. Netflix and YouTube work on my phone, so I know it's an issue on Disney's end, not mine.

    Terrible connectivity. The app only works on my mobile. It will not load on ps4 or ipad, shows no connectivity error. I have called Disney support 4 times, each time they fix it and say it is because their system thinks I am In A different location and then it reverts back the next day. I have had no issues ever with Netflix, sky, crunchy roll or any other streaming service and each time I call it takes 1 hour to resolve. Very disappointed

    The Disney library is vast and as you search through your bound to find a gem from the past that you forgot about. The movies and TV shows are all family friendly so you should have no concerns with turning this on and putting your kid in front of it. Where Disney plus fails is at the amount of original programming that it has to offer. There are a few new shows littered throughout but when it comes to big budget content you're only choice at the moment is the new Star Wars show The Mandolorian

    Great App...no issues except they need to either get rid of "continue watching" or provide an option to easily clear titles from it!!! Having to go to the very end of a movie or the last episode in a series is ridiculous!! (And this trick doesn't always work) All my other streaming apps have a button or sub menu for this option.

    Download management is garbage and is a full-time job! The app is generally good and the available content is great but trying to download a film requires constant monitoring otherwise the download pauses and won't resume until you check it again. I have full fast WiFi - "Download Paused", I have full 4G - "Download Paused" - tells me it will continue when I reconnect. Nope, nothing I do will get it to resume. SORT IT OUT DISNEY!!

    I used free trial, and unsubscribed before it's expired. But I not only has been charged, but couldn't use the service (wouldn't mind to have one month more) because I cancelled my subscription. So I paid unwillingly for nothing! Did not get any response from support. Very disappointed that such a great brand uses so cheap approach to gain profit.

    Not a bad interface. I personally would like to see "my list" on the main screen as the top catogory you can scroll through, sorta like "N" does it... 😶 for quick access. Other then that, step up the new movies and shows and or contracts from other filmmakers, we need more fresh content for 80 bucks a year.

    So I just took a look at the response for Disney, I'm not sure what they fixed with the recent updates, in facts it seems the updates have made the app worse, the downloads are extremely slow, all of a sudden I get a gray screen with the blue line in the middle while im watching episodes, and the episodes for Ducktales and Simpson are still out of order.

    Paid my subscription on March 29th and have had my account since November so why now am I having to make an account with same information as before? I haven't been able to use my Disney+ since March 30th or 31st. This is BS. Cancelled my subscription so I don't pay another month for something I can't use. Oh and I contacted the email I was given by Google to get help on or around the 3rd of April. It is now the 19th and still no word.

    Great application. Very happy with the library of content and the ability to stream to multiple devices. Only downside is that there is no option to choose the resolution at which content streams (standard, HD etc). This would help with streaming on different devices e.g. I don't necessarily want HD on my phone as it is a small screen. It would also save on internet data.

    The first couple of times I used Disney + it was so good, the quality was good, the streaming was uninterrupted but now everytime I try and open the app it won't let me it says "unable to connect to Disney +" . It says to try again later if the issue persists and it's been 2 days and it's still not working. It works on my computer fine, the quality is a bit iffy sometimes but otherwise very good. Y'all need to fix the problem of the app not working on phones please and thank you.

    The choices of films and tv series is impressive and worth the money for what you get with the app. What it needs to improve is the new original tv series that Disney+ make should be available all at once instead of waiting each week for a episode. For example with the mandalorian as it's one of my favourite tv series at the moment. I have also a Virgin media Box and Disney+ does not have a app yet for Virgin media but sky does so I have to watch Disney+ on my table instead of my TV.

    The app is great, works on my other devices (PS4 and wife's phone) but doesn't play any videos on my phone (Nokia 3.1A), it just stays buffering, I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times but nothing and I would love to watch the movies I wanna watch on my own phone cause my wife takes over the tv.

    I have tried to be patient with this app, but the constant issues are ridicules. This app constantly crashes, movies freeze but what really upsets me is when i use my data to download things so my daughter can watch offline and then poof..they just disappear. Every month my card is charged for a service you are not fully providing. Shame Disney.

    Would have received 3 stars if the app performed on my television. I purchased a new 2019 uhd Samsung smart TV. The app worked poorly to begin with and now doesn't work at all. Upon startup it opens to an error screen. Disney plus refuses to acknowledge there is an issue on their end and insists it is a Samsung issue. Through some troubleshooting that is not the case as all the other apps on the tv work and it is disney plus alone that is having issues. The app works on my s10 perfectly.

    Well made app. Great variety of movies and shows but not as extensive a selection as I would like. Maybe consider consolidating your selections with other streaming apps like Netflix or Prime Video, or adding selections outside of solely Disney productions. I like Star Wars and older Disney productions enough that watching them on your app is good for now, but not really sustainable for a long term subscription because of exclusivities, which I may cancel at some point depending on my income.

    This is a great app but has an issue. They need to put their movies on faster. People are stuck at home and I'm starting to run out of movies! Alice Through the Looking Glass is 4 years old and yet it wont be on until July 11!!! And there are only 3 out of 6 PotC movies on there right now. I love this app but please, Disney, add movies to it faster!

    If you love Disney, Pixar, marvel, star wars or, national geographic, this app is totally worth it. Runs perfectly and has some of my favorite movies of all time for some of the greatest franchises of all time. 1000% reccomend you download, especially if you have kids. I will for sure keep and pay for my subscription when my free year from Verizon is over. Also, shoutout Verizon for the free year!

    Disney + is a streaming service packed with quality shows and movies organised into proper categories and settings allowing any one to watch and enjoy Disney's greatest hits. Many bad reviews are based on the connection and casting, and not the actual content. It is understandable that many are annoyed, but since the app has been flawless to me these connection faults could be easily due to the device. I would recommend this to anyone of any age. I am annoyed that shows are missing episodes😠

    Content is great but my review is for the app. Menu's are slow and unresponsive. And while playing downloads its constantly buffering or very stop start with visual and sound. Where as I can stream of YouTube or watch downloads elsewhere with no issue so it isn't a reception problem. I have to close all of my apps to get it working again after leaving it. Amazon prime and netflix allow for background running and provide a mini screen while doing other things. Great service let down by app.

    Some of the content is great, not as much variety as Netflix, but ok. The big problem though is the app doesn't have a "continue watching" option or a small screen feature. Edit: They fixed the continue watching option. But they never installed a "skip episode feature" and most of the content is still just for kids. Considering the number of properties that Disney owns I thought there'd be more variety by now. I will be deleting this app soon.

    It's so great having all my Disney faves at my fingertips!! But when I try to scroll backwards or forwards through a movie... It freezes for a few seconds and then the app closes and returns to the home screen of my Xbox.... It's really annoying and needs to be addressed! EDIT: my issue stated is fixed, but it would be great if there was an option/button to "watch from beginning" of a movie, rather than clicking resume and then having to "rewind" it back to the start. Thanks Disney! :) X

    Out of all of my electronic devices (fire stick, tablet, phone, and playstation 4) it only works on playstation 4. And it bearly works on it. It gets stuck and pauses every show I watch. My other streaming devices work, so it's not my internet. I spoke with technical support twice for an hour each time, and they couldn't help. I'm very disappointed in this app. I will probably cancel it.

    Whenewer downloading and screen turnoff automatically after couple of minutes, the whole app became unstable and start crushing non-stop during downloads. Update1 So, find out that downloads are "possible" but only if you every now ant then (but under 120seconds) touch the screen and leave display on tablet always on and after couple of app restarts you could have download done. Probably. Update2 After finished downloads, contents can be watched ONLY if the tablet is connected to internet.

    This app has a large content selection which I am enjoying. However, some movies have had their aspect ratio changed so they'll full-screen on all devices without the 2 black bars at the top and the bottom. My main issue is that the app causes my phone to freeze requiring a reboot for it to work again. Hence 2 stars.

    In all honesty, I really love the app because I am a long time Disney fan. I immediately downloaded the app and subscribed online afterwards. I havent had any problems using but today when I tried to open it, it gives me a prompt saying I am unable to access it (error code 73). I vant even open the web online. I tried uninstalling and installing it again but the same thing happens. Im nit sure how to address this problem. I hope you can give me a response soon. Im here in UK by the way.

    Cant watch any movie or latet series, picture is so dark makes it unwatchable. Same on our tablet and smart tv...thought it was our device's but turns out its the quality of how Disney plus streams its content (UHD..4K etc) its not compatible with all devices. Disney wants us to pay subscriptions? Then they need to get their act together. Dont have this issue with Netflix or Stan.

    The app works I guess. But in the face of things like Netflix and Amazon prime it is sorely lacking. My first issue is with watching series. If you happen to want to watch the end credits then you lose the ability to just tap a simple link to the "next episode" feature. You have to wait until the very end of the credits,which means even having to skip foreign language subtitle credits. Fix this. Seriously. For those of us who love the Mandalorian artwork at the end it's kind of a big deal.

    Bad feelings! I have a smart TV with Android TV (TV 50" Led Ultra HD 4K Smart TD Systems K50DLJ10US) but the APP is not available for this model yet. On the smartphone honor 8x runs right. Being honest, I had better expectations about this APP due to the big company like Disney was support it. Sadly, It looks like we have to wait for an improvement.

    The app works horrible I can't even get into it I have had to re-download it 3 times and each time it has not loaded in I have checked my internet (which is working great) and my data (which is also working great) which means it's the app not me nor my phone but the overall experience with the Disney+ is great it has the classics and the new ones and everything in between great experience but the app is flawed, a lot.

    I fell in love with this app as soon as I got it. It's amazing. I get to bring back my childhood with one click. The only thing that is a little bit sucky is that whenever the next episode plays, the screen goes completely black and I can only hear what is going on and the only way to fix it, is by coming off of the show completely and back on again, this happens with every show and every episode. Very annoying and very disappointed.

    Fantastic service,I admit at the start I was undecided,what could disney plus give what sky and netflix aswell as Amazon couldn't...how wrong I was,no stupid price tiers,I pay one price and have full access no stupid 'rent or buy' option just honest streaming a d affordable not to mention the exclusive content that's only available with disney plus... Amazon you need to take a leaf out of Disney's book,you might learn somethin.

    Pre downloaded content fails more often that a 40 year old Skoda. Had numerous issues with programs/movies that I download at home for when I'm out and about (I travel by train a lot for work) and it's super frustrating when you go to the effort of being organised just for them to fail. Disney help just advises you to re download the content which is useless when you are away from an internet connection. Also for all they're hype about their catalogue size, this is also lacking.

    Absolutely love it!!My only wish is that they would add the ability to skip to the next episode in the series between the end of the show &the credits, kinda like Netflix has. Super frustrating for the kids to have to sit through the credits AND a TWENTY second countdown waiting for the next episode. To get past that I have to back out of the play, go to the episode list, remember which one we are on, &select the next one. Doesnt seem like a lot of work, but bad timing can make it awful

    I expected a better and more reliable app from Disney. When downloading whole series, some of the episodes just won't play. I'm left with the spinning circle, even though the download is complete. This happens randomly and across a number of different devices. Unlike Netflix and other streaming apps, playback via the Disney+ app can't be controlled using my bluetooth speaker. If I press the play/pause button on my speaker it has no effect unlike with Netflix, BBC Sounds, Samsung Music etc.

    I dont understand how AFTER my free trial is over and I've paid for a month of service that the app suddenly stops working? Like honestly unless it's on my xbox or a browser on my laptop, the app wont load on any other mobile device. Who carries their laptop everywhere for the sole purpose of watching movies? Nobody. We use cell phones and tablets for that. But this app refuses to load on either on those..

    Used to work no problem, and we loved it! But only in recent weeks were we getting an error message. I thought nothing of it and figured it could wait. Checked for FAQs, garbage. Uninstalled and nothing will come up, no menu, no error message. Tried it online and it sends me to the page to get the app. So. Annoying.

    I find it super annoying that you can't remove shows or movies from 'Continue Watching'. If I watch 1 episode of a series and decide I don't want to watch the rest, I can't remove it. It says continue next episode. Also with movies, I run it to the very end of the movie and credits, and it will sit there on Continue Watching no matter how many times I let the timer run to the end. Frustrating. There should be an option to remove them. Other than that, I love the app.

You guys should head hunt the app designers for Netflix and Amazon Prime as I never get issues with them. Considering this is been out in America for ages and the amount of money behind you guys it's pretty mediocre 😳

    Love the content, no issues there, but more recently the app just won't work properly be it on either my phone or to cast. Casting will play for 10 - 30 seconds then freeze & may or may not come back on & on my phone I either can't get it to start playing or get a pink screen. Very frustrating & not really worth the angst.

    Works well on my phone but it doesn't work on my tablet (error 83) Samsung galaxy tab A 10.5 2017. The table isn't that old and there should be no reason for it not to work. Due to this I would not be recommending as it's not suited to all devices. Need to get it working on more devices if you want people to keep buying . Also it can lag quite a bit. Good concept but need to get it working smoother. Gotten newst update and still not compatible which is ridiculous.

    Very feature rich and access to a good sized amount of content for only $6.99 a month which includes 4k HDR content and Dolby Atmos with most movies and series. The viewing experience is much better on my LG C8 4k OLED TV than other streaming services or even purchased content from Fandango plus, Vudu and Amazon. Best of all, no tiered services, just one flat fee.

    Slick and good UI however a few issues: - The phone app is not in sync with the playstation app as when I watch a movie on the phone and want to continue on the playstation app it doesn't register that movies having been watched therefore cannot resume - Once an episode ends it doesn't let you go to next episode seamlessly compared to Netflix or Prime - Disney seems to be drip feeding episodes (one every week or so) instead of releasing whole seasons which is a little annoying

    Overall a solid experience. It could be slightly better if it didn't lose connection whilst streaming. Also it sometimes struggles to accurately remember the last thing I was watching. Otherwise very good, love the collection of old and new material and the ease of use is superb.

    A bit buggy (sometimes going to the next episode serves a gray screen with a blue line through the center, but you can minimize the app and rotate it to portrait, then go back in to make it normal again -- has to go to portrait mode when in the app history menu, though) but otherwise works well. The content is... Disney: they have something for just about everyone.

    It's pretty good! It has about every Disney and Pixar movie! However since they have the first Doctor Dolittle remake, I think the original should be included to because it's also by 20th Century Fox. I would like watching it. And I also think that more classic shorts should be added and more 20th Century Fox content. Other than that, it has a great movie library and it's fast.

    I give this app a 5 star rating on my Android phone, but a 1 star rating on my PS4. The streaming can be off at times. The video will freeze and the audio keeps rolling, or it will inexplicably fast forward all of a sudden and we'll have to rewind back to where it screwed up. It will also at times jump to the menu screen for another movie/show with the audio of what we're watching still going. I've also downloaded to the latest patch for my PS4. Fix this please, thanks.

    I love the app. Only issue I have is that it takes FOREVER to load and start up when I open the app. I have to sometimes close it and come back into it just to see stuff starting to be displayed. I thought that it was just from the app being new at first but it's been out a while now and the problem is still happening...and yes I keep the app updated. Is anyone else having this issue?

    This app is amazing for streaming Disney movies and shows. However, whenever I try to download content, it either won't download, or when it does, it causes the app to run slowly. This could be a me problem only, but if there are others experiencing this, you should probably look into it. Other than that, great job. Can't wait for the Marvel Phase 4 TV shows!

    When I end a subscription on Netflix, I'm allowed to finish my month of subscription on ANY device. Since I ended my subscription to Disney I can no longer use it on anything but my own small phone screen. Consoles telling me to restart my subscription when I try to log in, when my subscription is good until after April 20th.

    Meh could be better. I mean its still in its infancy and like most streaming services it favours their American based customers more. It doesn't have all the xmen movies yet but the OG 90s cartoon so saving grace there. Also it will remove items you have watched but be careful as if you watch a series to finish it will tick back to episode 1 of season one and it will be stuck in your watch list forever.

    Cant even use the app. I download it, open then its stuck permanently loading at the logo. Atlealst netflix etc you can atleast get past their logo. Update* Make it past the loading so tried a trial sub. Forgot it lasted a week so i got billed. Thats cool my bad but ive been "unable to connect to the disney+ service" since subbing. Do yourselves a favor and keep your money because these money grubbing thieves cant manage their way out of a wet paper bag let alone manage a movie app. Piss poor.

    For the most part it's a great app. However there are times when all I can watch is my downloaded content. I'm unable to logout to log back in again. Also I can hook up phone (Samsung S10+) via HDMI cable to my TV, but won't let me watch content with the same cable setup to a projector.

    This is a great app to get I got it to watch the mandolorin and it was great watching it i would recommend getting this amazing app i have never had a connection issue it works fine on my phone and my pc I have found no issues with this app the only thing that is annoying is there is no lock button so if i accidentally tap the screen or when im holding it, it falls and i skip forwards or backwards that would be the only minor issue with this app overall I think it deserves a 5 star rating.

    I find disney plus excellent and there's tons of series/ movies to watch, however the thing I dont like is when you have finished with a series and they release a new episode or season, why not add it to 'continue watching'.It seems like it would make more sense rather than to check if new episodes are available

    There's a lot of bugs in this software: Screen freezes but audio continues Doesn't start from where you last left it so sometimes you have scroll through your show Sometimes the buttons aren't working and because you click then numerously times they then work in one go Great content - not exactly the newest material out there but worth getting if you get an offer. Probably not going to pay full price unless they fix a lot of their issues

    No issues with content. Numerous issues with app performance. Very inconsistent between devices and platforms. Worst performance is on my Android. Seems to work just fine on my Smart TV and iOS devices. I've cleared cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted, and nothing gets me past the loading screen on my Pixel. Edited 4/7 Thanks for the update dev! I have reinstalled and tested to no avail. The connectivity issues are limited to WiFi. As soon as I drop wifi, the app home page will load.

    Update: After a few days a fiddling and Uninstalling and formating of my phone as the last resort, i finally got it to work. Not sure what happened. App won't connect to the internet for some reason I have tried my mobile data I have tried Wi-Fi and I have tried on other devices at home and still won't connect. It keeps telling me that there is no internet connection.

    I love all the shows and the movies I am so glad they came up with this, but they should add a VR option so I can watch my simpsons every where I go, plus I love the show Gravity Falls , please please please make more episodes, please. I love the shows on there you should definitely download this app you would love It. Also Sometimes if you dont have good internet then the screen will not load or ot will just turn plain gray and you have to exit the app. But I love this app it is amazing♥️♥️♥️

    So this app works on my phone now so I can send and watch on my tv. However on my tablet it plays fine but when I try to smart share to tv. Only sounds play. No picture. Can't figure out for the life of me how to fix this. Don't know if its video player. Speed wireless service checked all of that. Any suggestions. Have a Asus tablet Samsung phone.

    I think Disney Plus is great. Just with the amount of content makes it a worthwhile product. The app is simple to use and easy to navigate. I use the app on my android phone and Roku device. In my case there is minimum buffering and rarely crashes due to buffering. The price is very affordable compared to what you get in return.

    Great interface, great selection, great everything. Until error 83 hits. I can watch Disney+ on my laptop with no problems but, whenever I try to use it on my phone I can't get past error 83 every time I try to watch something. I can see this issue cropping up in multiple other reviews as well, so this isn't a one time issue. Really needs a fix.

    Disney+ is absolutely amazing, able to watch all of my favourite movies and TV shows from when I was a kid all over again! One suggestion I would make though is when the application is connected to chrome cast please don't automatically stop what we're watching because we paused it for a few minutes. Hope this gets fixed in a future update. Thank you!

    Most of the shows I try to watch have the episodes out of order. The first episode of the DuckTales reboot for example is listed as the 4th and 5th episodes. Other than that I don't have many other issues with this app. I'm only leaving this review because the app asked me to rate it.

    It has been great! It would be better if you could rate the movies/shows and have a label that says watched.... it would be easier to track if you are trying to watch everything. There is a section that says a-z movies and is meant to have all the movies but they aren't all there. You have to click on them to get the other ones that are a similar title to it. E.g. 101 dalmations. Only the live version comes up. I have to look for the animated one. Overall an amazing app!

    It's missing quite a bit of content although for other people these seasons have been released, my app is completely updated so I just don't understand how it doesn't have them especially when they came out in 2016 (the lion guard) kids a little upset but I just want to make sure they will come out sometime soon.

    Perfect for anyone who is a fan of all Disney Properties (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geograpjc and Fox) All the classics that you have enjoyed when you were a kid are here and many more that you have forgotten through the years. Easy to use, similar to Netflix. Great for the while family and especially for children and teenagers of all ages! And the price is perfect! With a nice additional 1 week free trial.     Love this app with all its content, upgraded from DisneyLife. The only improvements I wish were included are when going to the next episode, it would be good if there was a skip button on the app to go straight to the next episode, rather than waiting for the long countdown to end. And also the rewind and fast forward 10 seconds button is quite finicky and doesn't work well if used more than once. Small bugbears I know but otherwise I'm so glad it's finally available in the UK!

    In their pursuit of creating only family friendly content, Disney at times neuters its own creatives and characters. The app and streaming service itself are good, however I wish the app would allow me to watch something while still using other apps on my phone. The Netflix and YouTube apps will both do this on Android, but Disney+ and Hulu do not.

    Only reason I got the subscription was to relive my childhood come to find out Disney went changed their movies and sound tracks on the app and Im seriously thinking of cancling because i just cant understand why they decides to change everything even if they are minor details( replacing a whole sound track is not minor mind you but a dryer being changed to side table "is")
