    Disney+ started off being a lot better, there have been many Disney movies removed from this app. I also dislike the fact that once im logged in to the app, after watching a movie, i get kicked out, and have to log in to the account constantly. It becomes very irritating , and sometimes consider dropping the service. I hope this app gets fixed soon.

    plus Great to watch some movies but when it comes to wanting to delete your account after no longer wanting to use it, it looks "easy" but right when you're about to Delete you get hit with the "you have active subscriptions" and it won't let you delete your Disney account, also you can't access your profile to edit the subscriptions cause guess what? It won't let you do that without restarting your subscription to access your profile, and customer service will basically have no clue how to help

    store I really love Disney plus. That's just about all I need to say. If you already have an existing account you have no reason not to get this app. It is free (as long as you have an account). And has every feature that the other platforms have. If you dont have an existing account you will need to get one. And just having one for your phone isnt spending your money right. I would suggest having Disney plus elsewhere as well as this. As when you are travelling this is a good way to pass the time.

    land Great content, but the app crashes all the time. I try to cast anything and it stops or closes every 10 minutes. I have to restart the whole system every time. It does not happen with Netflix, Amazon prime or now TV. Please fix the bugs, as it is unwatchable and therefore is certainly not worth the money spent on it.

    princess Great and enjoyable selection of shows. However, the interface is not intuitive, and closes randomly, forcing you to log back in repeatedly when you lose network connection or when it just does it on a whim. The video player is not able to minimise, which prevents you from multi-tasking, and it does not let you skip to the next episode unless you either (1) exit to the selection page or (2) skip to the end of the episode. The video player also closes on its own from time to time.

    plus ukraine I like the collection of shows, but the app is barely functional. The search engine sometimes doesn't work, the pause overlay doesn't show up at times, and more. The app even logs me out occasionally when i stay off it for too long. I have had no problems using other streaming apps, let alone on mobile, so i hope these get patched in the future.

I even tried costumer service and tired what they suggested. And noting. I don't know what to do anymore. I checked my phone and it's fine. Tried other streaming apps like Hulu and hbo max, and they don't give me that problem. Don't know what to do anymore. Please help.

    land paris I love the selection, the addition of star is pretty cool not gonna lie, but since the most recent update I have to start the app about three times before the video plays properly and once I get there I can't really leave it bc it'll start glitching and buffing again. And the restarting thing wouldn't be too bad but with the pin thing coming up every time it just puts me off so much. Pls fix it Disney. You have more than enough resources to do so

    cartoons Buffers for about 20 seconds every few minutes. Definitely not worth paying for if this continues. Now it doesn't even let me watch anything at all. A company the size of Disney should be able to provide a working app, surely? And now we have to pay extra to watch certain things? Greed will be your downfall *edit* worked ok for a few weeks, now unwatchable again.

    plus україна Absolutely worthless app with zero technical support. (You can Live Chat with someone, but it's a waste of time.) The content rating that is supposed go away within the first 10 seconds of Play doesn't. This is a new issue that is now added to all of the other issues this terrible app has. I've been told my issue has been "escalated", so I can expect them to contact me about it... never? Don't bother with this app unless you want to have to call them demanding a refund.

    Not downloading episodes. When it does, they won't play after, just loading. Which makes no sense. Apr/1/2021: App will eat your battery and make your phone hot. Also will take forever to start playing, sometimes just not doing it at all, with episodes you've already gone through the trouble of downloading.

    Hasn't worked since the last update on S20. Spent hours working with tech support and told was "being escalated"...no communication since. Very frustrating And also, the email link for support from the play store is no longer being monitored. Great. Update: still doesn't work with the newest update. Downloads immediately show expired. UPDATE2: They fixed it, but it did consume alot of battery! Then broke it again with the late March 2021 update. Still won't function.

    So glitchy! And how the hell does it not have Picture-in-picture.(Playing in small window)I dont even watch anymore because I am not watching a movie to watch every second. I sometimes want it on as a background destraction or I want to check other apps during a slow part. Such a shame it dose not do it like all the other apps. Hell even youtube does it. As most people say this is a HUGE thing missing, im amazed thay still dont have it. They put to much time into the group watch setting instead

    The Disney+ app for Android is almost spotless. I have had zero issues. It hasn't even force closed or misbehaved in the slightest. I highly recommend using this streaming service over all the others. And yes, I have actually tried ALL of them. You definitely will not be disappointed.

    Important feature missing: - Impossible to delete content from current playlist (meaning if you're not interested by a serie anymore, it will always suggest you to watch the next episode). Would be interesting to be able to order "Your list" in your profile by drag&drop. Some content does not end properly and remain in the playlist. In the "Your list", some contents are stuck and can't be deleted...

    Great selection of movies, but still a lot of bugs in the app to work out. It really doesn't work well with Chromecast... It will randomly crash in the middle of a show, or the streaming notification bar will disappear so I can't control it. Also, you can add shows to your list, like in netflix, but you can't find your list back anywhere.

    Nothing wrong with the service itself but was close to uninstalling as there wasn't a great variety to watch once I'd gone through the Disney classics (as someone personally not interested in Marvel). I think Star has been a great addition and I look forward to watching more of that. Still my least used subscription though.

    I love the Disney+ umbrella; but I'm NOT THRILLED with the way the app is set up (AndroidPhone &Vizio smartTV). REDUNDANT: 1.) down category lines (don't need the same program listed 4-5 times down the screen) & 2.) shows that I'VE [MY user profile] ALREADY WATCHED. NOT SURPRISING CONSIDERING WHILE VISITING WDW FLORIDA,11/19: THEIR APPS DIDN'T WORK WELL?!? *MOST IMPORTANTLY!* 'DISNEY WORLD'[IN-PARK NAVIGATION] was SLOW&SPOTTY; & 'playDISNEY'[boredom buster] didn't track/score progress.

    I watch on the PS5 the streaming service still needs a little work like random subtitles showing up and in German, needs work where you can delete continue watching I have selected on one of my profiles a show not to watch anymore but new episode shows up every week and I have to manually take it off that particular profile by going on my phone and fast forward it to take it off, at times there are glitches, I hope you can get these issues fixed.

    I'd have to say that most people that have issues with this app might be the devices they are using. I've not had a problem at all. However, I've noticed the price increasing they better not keep doing that or I'll be out. Otherwise for three kids and what-not pretty nice app.

    Don't waste your time or money. Absolute rubbish. Most of the time it fails to download, keeps asking to connect to the Internet even though it is, buffers, Does not work at all and keeps logging out. The list is endless in the failure of this app.

    4/1 back online & app works! 3/31, update didn't help. 3/30, 3/28: app doesn't work. 3/26: helpdesk working to resolve the app issue error code 41. Disney+ works just fine using a browser. 3/24, helpdesk worked w/me & we got the app to log me in. New issue, Error code 41 for every show. 3/22, deleted cache, data, restarted app. Re logged in, 3 min to get to Who's Watching, after that nothing, 1 hour+. 3/20/21, uninstalled reinstalled, still doesn't load/work! latest update;

    Selection is nice not wide enough to justify excessive price. Downloads won't work most of the time without internet so what's the point? So many times the videos just won't play. Will delete after current pay period is over.

    1.13.2 does not stream on Android 11. Tried everything...worked fine prior to the "update" in Feb?.....downloaded new update on 2 April 21 still does not stream or download any movies on Android samsung s10e. Called Disney said they would elevate and contact me in two days...nothing for weeks...just like other customers.

    Why are there so many steps to get logged on my TV plus The errors don't help at all with my phone being "compatible" with Disney it's the other way around. Plus you can't go back without it lagging and glitching.

    It's just isn't functioning. I haven't been able to use the app in the weeks I've had it no matter what I do. I reset my phone, I reinstalled the app, I tried downloading episodes, and no matter what I get error messages telling me that it just isn't working :/ The only device disney+ doesn't have problems on seems to be on my computer.

    Review is about this app on Sony Bravia. App is often unstable, it randomly stop and restart without audio. Sometime it stops completely, no way to restart: the only way it TV rebooting. Tried to reinstall the app many times, no luck. Other streaming apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc) are working perfectly. The content is fine, lot of cartoons and movie children and the family but these issues something riun the show.

    Edit Mar 31, 21 (ver. 1.14.0): Still waiting on Dolby Vision support on the new Chromecast. Thank you for adding Atmos! Documentation on supported formats for different devices is non-existent. For example, Disney+ does not currently support Dolby Vision on the Chromecast with Google TV, but does support it on Android TV. An active list of supported formats by device, like Netflix, would help clear confusion.

    I love this app, don't get me wrong, but it has a bit of issues. First, it takes a long time to set up new movies/TV series. I get it if they are new-new, but there are countless other disney contents that take long to upload to the database but they were made years ago. Second, and lastly, it sometimes has tiny lags. Not much, which is good. Other then that, I dearly recommend people to install this app. (Now Imma binge-watch "Dog with a Blog" 😏)

    Why is it so choppy? Netflix and other apps don't get choppy. And why is it taking so long to load? Netflix is fast Sonia prime. Disney is our last choice because it's choppy. It has shows I wanted to watch but I'm so angry by the end because it's choppy and freezes while the show goes on. I missed it by the time it plays.

    If you were planning on downloading to watch when you have no signal - for example on a plane - don't bother. The app constantly signs you out and then you can't watch until you're back in range. Also you can't download to a computer or laptop at all! And finally prepare for the onslaught of marketing emails. Sheesh. 👎

    Went to renew the app on my phone Google play auto filled my data creating a second subscription on the same account (how is that possible) and charging me £20 more than I should have paid. Google play would not refund and cancel and Disney plus said it's an obvious fault but they won't do anything about it. They also recommended I still pay them the annual subscription (in addition to the one I've just paid) to get the cheaper price.

    We love this app! It works perfectly. There are so many options, great movies & shows. I really love all the MCU & Star Wars also. We use Fire TV & it works perfectly. I'm not sure why everyone is saying the app doesn't work. It works great on our phones too. We all have Samsung phones using Android. My sister uses it on her phone & tablet and her 4 yr old daughter even has no issues with it. This app is great all around! And we don't have to worry about stuff expiring like all the other apps.

    I think this is amazing as a marvel/disney fan, a great way to watch movies and now series as most theaters/cinemas aren't open during the current time, I do have one suggestion if possible, when you go out of the app in the middle of watching something, like "twitch" and "Netflix" it would be cool if it was playing in the corner, besides this, the app is great.

    I have to download movies and tv shows for work break since I work in a building that doesn't get decent signal due to all the metal. Anytime I try to watch without service or in airplane mode it logs me out of the app. So I either go hunting for service, which is hard, or just not watch at all and use net flix. Please fix the logging out issue so I can enjoy movies and tv shows again!!!!

    Since the latest update the menu for subtitles and languages when watching has been completely messed up on my tablet. I've logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it's not changed. It's a pain because I prefer to watch with subtitles and because its so messed up its taking me several attempts to get the one I want.

    Content wise? I will not lie. AWESOME. Usability? Well, I live 15 miles from internet. Money initially well spent because I could download what I wanted to watch. At first. Now? Can't log in without internet. Can't access any of those downloads without internet. This service is only great if I'm watching Disney movies and shows at work (yeah...not happening). And gods forbid I want to have something for kids (or me) to watch while flying anywhere. Screw you rural residents!

    This app would be great if it worked. I cannot use the offline mode. I just can't open the app while offline. Also, I often have to re-login. This and a few other bugs are really annoying. Still, it's a good app with great content.

    Love the content on my TV. The app however is useless unless you have data. I download shows on my tablet so I can watch it on my commute but the app keeps signing me out during the day meaning I need to wait till I get home with internet in order to sign back in. With Netflix and Prime Video I can still access my downloads even without data. Why isn't Disney offering this? Sub par performance from a Paid service

App is totally useless error code 41, 43, 89, 34, 56, 103 and more every time I want to watch something! £56 per year and I spent more time fixing and googling error codes then I watched Disney "plus" content! USELESS! Customer service is useless as well. Looks like you selling error codes instead of movies and TV shows!

    Was worked fine, updated the android TV app today before watching, Will play for a random amount of time (30 seconds to 15 mins sometimes) and then will pop up with error code 39, this never happend before the update and makes it unwatchable now, (reinstalled app, clear data, restart box and TV incase HDMI connection issue) PLEASE FIX

    I love THE MCU and all the general Disney content and I'm happy that they included star for adult content. However, the app functionality is so terrible. Often it does not load. I'm always logged out. And sometimes I will be viewing an episode of a show and when I tried to go back to the main menu it completely logs me off of the website when I use my computer. Something is really wrong with this site anf app. It's disappointing that Disney so rich and can't afford a good app!

    Okay so it's nice to have every Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars film available to watch whenever I want. The price is quite nice too. It would, however, be nice if there were new content more frequently. I can't get on board with the whole "Premiere Access" thing though. No way am I dropping 30 bones just to watch a movie. I won't even pay that to own a movie. Disney is absolutely nuts. They'd probably double or triple their profits by charging $20 or $15 but I guess they don't want to.

    Most of the time app works well. Unfortunately at least once a month for no identifiable reason the app fails with no way to continue watching your favourite films with error messages and contact information provided to help rectify these issues. When this happens I found if you log out of all devices uninstall the app email forgotten password then install app back onto your phone, activate your account and set new password. Issue resolved. Very annoying with fix long over due.

    This is a amazing app I love it I can watch gravity falls and other movies and shows, but one problem is that it sometimes logs me out and i have to close the app and open it again, and that works but when I was in the car it logged me out because it lagged, then when I tried to leave the app and open it again, it didnt work so I just waited till I went home, and right now I'm trying to do the password I have and it's not working so please fix this problem and I will note you when it works again

    Absolute turn around with the latest update I promised if you fixed the ps4 app id be a 5 star reviewer and here I am the auto play issue is gone however I still dont like if you click continue watching it does not bring up details of the show (seasons and episodes) however I love the content and the way the app is running just better all around as of today

    Good content not well designed.... I love the content..however so many glitches logs me out continuously, even though all other apps may work it will say not connected to Internet or offline. And quite annoying you can't skip to next episode without going back.

    Great choice of stuff to watch, however this is the single worst streaming service I have ever used, the apps I have used wither it's on Playstation, Pc, TV or Android none of them run as smoothly as you'd like. I have used non paid for streaming services that have a better user interface than this, I understand that this is a fairly new app compared to other streaming services, but this would have been a 5 star rating if it was not for the poor user interface and the buggy apps.

    Constant buffering. Really hate the buffering. Makes it take 2 hours to watch a 46 minute program. Cannot believe I pay money for this. Tubi, which is free btw, and Prime Video don't buffer at all. Disney app developers are slow learners.

    *update: the issue originally started in October has been resolved with march 8 update. App currently doesn't work on my mobile android device. Apparently this is a known issue and there's been no resolution. The only solution the help team had for me was to watch through the website or another device but the website doesn't load on a mobile phone and not everyone has a luxury of having more than one device. I love Disney but I would expect more from a billion dollar company

    This app just happens to allow you to download a movie to your device if you wish to view it offline, EXCEPT DOWNLOADING THE MOVIE COMPLETELY BREAKS THE ABILITY TO PLAY THE MOVIE ON YOUR DEVICE. I have tested this mutliple times, online, offline, hotspotting NOTHING. YOU WILL HAVE A BLACK SCREEN AND NOTHING ELSE. How did you screw this up Disney? You're a multi billion dollar company, SURELY YOUR ONLY STREAMING PLATFORM COULD BE POLISHED JUST A LITTLE BIT!!!

    Its a great app but my biggest complaint is when I go into a movie under continue watching there's no option to restart from the beginning, half the time it's at the credits so I either have to rewind or search for it again.

    It has many great films however it is very slow no matter what device I use, it has not got every Disney movie (it has most but definitely not all),keeps crashing, rip off prices (£20 to watch Mulan, for that I could go to a cinema l, buy pick and mix, and buy the dvd, what a scam) and is just the worse streaming service I have.

    Worth the money! Best shows all round and when you don't have WI-FI or data, it gives you a downloading option for the movie/show. Features movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. Enjoy this and new movies with the premier access which is a little more than the original price. Bundle up with the Hulu and ESPN prices as well. Five out of Five!!!!!

    Does not keep your login data so I have to go through email-password every single time on my MI-box (which takes ages as no physical keyboard of course). Absolutely time-consuming and unacceptable! We hoped Star would bring a lot new titles as well yet another disappointed ... In the end, totally not worth the app nor the subscription.

    It was worth it in the beginning, but after a few months the app closes automatically for no reason. It used to auto play the next episode or restart the season over but now it just ends and you have to manually press play. Also before I was able to disconnect my ps4 controller and the video would still play but now you have to wait for it shut off on it's own. And you decide to raise the fee but yet the app is worse now than before? Please update the app, otherwise I'll cancel. Thanks

    It used to work perfectly. When it stopped working I unistalled it and now no matter what I do, restarting the phone, using wifi, using mobile data it will not install above 89%. No idea why when I can install other things.

    downloading the episodes and watching the episodes offline is always a hit or miss most of the times they tell me theres an error, and i cant even watch the episodes unless i quit the app and reopen it with my data on, also makes me sign in again and again when i open the app while offline. my family (who uses apple) has no problems with the app, it doesnt make her sign in every few days, but meanwhile the app logs me out and makes me sign in everyday ! please fix !!!

    This app drains battery very quickly. I can Netflix for hours and lose about 20%, but this app takes me down about 80% in the same time frame. Also my phone gets quite hot when this app is open. Lastly, when I minimize the app to try to make a call, I can't hear anything even though the other person can hear me. I have to completely close out and reopen the phone app. I have a Galaxy S20+.

    Translations are bad, especially on Soy Luna, it ruins the experience! I love the content on there but if you can't get translations on one of the very few Spanish titles that is on there then it is a shame! There isn't even an option to have the subtitles in the original language!

    1. Why is the volume on shows SO LOW compared to other sources on my phone? (Headphones/speakers doesn't matter.) 2. I started downloading e1 of Falcon and the Winter Soldier more than 14 HOURS AGO (!!) and it's barely at 1/4!! My connection is good, full bars of 4GLTE, and no other problems. It's why I cancelled but I thought it would be fixed by a year later. WHY??! Not worth subscribing until these problems problems are fixed.

    Deleted all my downloads randomly. Signs me out often, so I am unable to watch a downloaded movie offline. Very frustrating. Uninstaller an reinstalled and rebooted. Still signed out sometimes. Also has trouble with ethernet interned. Perheps that is a problem with my device. Great to get all the new Marvel shows :) Good download quality :)

    After the addition of Star with all the mature and R rated stuff I cannot understand how anyone can say that Disney+ does not offer value for money, especially now that the MCU shows are starting to come out now as well. And as well as the fact that unlike Netflix, whenever something is added to Disney+, it stays there because Disney owns everything that is on their service, whereas Netflix is constantly losing content that they don't own. This is by far the best streaming service in my opinion.

    I have seen the same comment in other review's, this app crashes all the time. It's true! Constantly have to restart the app and most of the time it still doesn't work. Other apps work perfectly so it is definitely not an internet connection issue. Unacceptable

    After a sketchy start, it's good. Would be great if they had a student or military discount. I buy it a year at a time. Was a bit pissed they got political with firing Gina. (People should have freedom to express themselves without fearing for their jobs.) But they definitely had me with the Mandalorian. Error code 73 Can't even open the app. Now I can't create an account on the web page. Epic fail for Disney. Not cool, makes me question whom I'm giving money to.

    Garbage app. Why do I pay money for something that doesn't even play properly half the time, doesn't save my last spot on a show, won't start the next episode after one is finished, and can't even consistently keep track of what episodes I have seen and haven't seen.     Forces you to use the app on mobile. As a person that has a phone and many others but not much storage, this is a problem. Having Google Chrome downloaded you can go to Netflix and Hulu and stream their movies without the app but Disney forces you to a screen that will open your play store to download the app, its a nuisance when you don't have much storage to work with. But as a whole the app is great it includes things from marvel to classics from Disney!

    My main and only problem is that it keeps requiring me to sign in. There is no "remember me" button. I am offline a lot, which wouldn't be a problem because of the download feature, but for some reason it signs me out constantly, so I need WIFI again to sign in. Please fix this. I keep all my downloads though, and this has happened on multiple devices, and has really been a problem

    App useless in airplane mode. Downloaded a movie for my flight. Opened the app 40,000 feet in the air and it asked me to login...can't do that without internet. Completely defeats the purpose of having a download option if you can't access it offline.

    The app is great, Reminds me of my childhood and all the wonderful things Disney use to be. The only two problems I have is that they pop me out of every tv I have and I have to login again even when I save the info, Also I pay annual and they went up on annual. I am not so happy about that.

    The app is great and all, but the download feature is useless. Yeah you can watch offline just as long as the app doesn't sign you out. It's almost every time I try watching offline that it just signs me out and you can't sign back in unless you have wifi. You can imagine my frustration when I take the time to download episodes/movies and I simply can't watch it. 3 Stars

    For months now, Disney+ has not been compatible with Android 11 and Disney+ support knows this (Error Code 39). Still, they do nothing. I asked them if they would compensate customers who are unable to use their service due to their software issue, and I was told they would not. So I've been paying for a dead service for two months. This is unacceptable UPDATE -- 03/11/21: Latest app update fixed Error Code 39 issue. Upgrading rating from 1 Star to 3.

    I keep trying to watch random movies on my pc, but the service keeps cutting the connection at the most important part of the movie, like an action scene or emotional just somewhat important to the movie. I know its on their side because it will immediately kill the page instead of trying to buffer, which means they didn't try on their side. They honestly expect me to be okay with them stopping the url at the most important point of the movie, having to click the refresh button for movies I rewatch often. As Jack Sparrow said," But you have heard of me.", the entire model and support for their Disney plus website, which is no effort or care.

The search function isn't as clean as any other streaming service, and somehow this is the only streaming service that has internet connection issues for me.

    I was really excited to start watching WandaVision and a bunch of the marvel movies, but as soon as I try to watch anything on my phone I see all black while I hear effects and voices. Turns out I cant watch any of the disney plus content. It will just be a black screen with all the audio. I can watch it on my laptop, but nothing on my phone. I have a Moto Z4. Hope it gets fixed soon.

    Can't get a movie fully watched on smarttv. In order for less interruptions you need to use the app on your smartphone and use smart view to stream to living room tv. I want to be able to just go through my smart tv & watch so i don't have to have the app on my phone. Please get this fixed & enhanced, especially if you guys are raises the prices of subscription.     Not able to GET OUT! I wanted to get the Disney plus app/ streaming channel because of the classic Disney movies I grew up with as child like fantasia. (Which is my all time favorite) however seeing how I can't get that film without being ripped off by Disney one way or the other. It had to sign up for this app/ channel and was still disappointed. Shame on them since it was the 80th anniversary of the film. 🤨😪🤧

    What is going on with the 'continue watching'? Select it, and you get to watch the rest of that episode. ONLY that episode. Can't skip credits. Watch all the credits and go to the next episode? Nope. You get to continue watching that one episode from the beginning. No autoplay either. After an episode ends, you have to exit, search the show, and find the next episode. Fun when the 3 year old wants to watch 2 minute Mickey shorts with 3 minutes of credits in 5 languages.

    What a pile of rubbish, can't play anything on my phone, it either just returns to the home screen, or the whole app crashes. If it weren't for the fact it just about works on my TV, I'd get rid of it. Honestly, not worth it even for the content you get at the moment, stick to Netflix, it might cost more, but at least it works without issue.

    I've not had any problems with Disney+ up until now. I love that there is so much to choose from, but over the last couple of days I can't watch anything and can no longer log in. Connection is perfect as I can stream other apps. I uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested, but now it's not recognising my email address. It's paid every month, this month no different. Not sure what's happened but I don't want to sign up again in case it double charges me.

Cons: -Older versions of this app had a offline bug, where there was no way to watch downloaded movies offline. sometimes it would delete all downloads for no reason but now that bug is fixed. -Slow download rate, even with good internet. -Bad Filters. Not enough Genre's to choose from to make more precise searches. -Feels like the Movies and shows are just blobbed in with each other. -Organization of the selection is not good. Pros: -No download expiration -Great selection, if you have access to the "stars" shows, and movies. -Not many issues with finding a show/movie to watch.

    I am enjoying my subscription to Disney+ so far. However, something that was annoying recently was the inability to bypass the splash screen when the the app is first opened while traveling on an airplane. It appears that you have to have an active WiFi connection to start the application. It makes downloading movies for a flight useless if I can't get to them without an active connection. The devs should take some cues from Amazon Prime's video player and allow access to downloads without WiFi.

    I Don't Get It. Disney + works on my phone. I cast it onto my TV and the audio works but shows a black screen. Developers what's all that about? My partner uses her Samsung Note and it works on her phone and casts to the TV with full picture showing as well. Any suggestions developers? I'm intrigued to hear.     Good morning, I would like to make a constructive criticism about this app. I am really happy with this app and I consider that it is a very successful idea; however, I have one complain about the assortment, since there are not all the seasons of some series, such as “Star Vs The Forces Of Evil” or “Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure”, and I think it is important to have access to the entire series; not only a few seasons. Also going into app settings crashes the app too. Please try and make this app more stable as looking forward to watching your upcoming content.     Very much upset with the decision to make people pay $30 for premium access after Disney released two movies at no additional charge during the Pandemic and the fact is that we are STILL in a pandemic and shouldn't be going to movie theaters where they only charge a third of the price to see the movie. Either change your prices to match that of theaters or do what you did with Onward and Soul

    Good variety of shows and movies but omg the UI is awful. Keeps logging me out for absolutely no reason! Randomly goes back without me pressing anything. Doesn't remember what season of a show I'm on. Says continue watching on an episode I've gotten to the end of. Need to connect first to access offline downloads?? Where is the logic?? PLUS loads of episodes are not in order, with title/episode numbers being mismatched. For a huge company like Disney its really, really not up to standard.

    Works great and I love the selection of movies and shows. And I would recommend using Chromecast if you'd like to watch on your TV. The app works well using Chromecast and it works well on my LG phone and tablet. Sorry if everyone else that is having problems using the app. 😟 I used to receive that error code months back but it seems to have resolved itself with the last app update.

    Use disney plus from time to time. Requires optimal conditions to work well. Most of the time with a good connection there are buffering issues. Easily overlooked. Nothing is perfect. Now, the issue. I downloaded some movies to local drive so i could watch on a series of flights... turns out that You can't load the app on the flight! It just constantly tries to connect to the web to load. So downloading movies is pointless... Just like this app. Definitely wouldn't recommend. (Edit spellcheck)

    Update: 3/30/21 half the time this garbage excuse for an app crashes when we try to use it and they have the audacity to increase pricing?! "Price Increase Your price will increase from $12.99/mo to $13.99/mo on 04/11/21. Manage subscription to learn more or cancel." When we try to continue watching any show we've previously started the screen doesn't load an accurate picture only sound. On numerous occasions the errors in this app are more consistent than the app actually working are.

    They lie about what is available. They will say it is to get you to subscribe then say no, you have to pay for another subscription to their other service to get it. Extremely dishonest.issues. Additionally, there is constantly buffering issues. It's not my internet, because there are no issues with the other streaming services I use.

Needs a feature that allows to play movies in split screen so I can watch while using other apps. Limited number of titles stored in "Continue Watching" section.     Good content but poor app and features. This app has a lot of good films, series and documentaries but has serious flaws in its features. No way to remove from watch-history means series you watch but hate will show on your continue watching EVERY TIME a new episode comes out. No way to mark something as bad means Disney will suggest similar series or films even if you hate what you watched. So many streaming apps out there have these features, Disney needs to catch up.

    The content is 5 stars, the app is barely 1 star. It glitches while in use and the most frustrating thing is it will NOT remember my login, and everytime need to input email and password. This would be okay if it was due to me switching devices, but on my tablet and phone, all I need to do is lock the screen and the app resets itself. Not great for when you want to pick up from where you left off. App design needs major work to be even close to the likes of Netflix and other major competition!

    Sub-par App overall compared to the competitors apps, 2 main concern are offline downloads/usage is broken. If you start a show with connectivity and then move to the next episode or back out and restart without a connection the app just errors out. And second main issue is watching on the app or other devices episodes do not seem to communicate whether on or offline, causing progress to be questionable at best. For a multi-billion dollar company, a very poor showing!

    Disney + needs to send out a new update!! Disney + works normal on my iPhone but not on either of my kids tablets. Downloads work for an hour or 2 then randomly goes back to the log in screen and won't play any downloads until hooked back up to WiFi. Iphone is on version 1.12.3 and tablets are still on version 1.12.1. This is very frustrating!!! 3/25/21 Still need a better update. The app still logs the tablets out after an hour or 2 by itself. It has been doing this for months now.

    Ever since the update a couple weeks ago, tv shows won't auto play even though the setting is on for it. This only happens on my PS3 platform though. It also won't allow me to turn off my controller for battery saving or skip intros and often freezes. I can't even reinstall the app to try and reset it. These bugs prevent me from using this app as much as before.

Since mid January update casting to chromecast has buffering issues every time we want to watch anything! Buffers several times through everything we try to watch! Getting worse every day!     Great when it allows me to log in. It sometimes signs me out when there is an update and when it does it just gives up the ghost. It constantly says it lost connection to Disney+, when it finally says it does I type in my password (copy pasted from when I made my account) it says it's the wrong password. Tried a couple of other things like resetting the password but it loses connection before I can reset it. During this I have a consistant connection to my wifi. Other than that great.

    While I appreciate the TV shows and films, specifically ticking and unticking boxes that would sign me up to email updates, I was amused to see three emails in three days from you - and not one had an unsubscribe link. To make things worse, my "subscription agreement" is in a mix of Spanish and French - odd, seeing as all my language options are English, and I live in Luxembourg (French I kinda get, but Spanish?)

    The app is terrible. I am unable to view my downloads unless I start playing them when I have WiFi or a data connection. What's the point of me downloading then? It regularly logs me out (multiple times a day) and without being in an area with internet access, I am not able to log back in to use the app until I am. It's ridiculous. This app tries to compete with Netflix yet fails miserably.

    Works ok on phone. I don't have a smart TV and there is no Disney+ app to download on my laptop. Tried using Chrome and Microsoft Edge but it constantly buffered every 15-30 seconds. Tried to play on my phone with it connected to laptop. When I open app I can see show options but when I hit play it starts on my phone but I just get a black screen on my laptop. Really frustrated and annoyed. Luckily I'm not paying for it, use my sister's account, otherwise I'd have canceled by now

But if the WiFi lags for a split second (and I have really good WiFi) it will go load for ages then skip back 20 seconds and when I click on it, it goes 10 seconds before my place which is infuriating.     It worked, and then stopped working. It started giving me a error code 73, which I guess per their documentation is because I'm using a VPN. I'm not trying to bypass anything, I just use it by default, but now I can't. So then I decided to allow this app to bypass the vpn, but that doesn't even work, because the app just crashes. Pretty disappointing. Oh and if you want to modify your subscription level, you contact support. They don't have a self service option other than cancel, step up dis+

    Greatly improved selection now that Star is part of the package. Would would be 4.5 out of 5, except for the interface. On my Galaxy Tab S6, the onscreen standard Android home, back and apps buttons are directly on top of the time line for whatever is playing, so that on leaving whatever I'm watching, the timeline jumps to where I've just touched, so that when I resume play, it's in the wrong place.

    When I first downloaded this app everything was working fine, but then the screen kept turning black, it kept freezing and it always says "something went wrong". This has been happening for over a month not and it's getting annoying please fix it!!

    The new content is great, however, in a show like Touch, there are no subtitles for the foreign languages. If you turn on subtitles, all it says is [ARABIC SPEAKING]. Not really helpful when you're trying to figure out what's going on.

    Will change back to 5 star once fixed. Everytime I close the app, go to another page or pause the show, it logs me out. Everytime. Then when I want to watch the downloaded content in no wifi areas I can't because it logs me out and I need wifi to log back in. Defeats the purpose of having "downloadable content" if you need wifi to keep logging on every 10 minutes. Have Uninstalled and re-installed to no avail. Please have this looked at. ☹

    Serious app development flaws. It crashes all the time. Now i cant even load the app for the past 3 days. Tried uninstalling, restarting etc etc.... very serious bugs with this one including screen going grey durijg use. 3/29/21*** was slightly better...now it just goes black again. all these problems while they increased price by 12%. Useless POS *** Netflix app is very stable, no problems. Disney + has serious technical bugs to fix

    I love Disney and have enjoyed watching all the films and series Disney plus has to offer. Overall it is a good app, however despite the recent update I am still being randomly logged out of my account on my tablet. I have even been in touch with customer service twice about this issue yet they still fail to fix it. They seem to suggest it is an issue with settings on my tablet, but I never have a problem with Netflix or any other streaming apps. It is definitely an issue with the Disney + app.

    Continual problem when trying to watch through the app. Content is good but very frustrating that no app available for my 2016 Samsung TV which means I have to stream from my phone. That should be fine though as Samsung phone to Samsung TV is an easy good connection. The app however has continual error codes whether it be code 83 or code 41 it is very rare we can actually watch anything (I have Disney + on the TV in the bedroom) as a family in the lounge. Only option will be cancellation!!

    Alot of the times if I want to watch it on my phone it won't load. It wil stay at the logo screen and spin. Impossible to watch on the go. Also for some reason it logs me out randomly. Pretty annoying that I have to sign in everytime I want to watch it.

    The content is great and the app works great on my T.V and Xbox, but the mobile app stopped playing the video on all shows and movies a month or two ago and it hasn't been fixed. Even downloaded shows and movies don't seem to work. All I get is the audio and a black screen to stare at when I try to watch something.

    Streaming to chromecast has issues, first it doesn't always stream to my chromecast(s) multiple different ones, from multiple devices so I know without question it's the app, not devices. Second when it does work, often it disconnects from CC on it's own and has to be restarted. 2 stars for now because of app and streaming issues! To add to the annoyance, the 10 sec rewind is garbage and doesn't work at ALL, it's horrible!!

    Whenever I try to log into the app, I get the "who's watching" screen, profile will not load and there's just a spinning wheel that never loads the profiles screen. Really disappointed.

    While I obviously enjoy the shows, the app is terrible. It never loads the video on the first try and now no matter which video I choose, the content warnings that show up on the upper left corner will not go away. It disappears when I press pause and as soon as I hit play, it's back again. I dunno what to do.

    Great content but I can't get it to play in 5.1 surround, it only plays in 2.0 stereo, even though the troubleshooting site says movies will play in the best audio format that your system can handle. I cast from an Android phone to a Chromecast hooked to a TV with 5.1 surround and all I get is 2.0. Other services like HBOMAX work just fine. Contacted Disney support and they blamed my equipment when it's clearly an app problem. Do better, Disney.

    I haven't had a good experience with customer service AT ALL and they take away downloads, there are certain titles available for certain regions/languages. For example I am a huge sports fan and while on vacation a good show I started to binge called O11CE I found out today that is only available in the Latin American market which we here in the states don't have access too. I downloaded the entire series and once I returned back they were all gone. STOP SENSORING REGIONS! Some if us are latino

    It does not let me access the downloaded content when offline, unless I login first (online) and I go offline afterwards. When I try to access the Android navigation bar while I'm watching a movie, there is no way I can prevent the app media control (i.e. play, pause, back, forth) from being activated and consequently the movie's location from being changed.

    I would give this app better ratings if I could actually watch the movies and shows offered to me on my phone. I have a Motorola MOTO G Stylus and when I try to watch shows or movies on it, all I see is a black screen, which is weird becomes the sound comes through fine. Please fix and I'll be happy to change my review.

    Great content. Terrible app. Needs so much work. Lacks the basic functions we have come to expect from a streaming service but also full of bugs and issues. One I havent seen listed multiple times so will add is if I start streaming from a different app without disconnecting Disney first I then cannot get the Disney controls to close without restarting my phone.

    This was the best thing that Disney could have come up with. It's got all the the movies that my grandchildren love and all the cartoons that my children grew up with. And I get to introduce them to new shows that their parents watch when they were their age. It's so great to see their faces light up when they watch the classic movies of Micky Mouse. Thank you Disney for all the memories of some great shows.

    Sound OR video quality, not both. If I use the Android TV app on my brand new Sony TV I can watch Disney+ in beautiful Dolby Vision, it looks stunning!! But I can't have the 5.1 surround sound/Dolby Atmos to go with it. If I use the PS5 app, I can have incredibly crystal clear audio through my Dolby and DTS certified surround sound system, but only watch in 1080p. There needs to be a lot more development in this app (and the PS5 version) to mak it come close to Netflix or Prime Video.

    Can't unlock my phone while this app is running. My brand new Samsung flagship grinds to a halt. Poorly designed UI. Difficult to find shows on my watch list. Cannot easily navigate episodes. No way to start the next episode during the credits of the previous episode. In fact, it doesn't even mark an episode as having been watched until you get through the several minutes of language credits. It often forgets my episode progress if I switch to a different TV.
