    I've tried on 2 different phones and different internet connections and have come across the same error. Once downloading for the first time ever, it will work fine for a little bit. Then the app stops working. When I reopen, I keep getting an error message saying that I cannot connect to the Disney+ servers and to try again later. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared data and caches and I still keep receiving this error message. This same issue has happened on 2 different Android devices.

    deutschland This app is wonderful. I love being able to watch Disney things at ease. I only have one complaint. On the profile icons they have the gravity falls characters, but NO bill cipher.     kosten They've sorted the format, but the app doesn't work well on Firestick. In fact, I've become so bored with constantly being sent back to the home screen, that more often than not I end up giving up and watching something on Netflix. They know how to do this stuff properly! Even Prime works better, and that's not great. Sort it out or I cancel before you get a penny out of me.

Highly suggest using it for the whole family to be able to watch some good family entertainment, now there's some movies I don't care for, but if you can overlook a few bad 🍎's , it's really good, just don't let the bad movies ruin it for the rest of Us! Everyone is different, some like the mystical, magical events , me not So much...but there's plenty of other good ones!

    start The app works pretty well for the most part, however, I constantly run into a major problem. After watching one or two episodes of any given show, the entire screen will turn gray with a blue line going though the center. The audio continues to play over this gray screen and is quite easily fixed by exiting the app and re-entering. However, the problem is still very bothersome and I would like to see it fixed. EDIT: This no longer happens but this app is still mediocre lol

    vpn Disney on android phone was buggy but it got way better over time. Been on it for 10 months. It wasn't the device because I got a new phone and the same thing occurred. Now I'm getting connection issues for the past 2-3 days. Disney app just doesn't work. At all! Error:"Unable to connect to Disney+". Can't even use the app now. :(

    deutschland start Mostly great app. One suggestion for a fix. When playing a video from the "continue watching" section, there is no way to get to a list of episodes and seasons. This causes problems when watching shows using more than one profile in the household. We frequently have to stop the show that starts playing, then search for the show elsewhere in the app to figure out which episode is next. Please add a link to the episode list.

    serien Really amazing streaming service to use! There's great content for people to watch and has a decent variety of franchises like Marvel and National Geographic! The best part is, there's no ads! (unlike Hulu) The only problem, though, is Premier Access. It's way too overpriced (at $30), and I think it's not worth getting if you're curious. I would just prefer going to the theater or waiting until it's free. Otherwise, go check it out and spend every penny for something everyone's going to love!

    germany Worked great until later today went to get on it and it said "welcome, seems you're not subscribed" Which I am and the only option I have is to log out of my account. I've logged out of it 3 times and even reinstalled the app. I don't know why this is happening but if it's not fixed then I'd like my money back

    apk It's been a year now and I'm still not able to stream via firstick. the app never loads. I called D+ tech support and they could fix it. There answer "reset your modem" okay.... Everything else in my home works just fine - the only problem is your app... "Oh well it's not call amazon". Amazing customer service

    This is a wonderful app. I've had it for about 3-4 months and it's been reliable and useful. Me being a massive star wars fan, it has all the shows and of course all the movies you could want for star wars. It is also not massively expensive. I would recommend getting this app seen as it contains great movies and shows so im sure you will find something you like. As hard as I can try I can't pick out anything remotely frustrating or bad about this app that isn't being nit picky.

    What?! If you are going to charge for premium access with some shows why am I paying a subscription in the first place! Also, the audio is really quiet. Another thing. If you promise content and put up a pay wall you are lying because it's not part of the original thing you had me pay for... Just pay for a month because there are really not many movies worth watching. Once you make it through avengers and your 10 childhood favorites that's about all there is.

    Im starting off by saying I'm sick of these issues and I'm really close to cancelling my subscription if it doesn't get fixed soon. Constant buffering issues. No matter what I try to watch on. Nvidia Shield, fire stick, PS4, doesnt matter. Sits there and loads for a minute every couple minutes. The "fix" on the website either doesn't work or it works for 10 mins. I've force stopped it, cleared cache, restarted the device. It. Doesn't. Work. It's not my internet either, Hulu & Netflix work great

    It's a great app, except sometimes it gives me an error message saying my device isn't compatible (which isn't true). Even if I have downloaded content onto my device to watch offline, upon accessing the app, it's like it checks my network connection and won't let me watch the downloaded content offline. I think it depends on the Wifi I connect to.

    First, I LOVE DISNEY. It pains me to give a one star review. However, I can't take the "unable to connect to Disney+" error anymore!! EVERYTIME I try to open it on my phone this error happens. My phone is not that old, I have a Galaxy S10 that I update when necessary. It also happens on my TV, four out of five times I try to open. What is the point of paying for this streaming service, when I can't even open it to enjoy it??

    Stops to load during movies so much that i honestly regret paying for it. I reset my phone, ran a cleaner, AND shut off everything else and i STILL cant get past 5 min without issues. This has happened 90% of the times ive tried to use this app and im done. Its an unreliable cash grab and nothing more. It makes it worse that i love disney and i hate to leave a bad review but this is ridiculous.

    This app used to be amazing but now when ever I try to watch something I get an error 39!! Also.. Things keep getting removed! Watching fantastic 4 tonight, paused it for 10 minutes part way through, came back and its gone! Wont even show up when searched for! I dont pay a subscription to be provided with complete and utter shite

    It needs some help with the user interface such as an easier to use watch list, but overall It's a great service for 7 bucks a month. Update: it randomly said that my downloads need to be renewed, but when I try it just loads for a bit and then gives up. I'm at home and I have WiFi and data. Literally nothing changed, this shouldn't be happening.

    I love the app so far, the only reason why I gave it a 3 out of 5 is because I am waiting for the DEVS to tweak some things and add certain features that allow the viewer to do certain things. As soon as we get some updates and they work on those things I'll happily give them a higher rating. But missing these features does cause some inconvenience for the person watching.

    My whole family loves this app. It works on the phone, laptops, playstation, & Roku. We have the year subscription. My only issue I'm having at the moment is managing the subscription. I hit the "manage subscription" via google play, it takes me to the discover subscriptions/app page, tap disney plus and then I'm back to suare one. I just downloaded the app on my phone because it wasn't working for my husband via app or webpage. Will fix rating after it's solved.

    Love disney app! Great choices to choose from, however when you talk to customer service is horrible, you wait forever for them to fix the problem, and they ask you questions about your personal life like they are your friend that you havent seen in forever. I am very disappointed about the service I had today. Tip stick to what the person's problem is and put them on hold if you dont need to ask questions.

    Works on Android phone but practically useless on Android TV. And the note on Android TV app that says "open on your device and we will take it from there" should be removed as it doesn't work. There is nothing in the app that even tries to detect the app on same network. Hence, one has to enter the password in full view of everyone looking at the TV- an epic security failure.

    Super slow to load. Choppy interface. Pathetic synopsis for everything. Netflix is way better to interface with. Oh, I constantly have to restart movies. Let's not even get to how it crashes 5 times on my ps4 before I can actually get a movie to play. That's after the 5 minute load time. It's got the shows, but the programming sucks. Will probably cancel and come back in a few months maybe when they smooth out the glitches. 4 stars for the available content. 0 for the app on mobile or ps4

    App is great except for Chromecast issues. It drops when I leave app which basically only makes your phone a dedicated Disney+ phone while you watch if you have to take a phone call or forget to pause when leavingroom. To change movies or rewind, I have to disconnect, reconnect, pick the thing I was watching, wait for it to load and then reverse film. Pausing is less of a problem for movies. It does make you find the thing you were watching and reconnect but, it skips some of the steps above.

    Been working great, the only thing I'd like to see improved are the next Episode at the end which sometimes doesn't go or it only comes after the credits and the shows disappearing from the viewed after sometime of you not watching.aube that's adjustable but I couldn't find it. Other than that it's nostalgia and fun times!

    Crashing alotKinda ironic the app worked great on our playstation until Premier was released. We of course didn't see Premier as worth the price. The app has done nothing but crash, can't even get through one episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. If it isn't skipping it's running speed is off, Mickey be going super sonic speed or super slo-mo. Is this your way of pressuring people into getting premier? The app has update at least twice, guess we'll go back to spending time watching Rugrats on Hulu.

    it's really fun having all the Disney titles in one place, if they actually worked. About 70% of the time, when I try to watch something, it'll either buffer constantly or the screen will be black but the sound will be playing, or it just won't play the movie at all and exit itself. I've tried restarting both the app and my device, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work and I'm really sick of it

    I love streaming on Disney+ from my TV but all of a sudden the app stopped working. It won't let me sign in. No problems before now all of a sudden I am getting a code 83 and when I look that up it says the device is not compatible. But it was before? It's been like this for over a month. I keep trying but it's the same. I'll keep trying but I don't expect much.

    Unable to connect to Disney+ using Android phone or AndroidTV when connected to AT&T internet router. I spent hours troubleshooting and finally figured out the problem. The Disney+ app defaults to using IPv6 to communicate. I disabled IPv6 on my AT&T router and now Disney+ connects without issue. I suggest updating the app to default to IPv4 and add an option in settings to use IPv6 if desired

    So, when we watch Disney+ on the computer, no issues, but when watching on the app on my Samsung, certain shows are in a different language, German maybe? Disney junior shows such as Bluey and TOTS are not in English, but Elena of Avalor and Toy Story etc are in English. On the computer, Bluey is also in English.

    This service app is fantastic! Pretty much every movie, cartoon and short, even original series and movies exclusive to the app, etc.. is in the library! And it's only $6.99 a month, that's just a great deal for any Disney and animation fans alike!! However, I have to leave the app on at all times to ensure my download finishes. Because, if I let the phone go to sleep or take the app off for long it won't finish the download. Can this be fixed? It can be annoying.

    I can find certain video's and TV shows on my phone app, but they do not exist on the TV version. That is until I add the movie/TV show to my watch list, and then I can "find" it on my TV. Please fix this, it's quite annoying that I have to use my phone as a stepping stone. Great app, nice choices and I am looking forward to see what else you come up with. Disney + exclusives. Please don't mess up Mandolorian or Obi-Wan 🙏

    I think you guys should've tested everything before releasing it to the public. The app constantly crashes, and it's pretty much useless on my Samsung tv. I constantly get error 73, and i'm unable to even access the app. I'll definitely cancel my subscription if the problem isn't fixed before the end of this week. It's not okay to charge money for something that doesn't work. I've basically just thrown my money away without getting what i paid for in return. I'd definitely like a refund.

    The app doesn't work. Browsing shows is fine, but nothing will actually stream. Always says there's an error when I try to play a show or movie - I have tried everything imaginable to fix it and nothing works. If you're streaming Disney+ on a tv or computer I recommend it, but this app sucks. Don't bother getting it. Waste of my subscription money.

    Worked fine up until last month, now I can't watch anything on my phone. I contact the help line and am ran through basic troubleshooting, most of which I had already done and after about twenty minutes am told I can expect an email within 3-5 working days to help me out. Judging from other reviews where people are getting the same error code (39) I am sure I will get nowhere from their "help". There's not even that many shows worth watching in all honesty, not on Disney+.

    Mediocre at best, with what sounds like a great catalogue, but honestly, it gets dull fast. My son watched Disney on and off for about 2 weeks - but then stopped as he was bored. I'd rather just buy the dvds of the things I do watch - it would cost far less. Also, on my ps4 this downloads a new update way too often - like 5 times a week. It's a joke.

    I have only had a subscription to this app for a little less than a month and I am getting rid of it rn. It doesn't work! The app loads and shows you all kinds of movies and TV shows however, when you click on them they do not play. I got good use out of it for the first 3 days then, nothing. I have restarted my phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have done a full on hard factory reset on my device and nothing. Called customer service, they said they would call me back but didnt

    I love the app! Amazing with so many movies! Two things do annoy me though even if they arent a big deal. 1 is that if you double tap when your watching someone (for me on mobile) it exits and sometimes i accidentally click twice and gets annoying. 2 is that i wish you can continue to watch your show even when your at home screen. Because i like to know what im goung to watch right after. Over LOVE the app. No ads too.

    So I only have one issue that is almost bothering me to the point where this app almost isn't worth it. I can watch the shows fine they stream well but the fact that I went through both the Movies/Series A-Z adding all the things I wanted to watch on my watch list only to go back to the watch list and having noticed that I can't add more than 50 shows to the list. Apparently if I remove one show another one pops up from what I saved before but I don't get to choose which one. I'm not a fan...

    Tried to download and watch stuff where I have no internet connection 3 times, with deleting and re-downloading every time. Still has not worked once. Streaming has to stop to buffer for 1-3 seconds every now and then when we cast it to the TV, no matter the what we're casting from. This does not happen with any other apps. The content is good, but currently that's the only positive. Language and CC also changes from time to time.

    The Disney Plus app worked great when I first got it, but the last couple of months it won't stream anything. I just get error code 39. I've tried every troubleshooting option available and still nothing! I checked my internet speed and it's fine! My phone is compatible! If this issue isn't resolved by the next billing cycle, I'm cancelling it! I don't see any point in paying for an app I can't even use 😡

    Horrible. Good movies but the quality is bad, the pixels tend not to keep up with the frame, the shows always lag as in freeze frame and you hear the movie continue, there's ALWAYS issues with WiFi when other tv apps have no issues with WiFi, always says service interrupted and takes the whole day to start up again. So tired of not being able to watch one single show through on my tv. This app has become so horrible it's not worth the money if u can't watch it.

    Honestly, the options you get from series to movies is great. But the TV app could use some love. I mean you can't even change the language. I have to turn off my TV, open the movie on my phone, choose the language, pause the movie, close the app on my phone, turn on the TV then I can resume the movie on the tv...

I've never had any kind of kind of problem with both steaming movie's or with payment of the it.I know a lot of people worry about a company taking to much of your credit or debit card, but Disney has never done that. And, the amount you pay is very small for what you get. (PS. No, I am just a customer.)

    Have not been able to watch one movie or show on verified supported Andriod tablet. Constant error code 39. Firestick version works fine. I'd cancel but still within free promo time with Verizon. Will not continue with a paid subscription unless this app is updated. Too many users having the same issue.

    This is horrible. After wifi drops out and comes back, you will have issues with buffering, sound with a black screen and it freezes. This is so frustrating. It doesn't just happen if wifi drops and comes back, it happens if you pause it to often as well. It's a waste of money and time you'll never get back. Dont get this app, it isnt all its cracked up to be, this app was put on a pedestal to seem perfect. You dont even get a refund if you unsubscribe.

    Says there's a 10 minute wait for customer service (which is already ridiculous). 20 mins in and still no answer. I have a service through Verizon and Disney is saying it's not their issue that I cannot login. It most definitely is Disney's issue. This is the second time I'm calling for an issue that is theirs that they refuse to accept responsibility for. They are still trying to charge me for a service that Verizon is already paying for. So irritating. Horrible wait time might inadd AGAIN!!!!

    Needs a quality update. Only app where video stutters, even with cartoons. My internet is solid. Web app version needs a lot of attention with autoplay and ux. I realize this just came out, but with the amount of money and support Disney gets from the public, these issues are unacceptable.

    If I could give this 0 stars I would. There has been nothing but issues with this app. It used to work just fine and when it did it was great. Now, no matter how many times I have tried resetting my router, modem, and deleted and reloaded the app, it still has an error message. I DO NOT recommend Disney plus and I feel they owe several customers a refund!

    I don't like that after so many titles on continue watching, they are removed, leaving a few. Also it is very difficult to figure out all the content on this platform. Missing detailed genre sections, like dramas. There are 5 main category on the home page, Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, & National Geographic, all the content doesn't fit in those them. There's not even a row specifically for Disney+ Originals, you have to go to the search page to find all of that. Design needs major work.

    Movies selections are pretty good. I just wish Disney would help us manage the content available to our kids much better. There should be a way to lock the kids profile so they can't change the profile settings. Also, there should be more flexibility in limiting content based on ratings. For example we can only limit to a kids setting which is G rated movies only. There's no way to limit content to PG and G rated movies.

    Within a few minutes of playing it buffers and won't play at all. It's not my internet connection as I stream netflix off the same tv and there is absolutely no issue with that. This is on a tv that has disney plus installed. Not good enough for the price I'm paying. Can't watch anything. Even when trying to cast from the phone to the tv, it will say it's playing on my phone but nothing will show on tv. Again, not the tv or connection as netflix works perfectly fine.

    Has a lot of lag. App crashes quite often, usually at inconvenient time. Cost is good for a month or 2 tops, but you'll quickly run out of things to keep your attention. I'd wait until late 2021 if your considering, there's not much hope for new content as long as they delay theatrical releases.

    Love the content but the app needs work. It doesn't sync watch progress across multiple devices. So you never know where you left off. It doesn't mark the episodes of a tv show as watched. It bugs alot especially on a ps4 (buffering where audio keeps playing but video freezes). Sometimes I turn it on and only the first row on content will load... Rest stays black... (firestick, ps4). It should also have a row in each profile of shows you are currently watching so you don't have search each time

    This is one of the worst streaming apps ever. Constant buffering, low quality viewing and lack of selection. My download speeds are 80+mbps and 10+ upload. No way it should buffer at all!! I will be canceling my subscription and suggest that nobody invest until Disney (A $130b company) gets their stuff together and actually provides a reasonable service to their loyal fanbase and customers. It baffles me to know that lesser streaming services offer much much better services than Disney. Fix it!

    When it works it's great but increasingly cannot connect to the service unless I restart my router. No other troubleshooting works. Netflix and on demand shows work absolutely fine. It's so boring to constantly have to troubleshoot the issue that I don't think we'll be signing up for another year.

    I always had trouble with the app because signal strength. It's rediculous, sometimes I just want a good video even if the quality is lowered. Now I get a green screen and an error message for weeks. I'm sick of this and strongly considering canceling my acct.

    Very disappointed with the service. Worked fine up until this month but now it plays for 30 seconds then freezes the frame and the volume continues. Nothing wrong with the internet connection as it doess it on mobile data and wifi. The kids are pissed off which in turn pissed the wife off which makes my life hell. I payed for a years subscription 22 months ago so please fix it now.

    Its amazing!!! You can download movies to watch offline which is nice but the best things is that they constantly add new movies and features! This is so nice if you love sisney, i have not had a problem with this at all besides the Group watch as only people with Disney+ can groupwatch with you.

    Love this app but I wish I was able to link to my Google Home app to automatically have it cast to my smart t.v. at home Or it was one of the apps that would be added to the smart hub set of apps on my smart t.v. I have a Samsung smart t.v. I just found out that you guys are taking things off of here without telling your customers who clearly paid for this and thought you would keep all of the content on here for us to watch anytime instead of taking off and us paying high amounts to watch that show or movie on another streaming service!!! I understand taking off inappropriate/outdated content but taking off content that is still appropriate / up to date is not okay but I do understand that there are contract/licensing laws you have to follow!!!!

When I signed up originally there was all these promises of content that just hasn't happened, covid perhaps? but they were having delays and issues long before that. I had high hopes and maybe once content catches up the value will be there but for now it's only there if you have kids and want to watch all the old Disney content.     Disney+ has the worst connection. It always glitches, freezes, or just does not load. I never have any issues with my Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, or any of my other streaming apps/services. I only ever have issues with Disney+. I know it isn't just me. People I know that have Disney+ experience the same thing. I love Disney! but I wish they would really look into better quality streaming service. and invest their money into better satelites.

    There is aspect ratios issues with older content. Alot of older shows like the Disney Channel original movies are blown up and cut off parts of the image. This seems like a huge over site for an app that caters so heavily to nostalgia. They fixed the issue with the Simpsons but Halloween town was cut off for example. Its great for newer content but a real shame for the older stuff. Nearly unwatchable.

    Good content if you can't find it on netflix it's because it's here, however very bad streaming service needs to be closed down regularly as it will stick this issue is on multiple devices, on ps4 it is unusable at the moment and on tablets and phones you will need to close it after watching 1 episode of what ever or you will just be watching the blue wheel untill it decided a it's your internet that has gone even though everything else stays connected no problem.

I will not pay a subscription and then pay for content inside the subscription. If we support this behavior they will keep doing it! That's not how subscriptions work Disney! Super mad about this.     Uses data even when episodes are downloaded! Let my daughter use my phone to watch some DOWNLOADED episodes of Lion Guard while camping. Checked my data when she gave my phone back and Disney+ had used up 1.5 GB of my mobile data. What's the point of downloading? *Update* App did the same thing again a week later. Now up to 2 GB of mobile data used while watching DOWNLOADED content with streaming set to WiFi only. Fix your garbage app, Disney.

    It will not play movies that have been downloaded to view offline. The download says it has completed, and running finger across the timeline shows rapidly changing images implying all of the movie is there, so something weird is not working with this app on offline playback :-( Please fix (Samsung Galaxy A30)

    Very disappointed. Works when it wants to. Video will play for a couple of seconds, then the picture turns blank(black screen) and then only hear the sound. And of course they are blaming it on my phone service, in which i KNOW it's not. This is my second call, both reps have me do the same trouble shooting steps and NEITHER HELP. Update: When it does play, during the short amount of time its not a blank screen, it keeps buffering only playing every few seconds. I will be unsubscribing.

    Using the app for downloaded movie does not seem to work very well. While out on fire standbys I realized it still tries to stream said downloaded movies, despite having 2 bars of 4g or 3 bars of 1x. It will overheat my phone and will crash 99% of the time when attempting to access the app settings.

We also run 4 different computers and zoom meetings simultaneously during working hours and have never been booted,. agents blame everything from your device updates to internet speed to router and drop your call when you have issues

    Disney+ is kinda good, it kinda gives what it promises, but there Are Things that i would Call a malfunction. Fx. I live in Denmark, and Disney+ has just started streaming. Translation: I don't have time for that. Then he takes me to the website and tells me to use it "because it's the same experience." 1) Customer service is trash. 2) Disney knows this app is trash. So if Disney knows this app is trash, why not remove it from service. Better yet, Google needs to kick it.

So I tried to cancel about 6 months ago and disney couldn't cancel the subscription (after messaging with them for an hour and a half because nobody can talk on a phone right now?) they recommend I contact Google play. Talked to them for an hour and they can't cancel it. Ive been paying 7 dollars a month for the past 6 months because nobody can figure out how to cancel it.

And I HAVE NOT installed a single Motorola update. I check that it works after each Google update, looking for a problem. It's just randomly happening. I give up. 1 star.     Login screen black/blank. Reloads the same page constantly in Google Chrome for 20 minutes (and no, it's not cookies and it's not the cache - if also happens with a clean install of Firefox). The entire first season is oddly not available but released one episode per week. I think Disney misunderstood what cord cutting is all about, but let me lay it out for you: It's about not having to accommodate my life after some TV network's schedule. Netflix at least allows me to watch their own content (original series) on my terms.

    Unwatchable on Chromecast. When watching some movies, it'll buffers every minute for only a second or so... It really interrupts the flow of things making it pretty much unusable. Very disappointed considering the cost. This is not an issue I've experienced with any other streaming service, paid or free.

    Many good titles but I usually watch it very early or late, which means, my kids can't use it. There's a constant buffering which doesn't happen with Netflix. If it's not fixed I'll keep it until I watch the 2nd season of The Mandalorian.

    There should be much be fixed. Firsr of all many options are missing like: when you want to go to other apps or just homepage it closes the movie in stead of minimising it. Also, I live in belgium and the only languages are English and french while my kids are understanding dutch... When opening the app I have to refresh it since it does not open on first time.

    It stopped working on my OnePlus 7t Pro. Whenever I am on WiFi the app will no longer work. Regardless of the network. On mobile it works fine but on WiFi the app is caput. Curiously, the website works fine on my laptop - PC and Chromebook. It's just the app on my phone. Troubleshooting procedures have been taken.

    Well this content is nice but the fact that this app only works on a few sources makes this app really suck, this app doesn't work on the Amazon Firestick anymore not matter what troubleshooting I did it will no longer work on it, doesn't work on android boxes, the only way this app works is on an xbox which you can have a xbox or ps4 in every room of your house just to watch the app on you phone or on the computer that is pretty much it work on getting compatible with all devices first...

    I love Disney, as I have such an easy access to my favourite movies and I also love MARVEL with my whole heart but I wish they could include all the season on some series - such as season 7 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and season 2&3 of Tangled the series - I know Sony owns Spiderman but I still hoped on this app had access Spiderman: Homecoming and Spiderman: Far From Home but I can't which is why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that, I love it and would recommend it to all my friends and family! :)

    When i subscribed to this after the app was made i was under the impression that id get access to their newest movies and access to all of the older ones. Not all of the old ones are even on there and for new, premier Access they want to charge $29.99+ to view, that is way more than a movie theatre charges to see a new movie.     App opens occasionally, but most times it just spins, before (sometimes) referring to a non-existent network error. When I can open the app categories show, then close, moving other categories closer to the top. I have no problems using other streaming apps whilst Disney spins in the background. When trying to pay for the app it told me countless times that I had entered an invalid card number - I did not. Finally managed to pay in app using the same card. Then 8 hrs later I could watch.

    The app has issues when connected to WiFi. I don't have this issue with my other apps. The app does not open or load movies when connected to WiFi. I have to stay connected to my mobile data while opening the app and loading movies, then connect to WiFi to be able to connect to my chromecast.

    Same as many other comments. I cannot use it to cast using my Google Chromecast. On the PS4 the video regularly freezes whilst the sound continues. Earlier the title credits of a show started playing on the middle of the episode whilst the audio continued. There seems to be updates for it all the time fixing bugs, so I hope that we're close to having the casting working again! I have only used it to watch The Simpsons so far, but I'm happy to pay just for that tbh.

    If you decide to purchase, I would like to warn you that disney plus has big issues with playing movies or any t.v. shows. When you start the movie or show, you will here the movie playing but the screen will remain black with no pictures being shown. I have to literally, keep exiting the disney app and opening it until it plays the movie and I have to do this from 1 to possibly 10 times until you can see the video play. I will be deleting !!!!

    Movies are to dark an be there's no settings to turn off HDR. Same stuff that was on Netflix but now you pay for two services. Eh, everyone has a streaming service now. Half of the content was pulled from Netflix. Auto play missing on a lot of series. Way too many credits. Like three minutes of credits on a one minute short. The original Star Wars movies are the goofy-overdone CGI ones. The one thing I've liked is to find the classic Disney movies.

    According to everything on every website, the app is supposed to support Chromecast. But neither on my phone (Android) or my girlfriend's (iOS), there is a Chromecast icon. So who knows, the app might be great, but without this, I'll never know, since this is how I'll use it (the kids tvs are too old to have the app naively).

    I have this app on my ps4 and my phone but for some reason the last like 3 weeks it will play fine on the ps4 for about 2 hours and then multiple times a day never fails it says an error has occurred and ive reported the problem but nothing it seems like the new update messed up the app because I've had the app since it came out and have never had an issue until now with the latest update please fix we dont pay for it to mess up and not let us watch we pay so we can watch our favorite shows.

    HELP! Works Great Until It Just Kept Saying Unable To Connect To Disney+ Service. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE! I was able to fix it but now I can't even log out, it just constantly loads. I've deleted it 4 times and cleared data and cache MANY times and it won't work. PLEASE FIX THIS!! And respond pleaaase.

    Sorry I accepted the upgrade, because it no longer works on my tablet! --- Restarted my Tablet; and rebooted my router...and for whatever reason...it is working again!!! Yeah! Would have been 5 starts had it worked right immediately after the update...

    THIS APP IS AWESOME. It has almost all of my favorite movies, and I am in love with this app. It has so many more movies than netflix, and the app is so cheap even for the yearly subscription! Totally reccomend for your family and friends if you're looking for something even more than just a little extra. ♡

    Loading movies and series is hard, takes so much time, and if I dont load it lags a lot. I gave a movie 6 hours to download... Guess what happened. It never loaded. Never even started. And my wifi was on and connected. Also where can I see where I've saved the series or movies I wanna watch¿??¿

    Removed after the app burned through 11G of data in one day. There was not even a video playing. I was only out of range of wifi for 90 minutes, I don't understand how this can happen. App usage graph showed it was the Disney+ app that did it and it did it in one day. Removed.

    Please turn up the volume for chromecast. The volume level is half of other apps like netflix, youtube, prime and hbo. Where I normally leave my amplifier at 40% i have to turn it 80% ‐ 100% to get the same volume which seriously stresses the amplifiers components. Also, Imagine the shockwaves coming through the speakers when quitting the Disney app and starting a normal volume level app. Hate this.

    There's barely anything on here. I subscribed for Muppets content, they don't even have the classic show, and only have like half the movies. The new 'Muppets Now' show is the worst thing I've ever seen. This might be good for little kids, but there is really nothing for adults. Disney own Fox, but there is barely any Fox content on here either. I cancelled 5 minutes after subscribing.

    I can't even give this a rating because every time I go in the app and tap on something to watch the screen turns black, the audio plays like normal but I don't get and picture! This is EXTREMELY ANNOYING, and not worth the money!

    Cannot change download location to the SD card. My phone only has 64GB internal but a massive 256GB SD that I can't even use because clicking download location does absolutely nothing. Doesn't even flash like it's a button. Needs to support SD cards formatted as internal storage it appears.

    Lacking a lot. Updates tend to disable the ability to watch anything and keeps giving an error for loading. Good titles but, not worth it anymore. Canceling really soon. Not recommended even if you have kids because of the app not functioning properly all the time.

    I hate this app. Why can't they get it together? It works *okay* sometimes, then craps out for weeks at a time. Why can't they learn from Netflix or Hulu or Amazon Prime and create a stable platform that doesn't constantly buffer even when it is *working*? This thing has been an embarrassment from the beginning.

    Disney, you're better than this! For a multibillion dollar company, I would expect that an app I PAY FOR will actually work on my phone. It didn't work for about 6 weeks, updated and worked for about 4 weeks, updated again, and now no longer works!

    It's always something going on with this app that needs to be done and you're forced to do it. The app is already on our phone so why do we have to login every time? There is always an update for this app that has to be downloaded. It wasn't broken so why are you all trying to fix it?

    Disney is great for kids, hulu even better but DO NOT let disney lie to you about their bundle deal. YOU DO NOT get live sports like they claim. You CAN NOT watch live NCAA Football games UNLESS you have a seperate cable provider. No where have I found any disclaimer about this either. There is multiple web sites that claim you get live football and you dont. This was the main reason why my family got the bundle only to find out that we cant watch our games. Highly sadden with the B.S.

    Streaming is mostly smooth, however most movies change format/screen size constantly no matter the device. And for example Brother bear has a way smaller format than any other movie/show, about one third of the screen. I would like for this to get fixed. Otherwise, a great platform for Disney lovers

    I really liked this app when it launched. I even continued to pay for it even when i got it free as a Verizon customer. When they chose to charge a separate/additional fee to watch the live version of Mulan for $30!!!...they lost my support. Greed is a horrible thing. It's an especially horrible thing when it's a product/service you adore. Such a shame.

    Overall, we like having a majority of the library and some great original programming all in one place. But, not having the full library available and having to pay premium access fees for movies like Mulan prevent us from giving the app 5 stars.

    Great options and would love this app, if it actually worked half the time. It either won't load the movie, or it plays but starts freezing. It's not my wi-fi, because Netflix and our internet works fine. I would've though Disney having so much money would make sure their platform is ready for the public, but to me, it still needs work

    So just got Disney+, figured I ask google to play 'The Mandalorian on living tv (chromecast), says I need to link my disney+ to google home in the app. Figured makes sense cos needed to do that with Netflix too. Go to video services in google home to link it...... no disney+ option only Netflix and some other streaming thing. So Belgium can't link google home to Disney+ but other countries can.. disappointing!!!

    Since my google pixel 3 decided to update to Andriod 11 the streaming content no longer works. I just get error code 39. The support team aren't helpful. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared the cache in Google Play store and in Disney app, I have downloaded it over wifi and data and turned my phone off and on. Sad times

    I love Disney+ but there's only one thing that bugs me, downloading content for offline viewing downloads it at a low quality with no option for HD, I feel like this is something that they should change and it would be a 5 star app for me :)
