Loved it before, and had upgraded subscription to Ultra and was waiting for Infinite to become available. They downgraded everyone to Boost now which wiped out a large chunk of HD storage, but the real issue is that for over a week I can no longer connect via the Shadow app on any of my devices. I can start my Shadow machine through the app and then connect via Google Remote Desktop but I don't think my game controller and headphones etc. work properly with my workaround. I may have to cancel.

After using this for 6 months here's my verdict Pros - You can play anything Cons - Mouse issues it's stuttering and when you play games there's always another random mouse when playing games it's annoying - Log in issues I have to log in every single time and it resets the settings so that gets old very fast connection is terrible stadia and geoforce now work just fine but connection is always terrible with shadow This is my last month shadow refuses to fix its issues

ChromeOS support is here! Finally, I've been waiting for that sweet Chromebook support and the Shadow team managed to get it AND controller support working within like a month! Thank you! I'd suggest the next step would be to make the Android app that runs within ChromeOS work much better with the mouse input, it's still a bit laggy/jittery.

Absolutely enthralled with this approach to PC and PC gaming but stepping through the sign-up process, and as I live in Ohio, it says I won't have access to a virtual PC on shadow until December 31st of this year?? I realize we live in an era of instant gratification and I must be patient but 7 months?!! Sorry, but with your company in bankruptcy, I'm just going to have to wait until better times before attempting to subscribe. I do so hope you can make this a successful going enterprise.

When it works it's great, would be 5 stars. With that being said, there areproblems more often than it runs smooth. And when there is a problem the tech support never actually solves anything. They will make you do basic troubleshooting and then say well we do fully support android. For a company filing for bankruptcy, you would think they would do what everything can to keep customers, but that is not the case. Like will cancel soon since I can use it, looks terrible, pixelated, stutter, etc.

I used to like this service. Until I had to wait a few days for payday to pay for my subscription. They cancelled my account and now I have to wait 7 MONTHS to use my account again. It's a really very slimey way to treat customers/subscribers during a global pandemic.

Obvious stuff first, yes you need a subscription to their service to make any use of the app. Now that being said 10/10 service. I've been a subscriber for well over a year and while shadow is around I don't see myself ever owning a physical PC again.

Under 20$/mo for a gaming pc in the cloud...... Been a user for 6 months now and it's changed my entire workflow! Incredible company, incredible service, nothing but a solid experience. Playing steam vr through my pixel to my quest 2 is just crazy!

The app works great on its own. Just recently I started opening the app but would find the mouse nowhere on the screen, leaving me unable to click on anything. I've closed down and reopened the app but to no success. Any tips or suggestions how to get this fixed.

Up until today, I would have given Shadow 2-stars because once in a while it did work. But now it is completely unusable after their last update. The video playback is now so choppy and stutters horribly. It is like the frames are missing about every two seconds, and it is constant and consistent. I can't even play a game now. Both the Android and Android TV app updated and they are worthless. The disconnect issues were constant too, but I'd get lucky once in a while. Now it is just plain broken
