A very poorly coded, barely functional app. Still, it gets the job of showing a QR code done. Then again, so does an image. If you try to see how many points you have or check the seasonal offers the app doesn't work. I still recommend getting the app for the free food!

Utterly disgusting app. First of all the password creation sux balls need $^$ Special THEN THEY ALWAYS SAY YOU CAN REDEEM THE POINTS IN THE APP? WHERE?? Only place I found I could give the info from the receipt is "Subway listens" -but here again "Fill the number exactly as it is in receipt. Okay this is simple, LOL this number in finnish receipt has # and no space netween last. APP HAS EXSMPLE OF ?US? RECEIPT guess what AINT THE SAME. How mamy hours u think pwople want to use for 8e ?RAGE

Installed the app to use it as a quick reference to the menu. Turns out it's useless for that purpose because of the horrible UI that requires precision control of a "funny" wheel component. And even if you do find the sub you are looking for, the text is tiny and not in a format where it'd be easy to read the main ingredients at a glance. You're much better off checking the menu from their web site.

Totally useless app. Every functionality ends in the app with "Error. Internal error". Are your servers working at all? I have a couple of receipts that had to be pulled from the cash register as the service is not working at all thus the Subcard cannot be accessed via phone app (disclaimer: I will not start carrying the physical card, ever). Downright a piece of ....

Before worked great. For the past month the code shows when you open the app, but going to the offers section (which is always empty, although clicking on an empty spot towards the top brings up an offer or info about squads etc) breaks everything. No history, no subcode, no offers, nothing. Requires reboot of phone or reinstalling the app to fix the code, but repeating steps breaks it every time.

Logs you out and changing the password is a tedious process.

Used to work really well, the last few months it's been getting worse and worse, having to restart the phone to get the code to show if you press any button after opening the app. Now it's just a dead white box, nothing works can't earn points, use points or offers. ☹️

Very unstable. Works possibly only during one hour a day. Wondering how a business like Subway can have such a lousy app like this. Very embarrassing. It worked for a short while and now again it doesn't. I had to log in again, and then it worked for some time, and later it again ceased to co-operate

Unusable. App does some really top level work for letting people not to log in. It is almost impossible to recover your password from the app nor from the website. Idea of sub squad is really cool but app circulates the requests from angient Egypt or something because when eating with the squad the "notification" of someone eating out comes hours after you've being at the store; if the app has being so kind to show the qr-code. No need for this stress anymore.

For an app that main purpose is to show a QR code, is super laggy depending in which position the stars are aligned with the moon, and loves to randomly log you off so you have to atand at the cash register, wait for the app to load for 10seconds to up to 5 minutes before you are told that you need to log in, to see the qr code. Useless. Lag is from the apps fault, not the wifi's or data plans fault.
