First of all - this app is the most advanced one and has many products and barcode (way more than other apps) of which you can check many things (cancer producing/fertility harming materials, ingredients, CO2...). The main reason I use the app is for these harming materials. And it works for all kinds of products very well, BUT it totally ignores the packaging of the food... Luckily I live within the EU, so I can send many emails to these businesses requesting a list of package-components by law

Page is plastered with ads, among others to join them on Instagram. 3 times on the same page is just excessive. Page jumps as ads are loaded, making you miss what you wanted to click on. Lacks more detail on ingredients.

Excellent when it works. Since an update ?last year, when I scan a product or search for one, it tells me that the 'product is not found. Even though the picture and title is displayed. Tried few times to reinstall the App but this unfortunately has not helped. I loved using it when it worked and still try to look for new advertised products, to see if they are worth buying or not.

I'm sure this app is helpful for people who have needs which it supports, but it simply doesn't offer what I'm looking for. I'm a person who has sensitivities to many different food ingredients which are less 'mainstream' due to chronic illness, and I just want a simple checker which can scan and search for those known ingredients I'm sensitive to if I manually input them. As it is in its current form, this is just useless to me. I'm also vegan, but then I still have to read the label anyway...

I used this app so much but it turns out it was so wrong. My son is severely lactose intolerant and it states items that contain milk are lactose free!! Perfect example is milk duds. They are shown in the app as lactose free so I gave my son some and he got sick. I read the label of the milk duds and it states it contains milk!!!!! Why would you do this!?!?? Definitely not safe for people with allergies and other health concerns.

Good idea for an app. 5 stars idea, I'd say. Though I think that in comparison to other apps $5 (CHF 5) to go ad free is too much, especially in regard that people who want to shop ecologically don't want to see commercial spam ads for unecological products all the time. So, I find the pricing slightly abusive. Also I found that most products I wanted to check with this app so far aren't in the database yet, which renders it more of a training tool (you make a habit of checking product details).
