App does not consistently retain display settings such as font size and colour scheme, does not consistently or adequately retain last place, and does not adjust for brightness and displays brighter than system settings. For me it is unusable.

Only thing that makes me keep going back to other apps like Libby or Hoopla is that they have Widgets. I like having a player right on my Home screen without having to load into the app just to hit Play/Pause.

cloud library has expanded my life. books I never would have consumed are now what I search for. topics I didnt think about , places I was unaware of, amazing people and animals. they are all part of me now. thanks CL.

the sleep timer works intermittently. its always a bit disturbing to wake up hours later with an audiobook still playing.. other than that it's fine.

It's on all all my devices! The in-app player conveniently picks up audio books wherever I left off- no re-starting. I can pick up where I left off (e-book or audio) across devices. Offline listening feature is awesome! The only way cloudLibrary could be any better is if users had the option to save the app to a device's SD card, rather than having to store it in the internal memory. This is one of the heaviest apps I use in terms of storage space & data.

Available books randomly dissapear. If they are checked out, then they should still show up as being a part of the library, not dissapear completely. Not all of them do this, but it seems like newer releases tend to be the culprits. Doesn't show all saved books in the saved section (sometimes), so I have trouble finding what I wanted to read. Audiobook player still needs better chapter functionality. Takes a long time for 'favorites' search to load.

One of the things this app does is that allows you to check out audiobooks from your library. It serves that function fine. However, it's a TERRIBLE app for listening to audiobooks. I often have to re-listen to chapters I've already heard, bookmarks don't work consistently, sometimes the app stops playing on its own, it doesn't acknowledge the "pause" function on my headphones, and there's no way to see where you are in a chapter. I wish there was another app I could use with my library card instead of this one.

Unsatisfactory. The reader is impossible to configure (on a Lenovo Duet) so that you can see the bottom line of the page, no matter how much you adjust line spacing or page margins. Vertical scrolling only works for a page or two then freezes. The library search filters do not work reliably eg, on hold books display even if the filter for Available Only is applied.

I love accessing so many amazing titles by using my library card. There are a few very tolerable frustrations with this app. The first is in order to download titles, I often have to leave the app and open it again. Another is that the renew feature never seems to work. Rewind and fast forward functions are not great for audio books. Other than that, I'm grateful to read free books through this app!

Since your last update, the audiobooks pick up somewhere behind where I left off. Sometimes it's the beginning of the track, sometimes it goes 60% behind where I left off. Sometimes it holds my place if payed and I answer the phone, sometimes it goes back to the beginning. I'm so frustrated! This is the only app my library uses, so I'm forced to use this app. I need the ability to trust the app will hold my place like EVERY OTHER AUDIOBOOK APP! This wasn't a problem before this last update!
