Paid for premium, used every day, but has not worked once since update! June14, 2014. No change after "Bug fixes for all." Still doesn't work. July 7, 2014: still won't even open! Emailed developer asking if there are plans to fix - no response. I think this app is dead. Using SeriesGuide now. Same functionality, except actually works.

I understand trying to make an app better. But this is just ridiculous. Force stop almost every single time and it won't work properly since your infamous update. Come on people, don't fix what it's not broken

I've used this App for a while now and I absolutely loved it! I was so excited to hear that with the upcoming update I could finally make an account and wouldn't lose my shows everytime I got a new phone and the THING DOESN'T EVEN WORK! Everytime I try to create an account it says "sign up failed" I have tried different usernames different passwords nothing I do works I tried deleting it and reinstalling. Its absolute garbage now! What a waste of an update! And what a sad fate for such an amazing app.

Since I've loved this app for so long, I updated and made an account with trackt since they now REQUIRE you to, in order to use the app. However, it no longer shows up in my Dashclock Widget like it used to. It doesn't let me switch to 12 hr time. It's just become a bit annoying now especially since I had to sign up for something just to keep using it. Very disappointed.

Loved the app till the latest update which forces a 3rd party account sign up. Now none of my episodes marked watched actually stay marked. Once the app is killed and reopened everything is reset. Basically useless for me until this is solved. I know there are many others having this problem. I definetly appreciate the developers hard work. Just giving my current experience with the app.

Why force to log in when you don't even have that functionality sorted out? Try in a few minutes seriously? Big fail, I'm looking for another ap to replace this one.

I had used this app previously and it was amazing. So now I install it again and it asks me to sign into trakt.tv... no big deal as I had created an account on the site using my google account... however there is no way to log into the app using your google account and using the username/password does nothing. So the app is completely unusable.

I had previously given this 4 stars but now have to change it. Cliffhanger has always been a little sluggish but this previous update causes the app to crash after 10 secs. I hope they solve it soon else I'll have to remove it. This app had such great potential.

The app used to be great, but over the course of the last couple of updates it's become unusable. It takes ages to complete simple operations, the search feature stops working after one or two searches, and attempts to add series are ignored. A previously marvellous app that's sadly become more frustrating than helpful.
