This supermarket is sickening. I made an order (6146310) two weeks ago, when the order arrived they said that they didn't have 12 cartons of milk in stock yet they still took the full amount from my credit card. I phoned up requesting the R$40 refunded and the man said 5 days. This was 2 weeks ago! Still no refund. I tried calling twice to get this resolved but the line was awful. Pão de Açúcar has security guards patrolling for thieves, yet they happily steal from their clients. Disgusting.

This app is very big, i.e, it occupy a large amount memory in device!!!! Other apps that have the same proposal occupy much less size.

This app is slow on my phone. Every time that I add a new item to the card the app gets slower and slower ruining my user experience completelly. When i try to swap between apps it gets worst. This app is not optimized and consumes all your phone's memory.

Really disappointing. The app was intended to be fast and such a useful tool, but instead of that, you only have an app that upgrades every 2 to 4 days and crashes all the time.
