I've been using the app for years now, and love it. However, it seems they are blocking accounts for using it for what it does best - according to the recent reviews I've been reading. It hasn't happened to me yet, and I'd be really unhappy if it did. It sucks that using the features could get you unexpectedly banned, and cost you your purchase price. This is a great app, I hope it isn't ruined by bad decisions.

Don't bother buying or using this app as they give you a choice in using certain feature then block you for using them. Me and around 20 other people are filing a report to Google regarding this unfair practice this app will soon be removed from the play store

Im sorry to say... but I have been having issues with client & app for sometime now... the support is grumpy & now ignores me and wont listen to my concerns! The app just will not respond to sms commands... but will if the phone is connected to the internet. This used to work... but wont now....I would like the issues addressed and resloved... please

Useless Ripoff Don't buy this if you ever intend to use it, they will lock your account with a TOS violation. Thieves don't even have the common decency to ask, rude support. Don't waste your money.

This is rating for cerberus (not client). The app still offline after switch off/ restart hp, I don't know is this related OS jelly bean or hp models (xiaomi 1s). But no problem for cerberus client (installed on nuxus 4)..... I should remove this app

I've been having a bug where the app is not following my unlock rule: 3 failed unlock attempts before taking a photo. So I'm getting a photo every single time I fail to unlock - which is a common occurrence. Usually very reliable until this minor annoyance.

Used to be cool but now the record audio won't work, keeps reloading the browser? Only security now is the camera features when it works too!

A must have app for those with Cerberus Anti-theft installed & setup on you device(s)! You can just go to the website to track your lost or stolen device but the app seems to run smoother and better then just going to the website

The author appears to be too stingy to pay for higher remote server bandwidth and instead blocks his paid users that are deemed abusive. FYI: Alternative GPS / Phone Tracker apps are available on Google's Play Store and some are actually free.

Why is my account blocked? I use this app to keep track of my mobile devices. just to make sure they're in the right hands other people that use them for work. even after purchasing I am now blocked from using key features that I need. Don't buy this app.
