First time you play you win. But it requires 2 prizes to ship. They may add a bonus prize or more but you still need to WIN 2 PRIZES. Easy right? No. I've been trying for a while now and I see what they do. The cost to add coins to play is ridiculous. In exchange for a prize I lost because there is a time limit for you to redeem they gave me about 100 coins. Great, right? Nope. I won one prize once again and lost the rest. So I'm stuck in that cycle where I need two prizes to ship.

I'm really enjoying this app. Out of the handful that I've played, this one gives the most options to earn coins and consistently. Though there is still incentive to buy coins, it is not a necessity. The claw machines also seem to be a lot more forgiving then other similar apps (looking at you Toreba lol)-I have yet to have anything shipped to me as I am getting a good haul together before I apply for shipping (free)-But if other users pics are anything to go by, then I'm in for a treat! 😁😁😁

Th Machines still don't run smoothly - they're still jerky at times and still don't move right away or don't move at all. This causes the player to lose a turn, lose coins used to play and the chance of possibly winning a prize. I really like playing this claw game and hope to be able to raise my star level again.

100% a scam. The figures, toys, and other items you can win cost them less than $10 a piece. You'll win 1 immediately, but need two to ship. Well, get ready to spend $50 for the second item (tested this twice and it is consistently $50+/-5) It is incredible to me that Google play allows apps like these that prey on people. Should be removed.

I haven't been able to claim my prizes since I first started this game. I haven't been able to win my second prize. Spent about 250 coins trying to win the octopus. I made three tries in a row today with no luck, then watched a random join in and scoop up multiple prizes in one play. My current prizes will expire soon. I did spin a second mystery gift and even though it didn't show up in my prizes tab, it doesn't matter at this point. I haven't had any lag issues.

I like the game but there are reasons why I don't, it's way too expensive to buy coins for playing any games. I won a prize with my free games, I also bought a voucher with money off, with the voucher there was a free gift worth $10. The game says that you need to have 2 prizes before they will ship them to you but in they have to be clawed prizes. I really think that should be changed it's very unfair.

Loving this game so far! It's a lot of fun especially given that we're in lockdown right and we can't go out to an arcade. This is a great alternative. The games are all really fun. Some are a little hard but you can win some pretty cool prizes. I've even got my sisters hooked onto this game. Totally recommend this for everyone to try!

Don't waste your time. I played 25 games and was only able to claw 1 prize. The other 24 times the claws will pinch and open on the prize before even attempting to lift it, or will lift the prize slightly and then just open completely. And the customer service will say some by about flexibility in the claws or luck, anything to skirt around the fact that their machines are programed to not win. If you want a decent one get Clawee, they actually work.

I really enjoy playing this game. I have tried many claw games and this one is by far one of the best. I only wish that they would do more deals for coins. You can win coupons with daily spins but they are only good if purchasing packages with PayPal or credit card. So they are basically useless if using Google Play funds.

Completely rigged junk. None of the machines work after your first time. I read a review just like that and thought they were just upset with it, but no, that how they get you. You get five free tries. The last one you'll win, but your can actually ship your winnings unless you've won two. The cheapest pack is ten, but somehow the crane never actually picks it up, or the camera Lags until you have 3 seconds. Have the time it'll just shove the Crain all the way to one end randomly too. Garbage
