I have two main complaints that keep the app from being great. First, I've had a couple issues when booking a class with friends. Instead of showing the number of available slots for a class, which would prevent this problem, one of us books and the rest cannot. We then have to call the studio to get a refund on our credits. Which brings me to the second issue, refunding. If a studio cancels on me, I don't get credits refunded immediately, and usually I have to contact support for help

Absolutely garbage. Customer service doesn't exist. Some studios don't accept it anymore because ClassPass doesn't always pay them. You sometimes don't find out until afterwards when it's your time to pay. Points don't roll over more than one month so you just lose money if we you don't use it on for a month. The gym I used to work at before I signed up for it had gotten rid of it because it was "annoying" to deal with. Now I get it. Don't bother.

The classes are pretty good and there's a good variety to try. However God forbid you need to contact customer service for anything. Class cancellation terms can be harsh. Don't bother referring any friends because the referral system doesnt work at all due to technical issues they won't admit to. But it's so hard to prove on the customer's end! Why would I lie about this after providing all the evidence? Astoundingly terrible service. If a similar service becomes available, I will switch.

I love the concept albeit expensive. The service however is ridicolous. I'm being falsely accused of not being at the lesson, they give me a €14 fine and make it incredibly hard to defend myself. That should not be part of a customerdriven service, that's purely a profit driven way of abusing your customers.

There's No Way To Cancel, most places that are in the app aren't affiliated anymore, every time I try to book a place through the places Still affiliated, my sessions get canceled. HOW ANM I SUPPOSED TO USE THE CREDITS I PAYED FOR. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE 76 CREDITS I DO HAVE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! 😡

Rip off. Bait and switch mechanics built into the credit pricing of some gyms. No notice shown, but if you sign up for more than a few sessions than it increases the price. I asked for a refund on my membership and they wouldn't give a refund. STAY AWAY!

Bug in this current version where you can't see your upcoming classes and consequently you are unable to easily cancel your classes or see any details on your upcoming classes. I'll change my review when this bug is fixed...

App frequently gives errors of fails to book on my Samsung s21 ultra. Suggestions are almost always distant from me and unrelated to anything i have shown previous interest in. Sometimes it will show the same place on every panel. I understand the forced feedback requirement after a class for building the app but its abhorrent to a user just trying to book classes. If you want feedback how about incentivation via a rewards program rather than an awful ui.

app functions well and all. but would be great if we can see the number of slots that are available left so that groups can see if there are enough slots for all of us to join.

Worst app ever. I was charging in 0.50 to check my bank account. I insert my phone number and it saying that this phone is already linked with another account and I never had it before. I cannot make nothing on the app even cancel my account. I really dont know what to do.
