Terrible customer service, most rude guy on the phone !!! Someone with British accent did not let me talk and was very disrespectful, not trying to help me but rather to fight with me. Shame on you guys ! And after that we are surprised why Russian owned services are considered to be rude and not customer friendly ! Pls train your team properly on how to deal with customers and what are simple manners of communication between people, especially if one of them is client.

Worst app and people working for it. I have been waiting for more than a year to get a refund back on tickets bought through City travel. Empty promises. Please dont use this company for purchases.

Bunch of scammers. They sold tickets which did not allow connecting flights so our family booking was canceled and no refunds. Called airlines and they said they immediately refunded the agency but the agency won't give any refunds. Fraud and scam. I hope they end up in jail soon.

I request everyone don't trust on this website This website is Fraud & Scam. I booked my ticket through their website and ticket has been canceled 10 March 2020. I requested for refund, they said wait for 30 business days. I waited! After 30 business days i contact them and they said wait for 60 business days refund has not issued from airline. I contacted airline,they said your refund already has issued to City.Travel so i contact again city travel. They said again wait and wait.
