Quick and reliable. It took a while to feel comfortable with changes from old platform with Financial Spreads but now ok. The History section however is not as good! one cannot see both open and closing prices of trades displayed together. I keep my own manual record as I trade long term rather than on a daily basis. 19 Jun2021. Forget foregoing. I am unable to trade on this App. Full Stop. It does not display the value of open positions and the Apl crashes. Staff unhelpful on phone call. * x

MANIPULATING! OPEN PRICE SUDDENLY GOT LOWER WHEN NEXT CANDLESTICK OPENED! WTH! IM OU T FROM UR PLATFORM FOREVER! Hitting yout stop loss where other platform chart did not even reach that price, not opening market on US open time. NOT ALLOWING TO PLACE TRADES ON HOT STOCKS. Wonder why are they in singapore at all? Can the authorities do somthing about this kinda brokers?

Something broke on the latest update on my Note 10+ the chart doesn't fill the whole screen when I turn the phone into landscape mode, the right half remains blank

City Index is a great platform, but the new app is fussy and on a smartphone has too much crowded information on the screen. I much preferred the old version. I think that someone who needs all the new stuff is probably going to be on a web platform, not using an app on a smartphone. There is also an issue that their IT is trying to sort out. I use the same app with two different accounts. One account works fine, but the other cannot display the live graphs and charts.

Hi, I have to agree that it is not very easy to use, but once mastered it's fine. Have used it initially about 10-12 years ago, and had to stop due ill-health. Just got back into it, with lockdown, and did find a lot, lot, more information now, especially important, is real-time information, tracking etc. I would, however, like to make things I need that I can put in easy-to-access area. Am sure there is a way, only that I haven't yet found a place and items - confident I will do. Thanks team.

latest update is very frustrating. all my watch list charts are set to 15 minutes as default and can no longer rapidly change with 1 tap, need to scroll down on the time indicator and select. after selecting, once check different item on watch list the timeline sets back to 15 minute default. wasting time where previous operating was far more convenient. few other issues with scrolling backwards on timecharts. previous system far superior. if software are reading this how do I remove last update?

having issues logging on. It keeps telling me I don't have data or a connection, I would agree if it wasn't for the fact that it's wrong 😉. I would like to put money into this app, but if this happens frequently I fear it may loose my invested cash/possible profits.

Be extremely careful with this platform. Caution: i It's market maker.... Meaning it's fake it's not connected nor has any influence on the real market when placing trades. Some of the people who work for these guys will say it does but some will say it doesn't ( if you call them and ask questions on a regular basis you will have some none dog people tell you the truth. It always screws you on your stop losses to the point then flies back up. Be extremely careful....

the new update has changed the chart, the new chart is so troublesome, the old one is plain and simple. As compare to the old chart, the new chart has too much going on which can make trading hard. Please revert to the old chart, hope everything can back to normal.

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Worst customer service ever. They ignore all requests for withdrawal of your own balance. Not responsive at all. They deduct fees on accounts with balance for not planning a trade. They don't respond either via phone or email. I'm reporting them to the ombudsman.
