The app is not working since after upgrade from many days it seems that IT team is sleeping and not fixing it. This is very poor and pathetic IT support. Really disappointing.. I raised a complaint and it was closed without providing relief as I received email alert. Now I cannot view detail add my feedback because app is not working. Well done National IT board and PMDU teams you are doing great, No App No Complaints anymore.👌

The app is good overall but the search bar needs to be SEO optimized. The options are very generic. The pop ups at the beginning are very very annoying. The app has been tried to be uniformized for Muslims which is totally wrong. There is no point of showing Khatm e nabuwwat banner in the beginning as govt can't prove its loyalty like this. Keep the app neutral of all religions. Then comes another pop up which is so basic and understood. No point of showing it .

Idea is good, but looks like no one cares about what is getting resolved. There is no auditing mechanism to see whether the resolved complaints are really resolved or not. People who are the source of problems are made responsible to resolve the complaints. I launched 5 complaints, 2 were marked resolved without any solution. We cant reopen the complaints. I appritiate the innitiative, but unfortunatly the whole idea sucks due to no audit or data analytics on complaints and type of resolutions.

Extremely disappointed. I have launch complaints all the complaints are forwarded to a person who is directly involve and he close down all of them. It was easy for him. He simply close down his own malpractice. Even i have complain that don't forward to him. Still this app is just to make fool

Good work, need more improvement .The important matter which should be considered is to take feedbacks from complainent till his full satisfaction on his complaints and if the resolution of complaints is not fully done then necessary disciplinary action should be taken against whom complaints were lodged .

Unsatisfied I am trying to lounge my complain from last 2 weeks daily 3 or 4 times.After fill all required sections when going to send always showing me that "system is under necessary maintenance try latter" I don't know how long maintenance take time and i file my complaint. 2. Foreign Countries Code can't accept may that is in System without + I am from Germany when i am going to register my Mobile # not accepted I have register with Pak Mobile # Please upgrade finish maintenance process.

Filed a complaint 2 months back. Still no one responded nor the problem is solved. Secondly, after the new update on 21st Sep 2021 the app doesn't even open properly it say technical difficulties.

Good app, but very lazy action taking procesure. I registered complaint for Credit Card NOC 5 days ago, still in process, however it needs to take 2days in resolving this issue.

A great initiative by PM imran khan I had a issue which is now resolved. It will take some time to respond to your complaints but you can rely upon this app it has very simple interface and a responsive team at the backend.

It was working on the initial days, but after passage of time now that's useless, no any officer ready to resolve complaint. Just delay and relief can't be granted, partially relief granted. No work.
