This APP has some of the best Asian foods choices of ANY other food delivery service in the area PERIOD. My only concern is some menus do not contain descriptions in English. This would help the consumer a lot. We're already here & signed up but when I tap the "Details" & am met without anything it's a potentially lost sale. I've tried many many new spots with Chowbus. They also offer promotions & very good customer service.

Delivery estimate is completely made up on this app. They will should a 30 min estimate to get you to place order but you won't get food for at least 2 hours, sometime even 3. While you wait in hunger, they won't let you cancel order either.

I love this app so much. The amazing variety of foods and goods is just stunning. The only negative I have is that the descriptions of some things on menus are lacking but otherwise, absolutely wonderful app.

App experience is terrible, one of the worst search functions of any app. Seems 100% catered towards chinese restaurants. Delivery estimates are ridiculous. You can put an order for 6 PM and it wont arrive until 10 PM.

Excellent the ability to choose food from three different locations and have it delivered so when you're craving your favorite Asian dish you're not limited to one place has always been on time drivers are always super courteous just a great service

My first experience with this delivery service was not at all good but they reached out and helped me resolve the issue. Overall, they earn the stars for prompt customer service and having restaurants/store options that other apps does not have. Unfortunately, delivery takes a long while so you either order 2 hours ahead or you're out of luck.

Pros: doesn't seem to have as many menu price markups as other apps. Support line answers quickly. Cons: interface is buggy. Removing a random item also removes any promotional items/rewards from your purchase Adding an item resets your time preference for delivery Can't cancel orders. Neither through the app nor through their support line. I went from order confirmation to cancel page in seconds and was told it was too late.

Definitely not worth it just stick with ubereats or door dash and save your time. Any of their ads on insta may seem tempting but impossible to redeem (at least in Texas). Delivery location is far too small and the search bar for restaurants or food doesn't work. App also takes forever to load.

Pros: simple and clear UI. It is good experience to order food delivery in this app Cons: Price in this app is higher than you directly order from the restaurant. This is true for many restaurants. The android app does not show a cancel option for the voucher.
