The app is fine. The company behind it is greedy. They are happy to take your money and promise times there is no possible way the store can meet. They won't restrict ordering just because they want your money and don't care about wasting your time. The restaurant is fully staffed but can't keep up with the volume of orders. The solution is easy, throttle the need of orders allowed for carryout to a rate the store can actually make. Otherwise this is just plain greed.

It's fine for pick up but horrible for delivery, and when you are meant to do just 2 things but only do one of them well you deserve zero stars. Most deliveries arrive much, much later than they claim. I got the wrong order once. And today they canceled my order 20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time *with no explanation*. That's unforgivable. Give us explanations when you deprive us of a meal. Additionally the doordash integration ignores dash pass so you have to pay all the fees.

I was ordering all the time no problem with the old app. Today I went to order and was told that I need to update to the new app to "score my food." I was given no choice so I did. Now I can't order at all! It keeps taking me back to the same "gotta update to the new app to score my food" screen. This sucks! Everything was working fine and then it wasn't. Now I'm getting food elsewhere. Sorry Chipotle, your updated app blows!!

Time estimates don't update to reflect actual wait you can expect. It's perfectly fine if things aren't too busy, but a good few times now I've found my order not being ready until 45+ minutes after the estimate because the place happened to be busy that night, and I had no way of knowing until the moment I show up to pick up my food. I've learned that I can't trust this app outside of times where there obviously wouldn't be a lot of traffic, which is wildly frustrating to me.

This was an awful experience. I spent 20 min in the drive through and when I got to the pickup window there was no unsweetened iced tea. Apparently tgey forgot to make it that morning. Then I get home and the order is not even correct. Ordered Chicken and got some sort of spicy meat, no guac but sour cream instead. I spent $14+ for a meal I didn't order, nor want. I want my money back!

The app is not bad. However, it has recently been updated so that the rewards mechanism that it currently uses is most cumbersome and unintuitive - it is never easy to get it to work, and when one gets it to work it is never clear how this was pulled off. It is as though the developers tried to make this feature as inconvenient as reasonably possible, perhaps aiming to deter people from using it. I would have given the app one more star had it not been for this feature.

Doesn't allow you to use a gift card if your total is over the gift card balance, so you can't split your payment. So I can't spend up my gift card because in store orders are suspended. Also run into an error changing my email address. Update - they allow you to split payments now, but they only allow you to pay with one gift card. So if you have a leftover balance, they force you to use a credit card instead of another gift card. This is scummy, especially for large orders.

I love the user-friendliness of the app. However I've run into a few problems. Adding my new card information to pay has yet to work and I am met with an error message that only tells me to "try again later". I also love the vinaigrette that I assume comes with salads. In-person ordering means I can ask for it on the side of my burrito bowl, but there isn't an option on the app to add it (or even type it in manually).

I love using the app to order and pick up. However I wish there was a feature where they told you what food they were out of, or the store could refund what I paid for. For example, if I'm ordering guac on my bowl within the hour of closing, I don't know if they're out of guacamole or not. The store doesn't call or refund and I get home and the order is wrong. It's fine if they're out of food, I'm ordering late, but I'd really like to know before I pick up my food.

Hasn't improved in 9 months. I've stopped going to Chipotle in general. Just tried again in response to Halloween special offer. App failed miserably with locked try again screen after reinstalling it. Couldn't even get to normal screens. The store hours haven't improved either. The few times I've gone back and actually able to get food, the orders were messed up in some way or another. Not one was 100% correct. I can't justify the price increases to get the wrong thing and fairly small portions
