    1 year in. 🥰😇 I love it. The only downside is that there's issues getting your money if you forget your information. & Its can be up to 90 days to receive your money if you close your account 🙄. But like i said i love it. You get paid every month for saving. I also love the overdraft & no fees with chime. Early pay for some. The show you the free ATM yhat you're closest to. As well as sending money to family and friends, & paying bills ALL through your mobile app. ITS A WIN IF YOU ASK ME.

    apk It's an alright app so far. There are limitations, for example you cannot load money on the card from an non-affiliated ATM. You will get charged for transferring money from your savings too often, and you cannot link this account to everything, like my TD Ameritrade stock account and a few others. The app also seems to lack depth. It feels like a cheap app with no direction and an overly simplified UI, which makes it seem like what you see is what you get.

Since then I have gotten alot more calls about credit cards, mail from credit card companies, and emails. This started the day after I signed up. Their app is easy to use. Customer Service is a joke. They will end the Chat ,and mark as solved, as soon as they are done talking even though they did not at all Solve the problem. Savings is easy. Keep track of your money! Somethings its not correct.

    chime mobile banking login Only been down once since it's been my primary bank, only thing is that depositing money is quite a pain, having come from chase and it's easy cash deposit ATMs, having to ask a friend to deposit money into their bank so I can transfer it to me is really weird. Don't get me wrong I love this bank. Just wish it was easier to deposit money that doesn't require technology from the 90s. (For me, anyways)

    chime mobile banking review Chime has been wonderful! I've been using it for about 8 months and theres no overdraft fees. They help you build your credit and the customer service is fantastic. I'm currently enrolled in the credit builder and all I have to do is load money and make regular transactions just as I always do and it rebuilds my credit. I find that to be excellent and very helpful. I love my Chime!!

    chime mobile banking customer service number Flipping LOVE Chime!! My husband and I are constantly trying to refer all of our friends and family to bank with Chime. The $50 referral incentive is so awesome! Love getting paid earlier than everyone else. Modern banking is pretty cool too, but it's also a bit of a hassle to deposit cash and not being able to speak with an actual person to resolve issues over half of the time, just the "ChimeBot" chat option that basically just gives out answers from the FAQ page on their website.

He gave precise information on which document I'd need and how to access the document via the chime application, there was virtually no wait time to speak to a tech. He spoke clearly, concisely and confidently. It was a simple process to set up my direct deposit with the help I received. Love this card, love the app.

    chime mobile banking sign in Pros - Very decent. It's what you'd expect from an online banking experience. Having next to no fees is great. Savings is a painless process. Loving the overdraft options. Works with my other forms of payment such as Cash App, Paypal, etc... Cons - My paycheck is directly deposited every week on FRIDAY. It does NOT deposit up to 2 days early as how Chime claimes. Would love an option to view more details about transactions. There's no stop/hold payment option for transactions in question.

    chime mobile banking stock I love Chime because I don't have any problems depositing money into my account, it sends me updates on how much money I have in the account and when purchases are made it sends me a text letting me know much was spent and how much is left in my account after the purchases. Very easy and I haven't had any problems. There is also a $45 spend down when you go over what you have in your account with no service fee for overages. Very, very good app.

    chime banking mobile deposit I hate chime!!! When my account was compromised, I had to get a new card. Weeks would go by and still no card. Two different occasions the replacement card never made it to me. I had to start all over again just to find out the second replacement card didn't make it to me either. They are great for deactivating a card due to scamers. Getting a replacement card takes up to a month before the get it right. I've lost my patience and can't wait to close this account. Forever!!!

    Such a great bank! Wonderful customer service, easy to use app, saving features (like round up purchases and auto saving paycheck deposits), helpful reminders, sweepstakes/contests (I won $200 2 weeks ago!), Credit builder programs, chip enabled debit cards....just so good all around! But definitely the best thing for me was the easy to use customer chat option in the app and the quickest/friendliest service! Love Chime!

    The log in whenever switching devices is cumbersome. Have to get out of long line just to move enough funds to complete transaction. Why not just recognize which devices are used and only require the cumbersome log in when an unrecognized device is used. I don't want to be dependent on spotme when I have sufficient funds in the bank. Also if one needs to search for a specific transaction it's a pain, no search function that I can find.

    Very disappointing! I had 2 unauthorized transactions on my account. I sent the dispute paperwork to get my money back her its almost 30 days later and I haven't been refunded my money. Every time I call i keep getting a different date. I called a few days ago they told me they would be escalating the issue so I could get my refund back and I called today and I was told they need more time. This is ridiculous! As soon as I get my money back I'm done with chime. Highly don't recommend it.

    So far, I am pretty blown away by this app. I wasn't comfortable about signing up after reading some of the reviews but took a shot expecting the best experience. And so far it has been. Everything about this was easy... Opening the account, getting the debit card, setting up my direct deposit, activating your card and I have already had the need to use the chat service for an address update. That process was great as well. Thank you CHIME. 👍😁

    Chime really came in clutch for me. I needed to set up some sort of checking account within a 24 hour time frame and due to COVID-19, it was a little difficult.. than I found Chime. It's easy to set up, easy to use- all I did was give my employer my direct deposit info I immediately started getting paid on Tuesdays instead of Fridays.

    Horrible app. Acct suspended no reason given. Asked for ID card and proof of residence several times. I obliged each time. Still no reason as to why suspended. On top of that a have a pending dispute for over$600, which they won't investigate because of suspension. Starting to think this is there way of not paying me back the dispute money. Considering contacting an attorney and/or local news for a fraud investigation.

    I've had a chime account for almost a month now and everything is well. I get paid sooner there are no fees as long as I use the in house ATMs. As far as the app it's very nice but the home screen where your account balance is. Stays a little clustered with that being said it's not the reason I'm only giving 4 stars. I will update the rating later to ensure everything is still smooth. Great bank great app thank you chime!

    I have been dealing with chime for over a year. The app and customer service is completely useless. God help you if you get locked out of your account (after imputing the correct information). Good luck trying to update your contact information with a live customer service agent bc they're going to tell you that you have to email support. I have emailed and emailed and emailed. All I keep getting is an automated message about the IRS portal.

    I like this type of banking so far but a few features I can't access. I have direct deposit set up which is great since as advertised it is a few days earlier than you normally would receive. I wanted to deposit a check by mobile but it wouldn't allow me to do that. As for depositing cash or check its easy to tranfer funds from another account which unfortunately takes days to access those funds. I have yet to deposit at a green dot location and see how that works out.

    This is the absolute worst app. I tried setting up an account and when it asked to verify my account, it couldn't access my camera (which the app never asked for permission to access). Then when I tried to just start over it affiliated my phone number to an account and when I tried to log in it told me I can't even access the app itself because they couldn't open a Chime Deposit Account.

    Updated rating/review due to previous issues being fixed. However, Android 10's face unlock is not supported. Hoping to have that issue fixed in an upcoming update asap! Overall, Chime really is a great app and great bank to have! Cannot beat the fact that you really do get paid two days earlier. Also worth mentioning that any sort of deposit (stimulus checks, tax refunds, store refunds, etc.) are processed in your account MUCH faster than other major banks.

    So, I've had an account with them for 2 or 3 years. Honestly, I've loved them up until this week. My issues started with the stimulus check. I recieved a paper check, even though I put my DD info in the IRS site. I dont have enough space for the whole story, but chime made it so that they are the only ones who can cash it, however they are refusing AND restricted my acct. I called, 1st rep told me she was positive they would fix it, 2nd rep told me nothing could be done. I'm absolutely LIVID.

    Since the last update this past week. The app will not connect to my bank account. Will not stop changing my password. Their is NO transparency with this company. They decline when your trying to shop then hide and WILL NOT answer the phone. So what its a virus out millions are working from home. They have no excuse NOT to provide a live operator. This company use to be extremely useful. Now all you get is oops forbidden access messages . This is totally unacceptable.

    Chime is great and easy to use. I only gave it four stars because I'm new (Only 3 Months), but I couldn't be happier with it and I'm leaving room to add a star. So not be overzealous if something does happen and I have to rate down one star. So really this is a five-star app for me. And by what I have seen and experienced so far I will need room to add that one star.

    The commercials are totally correct. You do get PAID 2 DAYS EARLY. I really wanted to put their app to the test and its amazing. Super easy to use and move funds. Just like a regular bank; although it is a faster process and eliminates the excess paperwork you may need going into a physical bank. This app is super convenient! I love it!

    I do love my Chime account! It's easy, fast, and simple to navigate. Setting up direct deposit was a breeze! The only thing I don't care for is that depositing cash is spendy. E.g., 7-eleven will "reload" your debit card for $4.95. Also, while I ❤️ the over draft feature (and dip into often), the amount changed from $75 to $45 without notifying me. My temporary lay off caused less direct deposits into my account. But it was very stressful to be delined for $10 of gas during this pandemic.

    The app is phenomenal and so is this bank, any issues I've had have been addressed and they have even gone out of their way to help when unforseen issues arise. They handed out $10 because the app was down for a day. Incredible. Can tell you no other bank has ever done that for me. If I had one wish it would be that the app eventually gets a dark mode. All my other apps are set to dark mode and I get blinded by this one every time 😅.

    Love! Best Bank banking app in the world! Holds true to their word, I get direct deposits 2 days early!!!! And I am loving it. Some banks are not compatible from what they have said (Trius FCU , for example, is not) but they will look toward making that an option in the future.

    I absolutely love this app and this Bank! Everything is always up-to-date. I've never had any problems with it. It has the optional save change feature where it puts the extra amount of your purchases into your savings account automatically. I got the Credit Builder card as well. I'm working on getting my credit built back up a little bit at a time.

    I have tried 5 times in over a year and never got my card. You can not move money from bank to bank without an activated card. Customer service is so hard to get to. You have to manage to get past the text message self help robot that honestly know three things and is no help whatvso ever. Customer service would only resend me another card only to end just like the others that I never got. Basically left it up to fate. Thought it was my mailbox, So i tried p.o. box. Nothing.

    Used to be a good bank. I'm closing my account though. As everything is changing towards normal banking. Interest rates aren't great or a perk. Places will give you a hard time for having it saying it isn't a real bank account. Then with the virus deposits being off they remove your spot me. So what's the point of staying? Makes me sad because I have had a chime account for a long time and I used to tell everyone how great they are. Now....just get a normal bank it's easier

    I love the app and how convenient the entire experience is, however everyone I invite cannot create an account and I'm not sure if it's due to the covid-19 situation or what's going on but they can't create an account using the invite link I sent them and that's honestly extremely upsetting considering how convenient chime is and how much I love having this account

    I absolutely love chime bankingI've used it before and set up direct deposit and the app on the smartphone is the best app I've ever used for an online banking and checking account you could transfer your funds as many times you wanted between savings and checking you could keep track of every little dime that you spent you can put away a savings it's got all the options and more even balance protection over $100 with no interest collected to me it's the best online banking experience to have.

    It's a great app. I went with this app because when you have to send money to your children it's free to transfer money instead of going to walmart and wiring money and very convenient. Only had 1 time it was down for 3 days but haven't had a problem since and that was last year. They also do round up and put in your savings which really helps you to save money. I recommend it.

    I love my Chime!!! I wish there was a way to take photos to deposit paper checks into my account. But, it's the only bank I use anymore. It lefts me overdraft for free, has a savings account that can't be drafted for bills. Let's me easily transfer money between the two accounts and let's me wire my son money easily. I wouldn't go back to tradional banking again.

    so far its a great bank ..updated review (5/01/2020): Its still a great bank. It may crash every now and then but they are quick to correct it and go out the way to accomodate you once its fixed. I would recommend for anyone who just needs a fast paced check deposit and dont care for dealing with the major banks. Only down side is atm fees. You end up paying anyehere from 5 to 6 dollars to withdraw money from a atm. Which is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

    Great idea, I never would visit my last bank I just did everything using the app. So this Bank was perfect for me and I love how I don't have to pay the $12.50 a month for having a checking account with BofA. Highly recommend if you don't go to a branch office and just do everything online. Oh, and the app is awesome!

    Terrible support only reason why I'm keeping them at the moment is simply because it is too much of a hassle otherwise. Couldn't cash in a check multiple times so unless you want to wait several weeks for direct deposit good luck, SOL. They did this despite the current crisis happening. I do like certain features, but there is simply no recourse in the event something doesn't work for you.

    Its okay except it keeps logging me out of my account while theres money in my account and takes FOREVER to get back in. Wont let me change my password as well, never had a problem with it till now...! Anyone who has been using this for a while. Is that normal cuz if not im switching cuz i cant do this when my entire paycheck is on there and i have a child in potty training! This momma needs her money! #CNALife #MedicalField

    So there's a security measure that use your phone number, i select to reset it and nothing happens. Can't access my account now. Good job. I left netspend for the same exact reason. Guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Once again, account hasn't accessible for a week and I'm gonna spread the word so that no one else has to go through this.

    I have changed my rating of this bank I have had many issues the one that has caused me to stop using chime is the fact that I deposited a check 2 weeks ago and had no issues I had attempted to deposit my next paycheck and they denied for no reason and refused to let me re attempt it. The fact that my first check was accepted but my second was not when the only thing changed was the amount (more hours) and the date due to it being a new pay period 🙃..

    Chime has been great. I made some mistakes when I was younger so it was hard for me to get a triditional bank account. Chime stepped up for me and has had me covered for all events. I have all the great features even a savings account with APR. They alway keep me informed and even though ive only called one time their customer service was very helpful. The round-up savings on each purchase is really cool and the easy option to pay friends is even better ! The only down side to the app is the fees stores or retailers charge to add / deposit cash into the account .... Other than that I love this app ! Thanks Chime

    I was kind of skeptical at first, but someone at my work had Chime and recommended it to me. I ended loving it. I get paid 2 days early and spot me is really convienant. You can overdraft for free. No fees. It just comes out of your next deposit. The more you deposit the more you can overdraw. There's option to send part of your check to savings with every deposit.     app sucks. it never comes up when i click on it. its slow and i have reinstalled it several times. i love my chime account though its the best prepaid card on the market. its a shame the app is so useless. UPDATE the app seems to have improved and is working fine since the last two updates. Chime is the best card I have ever had!

    LOVE Chime banking! App is pretty basic, wish the "move money" part was clearer at first but I'm hip to how it works now and it makes sense. Anyways, Chime has been a great experience thus far and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them! I was just reading some of the negative reviews for Chime 🤣 some people are funny af. I ALSO used Chime for my stimulus check as well as my income tax. No issues. Just people blaming the IRS issues on Chime. Take :em with a grain of salt.

    You have to wait nearly a week for funds to transfer from your bank account & some places can charge up to 6 bucks to load cash. Might as well pay 3 bucks a month with my current bank. Its nice that it doesnt have a monthly fee but i think im sitting this one out. Sorry chime!

    Money always 2 days early. No hidden fees.I like that Chime users can Chime each other money. Chime users have a choice when money hit the card,whether to put money in your checking or savings on your chime card. This Chime card has way more features on it then a regular card. This Chime card is awesome.

    I love it! It's great for people that travel internationally since it has the option on the mobile app that let's them know you are out of the states and it allows you to use it at no extra cause or like the banks that add all those crazy fees. You can trust them!

    As far as online banking options go, Chime is hands down the best I've dealt with... If you are considering net spend, don't waste anymore of you time and energy... Chime has all the perks of a netspend account along with the fact that it's actually a bank account rather than a prepaid card. The bottom line, if all you need is online bank and don't need the traditional brick and mortar bank and the features that only they can provide... then Chime is the only option you need!!!

    I mean I've only had it for about a week and a half now and I love it. One of the main things I love about it is that when you open the app up it shows your balance and everything else you don't have to go into something else or push something else to see it. It's just right there and I use my fingerprint or my passcode so it's really easy. The savings part is cool too you put money into your savings and it round,s it up like you're change and stuff like that to it.

    Transfers from 1 Bank account to chime even after bank accounts are linked takes longer than the listed time of completion. I have went as far as doing day before transfers and haven't seen on time transfer yet and the money has already been taken out of my primary account. Whats the point of having linked accounts if it doesn't make transactions easier. Really thinking of using another app.

    Been on a week. It was easy to get started and seems easy enough to figure out. 1 negative i have personally, is that you CANNOT have a 2nd card for the account. As I stated, I have only been using app around 7 days, so updated update coming soon 👌

    I've been with Chime for months and I haven't had any problems. I'm glad I found them because unlike these other banks you have to worry about all these different kinds of fees but not with Chime! In regards to the negative reviews there is no perfect bank! You're going to run into some problems at times but not all the time! One thing I love about Chime is there is no over draft fees, you can't overdraw the amount you want but it's so much better than these leading competitors!

    Once I typed in my ssc and went to verify with my photo ID, it kicked me out and won't let me finish creating my account OR make another one. I tried calling customer service and it just told me to use the in app customer service. It said there's people ready to help 24 hours a day but I can't do anything!!!

    This is a very good online bank. The app is very easy to understand and you definitely get your direct deposit early. They offer all the services of a brick and mortar bank with out the hassle and fees. I recommend this to anyone that needs a good bank or are thinking of going to an online bank. Great service!

    this is a really awesome way to save money and a really easy way to have a checking account I will say that I'd there was someone snag that I found with this account if you want to do something like rent a car from Enterprise they will not accept chime checking because they say it's not an actual checking account from a bank I'm not exactly sure what other facilities won't accept it but that is the one facilities I found will not accept it but the feature where the savings saves change is cool.

    Chime card numbers seem to be easily stolen, and it's aggravating when you get alerts your card was declined at a bunch of places for the wrong CVV, but you can never get any detailed information and if you don't have the daily alert setting on you may never know if ur cards being declined places

    No fees ever...and let it STAY that way. By the way let us know where we can load our cards for no fee thank you. Two hickups, The pending charges are on too long, and you can't find out if a charge has been refunded to you, no real records (Dates and Times) of refunds.

    First I'd like to say that as for banking and use I would give this as a 5 star but customer service is a no star. They are rude, they want to argue with and it seems you always get disconnected at some point before solving the problem. If you want on line banking go any where but with them!!! I've had $200 in limbo and can't use!!!

    Been with chime for a little over a month now and I have to say it's amazing! It's nice that every morning they tell you what your balance is with a notification. Everything gets deposited as it should be and setting up your account is a snap!

    App goes down constantly and chime was completely offline for almost a week a few months ago! You couldn't withdraw money or even use your debit card for purchases! Bank went completely dark for a week, you can verify simply by web searching "chime goes dark."

    Chime is garbage. Sorry it just is. It's like pulling teeth to speak to someone. When you finally do, 95% chance english is not the native tongue. They have no clue what you're talking about. Don't have to dispute a charge because that doesn't work. It also takes 10 days to send a company a check for bill pay. Do yourself and get a regular account or I would even suggest Simple or Mead banking.

    I just started using Chime after seeing a ton of ads all over Hulu and Facebook and recently I closed my bank account, well COVID-19 hit and I had no bank account to receive my stimlus check nor were banks open and accepting new accounts (at least in MY area, I went to 3 different banks including my old bank), Chime definitely saved me so much time and stress, wish I would've gotten it sooner to be honest.

So far Chime has done everything they have promised. The "Spot me " feature has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend this bank.

    Have been trying to make a mobile check deposit for 2 days unsuccessfully because the app is defective. Contacting a human being is impossible and the robochat is utterly useless. Making cash deposits is impossible since you are directed to purchase a Green dot or moneypak card that chime doesn't accept. That's fraud.

Wish it was around a long time ago. Would have saved a ton of $ from those other ridiculous greedy banks... THANKS GUYS A BUNCH! BEING A SINGLE MOM AND GETTING GOUGED FROM KIDS IS ENOUGH... LOL.     I have been using Chime for 6 months and have really enjoyed the mobile app, easy to use, transfer money quickly, and great security. A big change from my old online bank is Chime has no fees when I use the ATM or debit transactions, its freak'n awesome!!

    I used to love this app until the stimulus checks started to come out and them advertising they take stimulus checks. My was posted Wednesday and I still havent got mine. There is no customer service so they cant help you! They havent been able to tell me anything about my account

    Horrible!! They tell you to write "For deposit to chime only" on the check and it was my IRS check from my taxes. Then after I did that they said they couldn't deposit it. So now MY ENTIRE CHECK IS USELESS. chime said they can't do anything about it and unfortunately I have to get a new check. I'm cancelling my account immediately

    Read the fine print. There are many exceptions to what they call "fee free." If you use cash AT ALL this is not the one for you. Ever been charged to deposit money into your BANK account? This offers nothing more than a prepaid card.

Because of direct deposited I get paid two days earlier and because of good standing if I'm ever in a financial bind I can overdraft up to $45 using SpotMe and not be charged overdraft fees.     They are holding my stimulus direct deposit even after I sent documents i reapeat!!!!!! Don't not use these cards they could not help me or tell me anything in a time of crisis this is beyond crazy they promise to not hold deposits and post them instantly and the one time I set it up to be used and needed it the most and waited months money finally come and now there holding it!!!!thumbs down 👎 don't not use this card!!! Definitely could use my pre paid netspend card as always never had a issue

    I love Chime. Should had been with Chime sooner. The only thing I see that i would update is when you purchase something the time isn't accurate with my time. Don't know what time zone they are using but it can be a little confusing. Besides that it is a wonderful experience.

    So far Chime has been excellent to me. Answered every question made processing transactions quickly. The only reason i am givng chime 4 stars is the fact that i am unable to receive a payment from my investment portfolio. Now this could be the investment companies problem or it could be chimes. However thats the only issue i have.

    It says chime will spot you up to 100 dollars of overdraft... Yeah... No... They spot you 20.... Their customer service sucks! You have to have at least $500 direct deposited. I had almost $800 from my work, then tried to get spotme just in case, it wouldn't let me. So I asked customer service and they said that I didn't qualify. UPDATED!!! It's been a couple months now... I've deposited THOUSANDS of dollars and spotme is still at $20!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

    Worst bank I have ever used!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. In all this craziness I get things get mixed in the shuffle however I checked the status on the IRS site and was supposed to get my stimulus check on the 15th today is the 20th and still haven't received it. Instead of looking into what's going on they say check with the IRS like thats actually possible. If I find out Chime took my money I'm sueing!! Currently switching banks!! Horrible! 🤬

    Digital bank with no hidden fees and early deposit. Provides great customer service and is very convenient. I only hope they can improve the time it takes for transfers to post. Other than that, so far so good.

    False, It's not FREE OVERDRAFT it's a free payday loan with the choice of leaving a tip. Now if you are using this as a side account just to add money to and buy stuff on the side, you will not be eligible for a loan at all. Even if you used the account for sometime. (Not worth the space on your phone people!) Why not use a real bank? That's what they are doing with your money when you deposit it in there so called (chime bank) They deposit your money into a real bank. They are just technology

    For the most part, I love chime. I just don't like the way that you have to deposit a check with for chime only on the back and then if it's not deposited you are not allowed to redeposit the check and you can't cash it elsewhere

    Mindless customer service! I never received my debit card, because the debit card was mailed to my physical address, the mailman can't deliver to physical addresses! The Chime Mobile app message said: Your debit card was sent out, expect to receive it on April 28, 2020. Chime customer service never thought about using FedEx or ups!

    I got account because i thougt it would be close to of not yhe same as a brick and mortor bank but its nothing more than another pre paid debit account that really is counter productive as far as linking to paypal or other cash apps. For example i can transfer money from paypal to chime but cant transfer from chime to paypal. Makes no sense and renders it useless.

    First 2 months of using this service, my debit card would be shut off due to suspicious activity and nobody could figure it out. Im a contractor so using the atm for subs or labor hands is a must. I steered clear for while because I got hung up by customer service when stressing my frustrations. But I grew and moved on and been fine for about 4 months. Then my card gets used at a hotel 5 separate times less than 20 minutes from my house on 4/18. I have yet to to recieve promised funds.

    Horrible, the company wont even allow me to see why they can't allow me to create an account with them. I am signed up with an email and password but it wont allow me to reset it saying that based on my account they can't open an account but not even allowing me to modify the application or request a new application

    Dont ever file a dispute with chime ive been waiting since march 26 for a update on my claim. Now i get a email saying it will take 2 more months to receive $90. That tell you alot about what they think of they customers. This was a long time alternate but after this not even worth making any transactions with chime. Day 45 no money and beware they wont deposit ur check from work 2 days earlier just a day. Only thing usefull about chime is overdraft proection Ill keep everyone updated

    I LOVE chime. Someone tried to hack my account I called verified a few things they cancled my old card and had a replacement out to me in less than 2 days. Direct deposit is always early and the app is so easy to use. I will never get rid of chime
