I tried ordering. Was very specific to meet they size chart. I spent over a month & a half waiting. Then 1/2 came in wrong or partial. (1short set, with out shorts) then I've spent almost a week waiting for a refund. Only on the clothes, not the shipping. I understand the cost of doing business. They offered 15% and a 5$ off coupon. They owe me almost 70$. How does this even make sense? I want my money back. They deserve -minus stars

This whole site is a catfish 😂 First off, they lie about their shipping times. It will either be stuck in processing for weeks or they'll create a shipping label but not actually send anything out within time. Two, customer service is horrible. They only respond when they feel like it or not at all. 3, when (or if, and I do mean IF) you actually do receive your items... it's nothing like the pictures 9 times out of 10, what you ordered is not what you're going to get !

I ordered some items and I'm very worried as I had one email of confirmation of my order. A tracking link that do not work. They've taking my money also I cannot log into my account. I tried resetting my password, everytime I typed a new password it kept coming up with an error. I have no idea when or if I'll get the goods I ordered.

HORRIBLE APP. Don't trust these people. Ordered shoes and got a confirmation. Waited a few weeks but shipment didn't move. I asked customer service about the shipment and they said to wait 3 days and your package will come. Waited a week and nothing still. Then when I asked again, I was blocked from sending messages on the app. Now I'm stuck with no shoes and wasted money from this scam app. DONT USE THIS APP!!! IS THIS A SCAM OR WHAT?

HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND SERVICE. I ordered three items, they all didn't look even remotely close to the picture s and the fabric was basically plastic. Sent away for return as they described never got my money back, went back and forth with customer service for weeks and they kept bouncing me around to new people ach time. Buyer beware. I'm out $100 bucks, save yourself the trouble.

I ordered a few things. They are pretty good, but my Christmas long sleeve top was made inside out 🙄 using it for rags now, couldn't be bothered to go to the effort of sending it back. Probably won't stop me shopping again one day, when I am over the trauma.

SCAM. I ordered express shipping (4-6 days) but it wouldn't get here till well past that because process time and delivery time were seperate but this wasn't made clear. I tried to cancel the order a few hours after originally placing it but customer service told me the next day it shipped so I had to wait till I recieved the products, send them back and get a refund. But they didn't send it express delivery so I got scammed the express delivery fee and didn't have my dress in time for my event

Very disappointed.. The site is a pure catfish.. Sizing is terrible. Waited ages for the clothes to come and they are massive! Im now trying to contact site as returning the items doesnt seem easy!

I placed an order with them in June 2021 for $246 and never received it. I contacted them regarding the matter only to be told to resolve the matter with FedEx. Despite paying for shipping insurance FedEx directed me back to this merchant and stated the merchant had to file the claim which they never did. I have been arguing with them for nearly 4 months and I have not received a full refund/full credit, nor the merchandise. The merchant is unavailable by telephone and vaguely replies by chat.

Clothes are cheap. They are a scam. Don't buy from them. Shop local. Sizes arent stable. One large is the same in medium for one and xl for another and large for another. Quality not good. The customer service treats clients like polite morons that will take 10 percent refund of their item when it says return. You have to pay to return the package to them to get a refund. So you aren't getting a refund and have no product. If you want them to ship you a larger size you pay for that shipping.
