Good to see the live queue times, but planner is very glitchy. There isn't a confirmation screen once a guest is added, so ended up adding loads of guests by accident and subsequently having to delete them. The app also lacks an obvious feature that I would most recommend. When you view ride or attraction details, there isnt a map button to click in and view on the interactive map. The app could be so much better and more useful if they ironed out and improved customer-focused usability issues

The app is consistently wrong with queue times, most of the time a huge underestimation, occasionally an overestimation but never correct. I had to close the app and reopen to get the app to work every time I opened it.

Not brilliant but usable. The planner section doesn't work, each time I try to access the app crashes. The map and ride info is good but this also crashes sometimes

Don't even bother using it for queue times. They are never correct. For navigation to a ride or your closest overpriced eatery it's OK.

Needs a video or more photos of each ride within the app - would make decisions much easier and quicker. Planner is easier to see at a glance, when editing.

4G is sketchy at Chessington, connect to the Free Sky WiFi onsite, this app then works perfectly on site. Great tool. Ignore bad comments from people that fail to understand the difference between a bad app and bad connection😜

It's useful but the ride queue times aren't always up to date and it's difficult to find the rind you're looking for without clicking on every icon to find it. It would help if you could search for a ride and it would highlight where it is on the map.

The queue part of the App didn't work for most of the day.. Its the main reason I wanted the App.. Also a ride my partner wanted to go on was down for the whole day and because the App didn't work we didn't know if it had been fixed or not.
