No issues from my standpoint. We don't use the app much because the desktop app is more robust and faster. Other reviews say the support sucks but honestly I've had no issues getting my requests responded to very quickly. The support staff has been great.

I'm using this to keep track of ticket sales. Terrible app. Doesn't show all tickets sold, only the last 50 or so, have to count manually to make sense of how it's going.

Purchased the lifetime pack and support with Tickera is very unresponsive. Would love to work with this product but they are not committed to the project would not suggest using.

Same issue as another user where you can scan the same barcode twice and it is still valid. I am using the woocommerce add on and have confirmed that only 1 check in is allowed per ticket. IOS app does not have this issue.

Very simple to use and makes our life a lotttt easier. we are using tickera for one year now and i wish we knew about this app earlier. The only thing i can think of is i wish it gives us a warning if same QR is scanned twice. Currently if we scan a QR twice we get sucess message both times.

Was sceptic at first as Tickera system was pretty pricy at the time, but as soon as I deployed it on my website, it paid off really soon. Check-in app is great and dead simple to use with no glitches whatsoever.
