Overcharged! I was charged a lot more than what they promised. I booked a room at Circus Circus, just to be charged double the amount once I got there. I used CheapTickets because they said all fees included in the price, including resort fees. That wasn't the case and ended up paying almost DOUBLE the amount.

Chose dates on stay hotel automatically and made me lose $136 for reservation on wrong dates that I cancelled just 2 minutes after I made the reservation and noticed it had wrong dates but they (cheaptickets) could not refund my money even after I contacted the hotel directly and they agreed to cancel and refund. Bad customer service.

No customer service. Messaging lodging feature had never worked. Can't get past chatbot. If you ask for live agent it errors out or says sorry try back later. Did this over 20 different times.

Cost to cancel with phone representative, can't get virtual on line. Bought insurance in case if needed and did need to use it and really complicated to use. Really not to impressed

I am unable to communicate with them about my airline tickets and hope they are ok cause I keep getting messages that I am not responding about changes which I did and they might cancel my tickets That would suck.
