Hi, I'm confused about what happened between my old tablet and my new one?Both are android, my old one was about three years old and it played this program. I thought I wouldn't have the same none opening problem as everyone else had discribed. Well, I was wrong. The new tablet won't run the program either. All I see what I start the game is a purple screen with Charm Interactive Story Game and that's as far as it will go. So what is the answer? What update will fix the problem?

How come this game is taking soooooooooooooooooooooooooo long l waited for 40 hours but it didn't open and my other phone this didn't happen why is it happening to this phone that l'm holding l thought both will work that it has no problems

Your app will be so much better if the features were a lot better and listening to feedback that is being send to you. If your team continues to ignore these. Then shame on you. It won't let me get pass the beginning which is the Charm logo with the subtitle below it. This is the worst app it needs more improving. You should've worked on it more to make it much more enjoyable. Edit: Just terminate this game since your team isn't even doing anything.

Very disappointed to give it one star. I was looking forward to it. However it doesnt even load. I have been waiting for 20 minutes for it to load. Unacceptable. If you fix this issue i may bump it up to 3 stars. But seems as other people have complained about this and you have done nothing. I doubt youll actually fix it. Shame.

I cant believe it. Its actually true. I didn't even start playing the game and it didn't start. Now I cant rate the bottom stuff like gameplay and graphics. I just really want to try this game so please fix it. Plz plz plz plz fix it. I will try to rate from the pics from the app store though

Hi, I just installed this game and it was not loading I had cancelled all my plans to reload and reload the stupid app, when the app had finally loaded it was not working properly, so I was done with the fuss and deleted the app, this app does not work on androids, trust me. Not happy. No new books. No new book updates. Book endings reek. Very poor customer service. App will NOT load on the android platform for the last 3 weeks. The 3 books in the pic... not even on the app! App has 4 books thus far and those 3 aren't any of them. The "chat" portion of the chapters... needs either a lot of work or to be taken out altogether it's that bad. I DON'T give bad reviews usually & I give the benefit of the doubt unless extremely warranted.

This game looked nice but i waited for an hour and it did'nt open i got so impatient that i uninstalled it if not i would not even give it any stars becaise i don't know how the game is.😪😞

I just don't know that WTH has happened to this game. It keeps loading and loading. Before installing this game I read all the reviews and all the reveiws were too critical but then also I decided to give it a try but I was totally wrong. Please fix this bug.

This app won't even load. I'm a kid and I am not allowed to read T rated story's so when I saw that this was rated E I was so happy. Please fix. I will keep the app and check every once in a while to see if it works
