What is the point of having ticketmaster tickets if you have to use ANOTHER app just to access them? I was gifted tickets through Ticketmaster, but they don't populate there. Have to download this app just to get them. Trash design.

Very poor! Constantly having problems downloading my season tickets which is the only way to get into SOFI stadium on game day. Have had to get help at the gate every time I go to the game. Dissatisfied

Does not work. Error message saying my phone is offline, which it isn't. Stalls when trying to associate parking pass with my account while I'm signed in. Other than that, terrific.

You have to link three different accounts to access your tickets. I get very random alerts and notifications throughout the day and there's no way to stop them other than turning off notifications, which defeats the purpose of having the app for news and updates regarding my tickets and events. Edit: app stopped showing my tickets. I have season tickets and can't access any tickets or passes anymore. The ticket tab just stopped working. Fix your app.

Absolutely horrible. Paid good money for season tickets and the barcode wouldn't load in app even with sofi stadium wifi. Was told by supervisor at stadium that my tickets were fake and was humiliated in front of tons of people after standing in long line and went through security. Wasnt able to get issue resolved without going all the way around stadium to box office to get my tickets texted to me. Missed almost all of 1st quarter. Hope this app can be fixed asap.

I am unable to access my tickets under account manager. After reading other users comments I'm fearful that the tickets I have for November might not be accessible. will change rating once issue is fixed.
