Chaos Control was created to help you manage your goals, to-do lists and tasks in both your business and personal life.

People don't usually achieve impressive results simply by being good at task management. It's the ability to set legitimate goals that makes the difference. Just write down your desired outcomes to make them real. This simple technique helps you to prioritize your goals before acting on them.

Chaos Control is a task manager based on the best ideas of
methodology created by David Allen. Whether you are running a business, launching an app, working on a project or simply planning your holiday trip, Chaos Control is a perfect tool to manage your goals, juggle your priorities, and organize your tasks to get things done. And the best part is, you can handle both heavyweight project planning and simple daily routine like shopping list management in one flexible app. Also, Chaos Control is available across all major mobile and desktop platforms with seamless sync.

Project is a goal combined with a set of tasks you need to complete in order to achieve it. Create as many projects as you like to write down all the desired outcomes you have

Create unlimited number of projects and group them by category using Folders

Organize tasks from different projects using flexible context lists. If you are familiar with GTD you would just love this feature

Set due dates for tasks and make plans for any particular day

Put all the incoming tasks, notes and ideas into Chaos Box in order to process them later. It works similar to GTD inbox, but you can use it as a simple to-do list

Chaos Control works on both desktop and mobile devices. Setup an account and sync your projects across all of your devices

This app is designed with creative people in mind. Designers, writers, developers, startup founders, entrepreneurs of all kinds and pretty much anyone with ideas and desire to make them happen. We combined the power of GTD with the convenient interface to help you with:

I love the app, but just updated my Pixel 3 to Android 12. It seems to have broken the app. It opens with a pop up that just has an "ok" button. When I tap it, it immediately closes the app. I have the premium lifetime membership if I remember correctly. Also I can't login to the website. I'm pretty sure I am putting in the correct email address, but it won't let me change my password, which I can't remember. Please help!

This app is great. The chaos box method makes so much sense to me. I basically use it like a brain dump and anything that's swirling around giving me anxiety. I just throw it in there and deal with it later. The tasks within the projects within the folders are super handy to keep my brain organized. And the support is amazing. They responded to me so quckly dealt with my issue even quicker. It was so nice. Breath of fresh air. Thanks so much to the creators!

I have used Chaos Control for just shy of a month to help me with establishing routines and reminders. I have ADHD and the GTD method that this supports is the best way to keep me from becoming overwhelmed and having things go un-done- which just makes it worse. This ap does the GTD method very well and when I recently replaced my phone it was awesome that soon as I logged back in all my stuff was still there. This ap I definitely will be using for as long as it's supported.

Keeps me on top of my to-do list. I enjoy using it. I have the premium one-time payment option and so far it has been a great investment in my everyday life. Strongly recommended for those who want to stay ahead of their tasks.

I really like that this app doesn't have ads (only have to pay for extra features) and the structure is intuitive and helpful for sorting tasks and ideas (today, tomorrow, chaos box). I also like that you can quickly mark start today or start tomorrow because in evenings I always think of things I want to do tomorrow but don't want showing up on my plate the rest of the night.

Very useful. I'm still learning it, wish it had checklists, but the flow and user interface are great.

Free option is a little too limited. I think this app might be exact what I need (love that it's organized with a convenient way to look at the coming week, and it looks chock full of features), but the free version is too limited to even really evaluate it. I need something to remind me of daily tasks, and I seriously can't believe that recurring tasks of any kind are a premium feature. Couldn't even really give it a go to find out if I want to pay for it, really disappointing.

Wonderful app. Most useful app on my phone. Only disappointment is having to pay twice to get the app on both phone & PC. It looks like now, with subscription model, perhaps we do get both (?) But I bought the app outright before it changed to subscription model, so I still have to pay twice (the full price of buying the app outright, plus paying for a subscription) if I want both. All the other apps I've used only require one payment for phone plus PC. It still deserves 5 stars, though!

Great app! After testing a few, went with this one and quickly upgraded to premium version. Reasons I found it useful are as follows: the "Chaos Control Method" found in the side menu really explains everything very clearly on what the Get Things Done method is and how to get the most use out of the app. Also can upload to your calendar(s). Another bonus is for users of Sectograph (app) as it thus indirectly loads your days plan schedule into Sectograph app to use there as well - sweet!

Best app for GTD that I've found. It flows through the different steps and does a great job of setting up your daily task list. I spent several hours the first day consolidating months (and maybe years) worth of notes, lists, project files, and more. When a random thought or new task popped up, I was able to quickly put the task in the chaos box and get back to the task at hand. The due date, start date, and reminders take a bit of time to figure out, but once dialed in the app is seamless!
