Please make the text bigger and add more screen reader support for people with vision impairment. Even your website has better accessibility, and works better than the app and yet you keep pushing it.

This is the best news app I have ever used. Not only is the content great, but I find the technical conveniences like being able to adjust the volume and brightness of the screen with a simple swipe to be extremely useful. The only negative I can think of is that I wish it was possible to adjust the font size. The print is often so small that it is a challenge to read. Especially for older users like myself. Other than that the app is fantastic.

Video and written reports seem to be good. However when come to graphic and still photo, which are difficult to read because zoom-in function is not available for adroit phone.

Great app for news from a different view points. They also have a channel on YouTube, but quite often YouTube removes their videos, so installing this app is a must for uncensored news.

I like reading articles from CGTN, but am finding the whole interface very unintuitive and clunky. It's organized in a way that old articles stay at the top of some news sections. And some sections make no sense (Into Tibet, but with articles not about Tibet. Road to Xiaokang). And to top it all off, the app requires a lot of permissions, and keeps on asking me for them, pretending app is not loading. None of my other news apps requires a single one. I find it easier to read CGTN from Twitter

I like reading short news pages on CGTN, unlike the long read on SCMP. But very often, news page closes automatically going back to previous page, even without touching anything on my Samsung S5e. This problem is just like the SCMP news before (only that it goes back to home page) but they have managed to solve it after some updates. Hope CGTN can do it too, soon.

Apps keep closing automatically and reopening as soon as you read the news. It occurred quite frequently. It's really irritating and discouraging for reading. Please, please FIX the BUG - FREQUENT INTERMITTENT AUTO APP CLOSING DOWN. THIS BUG IS VERY INFURIATING AND IRRITATING!!! PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM. IT IS LONG OUTSTANDING.
