The new update or whatever you'd have done has made this app deregister my device everytime I try to log in or when I do log in everything says no scheduled payments and I know I've done everything right to have my payments on so fix it up because I can't afford the stuff around.......I'm so sick and tired of this happening everytime yous try to fix it if anything yous are making it worse

Extremely poor decline in ability to retain information that's been filled in for reporting. Sometimes I have to input my partners and my income and hours and submit/edit my report 3+ times to register it into the system. Have had to call Centrelink to amend my pay numerous times because I've been overpaid and therefore have accumulated Centrelink debt - this is ridiculous, especially for a struggling uni student who can't afford to pay the excess money back. Please improve your app.

Constant glitches. So hard to work and navigate. Click on reporting and it glitches to some other part of the app. Feels slightly like entrapment, the way it glitches.

I found a glitch that allows you to report income but still receive full payments. No one at Centrelink or jobactive seems to care or want to hear it. Maybe an app developer cares that their buggy software is causing people grief all across Australia?

Geez I'm starting to get pissed off with this app every time you bloody open it it's got to be updated. The old app was so much easier and you didn't have to keep updating every time you open and use this app. Not to mention this new version I did today 22.9.2021 is not only more complicated but looks horrible. The version before that looked much better.

Nice to know that the developers bothered to test this on a range of physical devices, platforms, and run through common tasks. I had a time out happen without warning, gui faults, and it offered none of the functionality that i was told that would exist by the underfunded workers. It just seems a reskin of the website, wholly unsuitable for usability, accessibility and getting anything done! An app that plays window dressing to Indigenous Australians (change theme??? REALLY??) but a waste.

It's a bloody necessary but frustrating app, since the government changed the social security/Centrelink offices into limited ways they can help & made it impossible to get anything done unless you get this app & the myGov app to link up and then you can get things done. If you have memory problems or brain injury and forgot your password then it can be a time consuming and tedious process to actually get to access your app and do anything on it.

Cannot enter hours with decimal place, every time I lodge I have to leave out .25 to .75 of an hour, giving an inaccurate result, and when it asks for 'date paid', it won't let me enter any other date other than my lodgement date, when I actually get paid the day after ... this doesn't make sense is creates discrepancies later on. Resolve these issues please.

Frustratingly quick to time out, especially when trying to collate figures as you have to sign back in with your pin from the beginning and are returned to the home page. Tried to edit income report and literally unable to enter a decimal point or minutes for hours worked. Cannot enter acurate times.... And this is after the update. Disappointed.
