Good app but i don't understand why they should cap buying airtime for Oreedo, what's the reason for putting up a daily limit??. I should buy as much airtime as i wish, that's my take. Suppose one has an emergency in a place where there are no airtime outlets? Again, why should an app request your debit/ credit card pin number?🤔.

Really bad user experience. I buy a new mobile and moved my application to the new mobile. I didn't remember my password because I always use biometric. So I changed my password in new mobile by providing card PIN, ID number, mobile number, OTP. CBQ blocked my account and cards saying that it's a suspicious activity. I contacted customer service and they give me another number, I tried in that number also but no body answered. For a day I was without cash and made my day worst. Not reliable serv

The app work well except for the annoying "CB Value Pack" pop-up that keeps showing on top of my credit card balance on Account menu. I keep closing it but it shows up again as soon as u change menu and go back to Account menu. I even bought the pack hoping that would make the pop-up disappear but it literally got bigger and now shows more info about the pack.

At first was working very good... Bank transfers and all fine... Now everything is processing well but when I say transfer it says "there was a problem communicating with the server. Please try again" I tried doing it from data, wifi, restarting the phone, all possible means back and forth.. So disappointed

New user but when I try to register for mobile banking on the app, the screen where I'm supposed to enter my pin - that form simply doesn't allow me to enter my pin. Can CBQ fix this ASAP?

Convenient app to use but if you're running a maintenance or any fixes, for god sake please inform the users. We depend on this app on daily basis and if you are doing some fixes, just alert us through any mode possible.

Last few month to i m change my sponsor company. company also has change CBQ a/c close nd open one nd one previous and present. When i get my new pay card from present company that was cannot register again same old number which is i use log in previous company a/c, how i gain can log in CBQ aap?
