Very bad app and very bad customer service when i used this app to chating with customer services and explain your problem after that i dont know if they close the conversation or it logout automatic and when you login again then new employee and explain again and logout again it happend 6 time today whithout reciving any answer

The app's online customer services has always been a good experience. No glitches, no other issues. Except that i get logged out when I stay more than 6 mins, which isn't really a big deal to me.

I am very dissapointed with sevice center staff. Nobody given any solution or any type of support. I connected with 3 staff ( TALAL- SG286 , FATIMA-SG342 , JULIA-SG511) all service center staff welcome me in chat but not giving any kind of support or any solution.... i am very dissapointed with AL TIJARI customer sevice center staff special above mention peoples....😔

If there is anything less than one star I would give it to this app, It is basically over designed while most of it does not work. and for their so called In-App "Customer Service" these guys are the worst most unreliable redundant contact center I have ever seen and I have 4 other accounts in 4 other different banks. the purpose of all of this is "Smooth Customer Experience" which is exactly what I did not get wasting hours repeating the same procedures/verifications with more than 6 guys there and in the end I simply did not get my request submitted nor processed !! amazing how simple things can be over complicated by poor planning. I strongly recommend anyone to avoid this bank for their useless app that you can not accomplish anything with due to their incompetent in-app customer service which is rated below zero. Note: Be aware of the fake reviews !
