I downgraded my review because after being at about level four hundred and the castle renovated, all of my progress was deleted. I am extremely upset and I tried everything, connecting to Facebook, uninstalling, nothing is working and I've emailed the contacts for the game and still have received no response or help of any kind. I'm disappointed because I absolutely love this game but going back to zero progress is ridiculous.

Update: After taking far too long, and being totally ignored by the "help" people, the game finally fixed itself (Yeah, I'm sure people were involved, but I have no firsthand evidence). Annoying as hell, but, whatever. Original review: Doing great till level ninety five. The game is partially frozen, and won't let me progress because it is literally impossible to clear the screen. Won't get rid of the blocking acorns, freezes completely after one or two explosions from a barbell bomb.

Very cute game,one of the better matching games..nice story line too. Need to get boosters from ads please. Need a way to get extra lives please been playing now awhile love the game but for the love of god fix the boosters!!! When you combine 2 or more you should beable to clear a good section but it dont!! Very frustrating when you have 1 move left and you need to clear 5 pieces and 2 boosters together didnt do it!! That's a PROBLEM

This game is fun, when it works! I am currently on level 633 and the game is frozen, and the acorns don't pop. I have wasted more premiums trying to get the game to work. Very frustrated! I also did not get my coins that I paid $1.99 for. I am ready to uninstall the game and call it a day!

I love the changes that have been made, you get more rewards faster, and your booster sooner. It got way too hard that I would play the hard level until I ran out of lives, then frustrated and deleted the game

I love this game, I love the interaction with the characters plus I get to decorate the castle, I have yet to get Alice some new clothes, but thats coming soon, thank you for a lovely game!

So far it's good but I must agree with the other review, the dialog is weird I have seen foreign movies with better scripts. Should be worked on more. But thanks for fixing that level I was stucked on.

This game was fun and a great way to pass the time. Since the new update I am unable to play. Very disappointed I will not be able to get the Halloween decorations. I'm at level 597 and was really looking forward to seeing the castle threw till the end. I can't get past the title screen. It's frozen. Tried to uninstall and reinstalled and same thing. This last update made it worse. Please fix
