Was working. After an OS upgrade, partially broken now. 1. any time the wap is off line and reconnects, some of the indoor units/heads will be off line, others will be online. Those that are off line, need to rescan their QR code and re-setup. 2. Biggest issue, now I can not get into the Functions screen, to edit the scheduling of the indoor units/ heads. When the system was installed in the early spring, I could get into all the screens NP, scheduling was a great feature.

Got a carrier mini split system. I have had the wifi option for a few days. Everything was working fine. Set up schedules. And relax. Now, a few days later. I go to open the setting window. So thet I could access to their app and postpone one of the scheduled tasks. And all the apps does, is force close the app.

I tried to use this app for my new Carrier mini split system and my experience was awful. HW setup constantly failed. App continually crashed (e.g. Couldn't access app if it were already open. Had to close and restart). Every crash ended up opening my email, but then email would bounce. Luckily I found the Midea Air app and that worked. Basically the Carrier Climate app is a buggy wrapper around the Midea Air app/API.

Crashes, can't control on/off times as advertised. Stuck, will turn on, but not off. Can't make changes to settings. Doesn't work .

App crashes everytime I try to view the schedule to make changes so auto summer routines are stuck for the time being. Automatically opens up a bug report email that gets a bounce back.

The app crashes every time I try to access the schedules. This needs to be fixed, it's a totally necessary feature!

It no longer works consistently. Every time I open the schedule for my AC unit now, it force closes. This app is trash.

This app is like using something around the time a cell phone was created. It's old, useless, and doesn't work with Google Assistant or Alexa. It serves no purpose and I paid extra to have WIFI service! Update the App!!!!

Very limited app. You cannot set up notifications, does not sync with remote and already showing glitches and have only been using it for 3 or 4 days.

Very Glitchy and slow. Have to constantly remove and re-add devices. Doesn't work with Google Assistant. Almost completely useless!!!
