Always have problems with this app, couldn't update, try deleted it and couldn't download.

Yesterday cashier insisted to pay by carrefour wallet so i opened the app and the app insisted on update and behind me is a line of customers,(but i did update few days ago and now again) Works only if there is internet access. Doesn't show purchases. Its only in chinese Customer service won't reply nor resolve situation.CANNOT BE INSTALLED ON SD. If main memory insufficient cannot update, app won't start without update. Let me try to understand... Carrefour is an international company, TW has been working toward official multilingual status for over a decade, all aisles are CN/EN, AND I can encounter clerks who speak English. However, Carrefour TW can't produce a reasonably bi-/ multilingual app. Instead, one must already be fluent in Chinese to navigate deep into the menu to switch it to "English". Then, the switch to "English" makes the app... About 30% EN because all products and categories are in Chinese.

An option to change it to English wld be nice. Actually, I shld say having it as an EASY option to choose your language first might be bright. There is an option to change the language, yet good luck trying to find it unless you can read Chinese in the first place. I did find it eventually. The donkeys who made the app might wanna put some icons, in English, for those who read English, to change it to English, instead of just guessing. Seems rather obvious. It's not exactly rocket science...

After activating the wallet, I used it twice and it was fine. Today I tried to use it, it says my wallet is not activated!! So I tried to re activate it... Umpteenth times and still say system is busy. Stupid app!! What a waste of time

There is an English option but only the setting have been translated. All the products names/categories are still in Chinese.

Cannot make it work. I made 2 purchases successfully, but after some updates the app won't let me access the checkout. It close the checkout window automatically. Fix it please.
