I love eating at the restaurant. I installed the app to scan the receipt to get the points. The first two times on scanning for points worked. Lately, it has said receipt code is invalid twice. There should be a better way of scanning the receipt without having to contact customer support every time. It would help if the app was updated currently since it was last updated six months ago

The app keeps logging me out when I go to the rewards tab. I get an "Oops something went wrong" message and then get told to log in again. I changed my password because I possibly forgot it and the app said my password was incorrect. Sometimes, but not every time, it still says it's incorrect. My 33 points are also missing. It says I have 0 points.

Annoyed already and I just signed up. Like another person said, having to go back month by month for 50 years is obnoxious. You can't even hold your finger down to skip but have to tap constantly. Love the food but likely not going to keep the app.

The best Chicken Salad all around. Everyone is so kind and very helpful when you go in and dine in the restaurant. It's very clean and looks so nice inside. It has different kinds of Chicken Salad. And the grape Salad and Broccoli Salad is so delicious as well. If you haven't never been in there before. Go check it out you will be glad that you did. I promise you that you will go back for more because the food is so delicious and so excellent.

Love the food, hate the app. If you start an order and leave the app, you need to start all over again. It doesn't save any info and I'm constantly getting error messages when I try to do anything with the rewards. Very frustrating.

Dowgraded from 2 star to 1 star. While I love CSC and my location, this app sucks! Wouldn't take my password so I changed it. Signed in then I keep getting Oops, something went wrong. Great!!! Trying to enter a survey code and keeping that stupid message 🤦♀️ What the heck is going on with this app??? It's been great until today.... Now, it's not letting me login. Or I can login and then when I go to do something I get an "Oops something went wrong please login"

Hours for the Pensacola location are inaccurate. This makes online ordering confusing. Also, broccoli salad is not listed anywhere as a side for this location even though you can purchase it in store.

Trying to scan in my receipt but it keeps telling me that something went wrong. Uninstalled and the download it again and now it won't let me log in to the account.

An attractive and easy to use app. However one complaint I have is the sign up screen. The birthday input requires you to step by month to find your birthday. For those of us with sizable life experience stepping down fifty years of months is too much. Allow us to choose the year first and then the month. Give us with old thumbs a break.
