I love the card, it works well and I've had it before. But oh my god, for no reason the app this time will not let me log in. It says the email and pass combo isn't correct even though I use the exact same one on the website. So I'll just use the website since I literally cannot get on the app. And it won't send me the email info for 'changing' the password for the nth time.

I love the designs on the cards. Hopefully the banking is judt as great as the designs of the cards. But so far so good.... So an update after having my card account i love all of the services inside EXCEPT the cash check by mobile will not allow me to cash my check due to identity verrification when ivhave given them all my info countless times to verify my identity. Which now makes the account useless to me.....

The app is very easy to use. I probably would have rated better except for the company that they use for the loading checks option. Occasionally they deny checks being uploaded the problem is if they deny that check you'll never be able to load from that company again so if it's your paycheck and they refuse it you can never use that option again for your check. It will deny it every time after that.

I love my cards I use them for everything . Getting my pay checks early, my reaccurring bill payments,It's easy to move between cards transfers are fast. Easy to understand mobile application, easy to get around on the application. Online shopping some sites don't except it though because it's a prepaid card instead of a credit card, no chip and can not take a photo of a check to deposit because even though I have done the verication with my ID cant snapshot deposit a check?

I deposited money to my card account, which was very Easy!!! I go to the store for a purchase, well my card declined 3 times.... Plenty of money for the purchase however when i go to the app to see the issue. It tells me my card is not active! When minutes before i used my card at a diffrent store!!! I call the customer service number to find out why, the auto bot says enter you SSN and you zip code.i did.They tell me they do not match... I can not get through to the service number without it!

I have very few complaints about my account and usage of my card. It's security features are fantastic, multiple functions such as loading a check and cashing within minutes, makes transactions such as sending or receiving cash from anyone simple and doesn't charge you for it like other apps such as Venmo etc where you have to transfer to a card and get charged for it. I like having the app to check my balance bc if you check it at an ATM there's a fee each time so that's one of my dislikes.

They should put the right purchase date on transaction list., instead they put the 'supposed' date the money was picked up by the business or whomever. It makes keeping track of spending difficult and I feel liked a few times they have screwed me out of money and that's aside from the times I know they tried to get my money and i had to contact them and say "hey where's my deposit?" It sucks because I like everything else about the card. If they fix that one thing I'd be one happy customer.

I love all the card images u get to choose from. The only problem is I can't deside which card I like the most. This is a small way to show off some self expression. Im not sure how good the services are yet so im goin give em 4 stars for now.

I Love My CARD VISA Prepaid Debit !!! It is So Much Easier To Use than Green Dot or NetSpend Prepaid Cards. MY VISA CARD Posts my SSI DIRECTLY EACH MONTH - 4-5 DAYS BEFORE THE 1ST OF THE MONTH *** I then Transfer Enough Money to my Regular Checking Account to Pay my Rent by Check. Everything else is done by my VISA or GET CASH at ATM. : D

I have used this for a couple years now. Got a new phone and I can never get the app to load. Sometimes I'll get to the balance screen, but it never loads when I try to log in. I have tried removing it and adding it back. Not happy!
