I love the concept and the service this provides. If I were to rent a car via GoGet or through a typical rental company for the weekend or a day, it would generally cost twice as much or more. For context, I don't have a car in Sydney but I need to borrow one for the weekend occasionally to get to the beaches, run a few errands, etc. This is the perfect solution for me and my family. We don't have to worry about rego fees, unplanned maintenance, gas, a car payment, etc. but we still get to travel around the city when and where we want with this app and service. Thanks so much CND for building this for AU!

Really great and seamless service, they've got it figured it out good! Used to hire a van over the weekend to move some equipment, both Saturday and Sunday, and everything worked perfectly both times. Van options were super close too. Gave me a lot of confidence, will be using this plenty!

My experience with this app made my last trip home (Melbourne) awesome. I'm not sure if I lucked out with the lovely people whose car I rented or if the app is just super well designed or both. Great directions to find the car, smart things like taking photos of all panels of the car on collection -I can't remember if it did the same on drop off. It found the PERFECT car for me & so incredibly close and the price was unbelievable. I had so much fun driving as I'm still struggling in the US.

The app will not open... it is stuck on the startup screen, i did all the usual diagnostics clear cache, and reinstalling. Cool idea... i wish i could use it!

The online support is fantastic. Biggest issue was selecting a suggested password. Never do this. It never allows you to change password because it asks you for the original which you somehow need to remember. I never saw my key codes appearing either in my app before car or after finishing in the app so had to deal with Philippines for that also. Maybe a UX issue. First time user. Hoping my 2nd time will be less friction. But all in all a positive experience.

My account was declined without a opportunity to re-apply, or a reason as to why they declined my account. Terrible customer service and a terrible way to single people out and make them not feel good enough to use your service without any explanation. I was looking forward to using your service, but I can't say I will recommend it to anyone after this.
