On my galaxy Note 10 (SM-N970F/DS) Android Ver. 11. App is very slow to login, once logged in, if you click lock or unlock or any other functions that relate to the car doing an action, it will take around 45-60 seconds to respond and carry out the action. In some cases, the app would not allow you to login or connect to the vehicle which means you cannot rely on this app work in times of need. I am using this with my 2020 VW Golf.

For 3 days was working fine... Now it crushes each an every time. Update. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it works. Some times though, it shows problem at vehicle health report, drivetrain "please refill" although I have refill the car with diesel 2 days ago. And I'm not sure if this is what it need refilling or something else... After 2 days it get back to green... Slow start up, though...

Used to work ok but always slow! I found ability to set Aircon whilst I was shopping was good enough to warrant paying when the free subscription ended ... but for the past 2 weeks trying to set Aircon just returns a message "there has been an error - please try later" - no details of what might be wrong! I tried to uninstall/re-install and at first I was stuck in a loop asking for username then password then username then password etc. with no error message.

Extremely slow load times. Almost like they forgot to compil it properly. When you get into the app the vehicle updates and features that do work will genuinely take 2-3 minutes minimum to action and even then you're lucky that they work. The only feature that I do find useful is 'send destination to car' which suddenly stopped working two weeks ago.

After weeks of trying to link my car with the VIN number it finally went through and added to my account. However, 4 weeks later I am still not able to link as primary user, so cannot access any features. It constantly states that there was an error. For an app from a company such as Volkswagen this is beyond rubbish.

I have been unable to interact with this App after trying multiple times. I am stuck in a constant loop of entering my username, then password, then username, then password......very irritating, not impressed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and reset my password. Still doesn't work.

Login and command works with delay, but it's acceptable imo. But there are two major problems. 1. The mobile key feature doesn't work. I have a Google Pixel 3 XL with latest Andriod 11, fitted with all common sensors and nfc etc, but it fails the compatibility check. 2. Maps I set in app cannot be pushed to my T Roc. This feature works on the Seat Connect app connecting to Seat Leon, which is effectively the same app in a different skin. Maybe thr issue is in the car?

Nice idea. Used to work v. slowly & unreliably, falsely reporting locked when not (or vice versa), window open etc. (Android app on Moto G(6), Android 9, new T-Cross). Now it doesn't even seem to know where car is (showing location it left over a week ago) with same range as it showed when it had half a tank more fuel! I now suspect all info is old & unreliable!

Could be better a lot better, the route and destinations do not import to the Discovery Media Satnav, put the facilities back on the web page. If this is how to tempt owners to pay for a service, it's not working!!!

I can't even log in, I have an ID but it just cycles between username and password pages with no error given as to why. Unusable. If a paper service book ain't broke, don't fix it.
