Reviews From google play store

The app is really great. It allows you to track CapMetro's unreliable (late) and infrequent service (30 minute routes) in real time. So now I can plan my day a little better instead of just wasting my time and know how long I'm going to be standing around waiting. *I do like the ability to purchase tickets in the app. That is very helpful because I don't usually have cash on me. But of course the scanners on the bus only work about 75% of the time.

They redid the whole app, but it still has the same issue where when you activate a pass for the day, it only stays on the "Active" tab for a short period of time, and then it goes back to the "Available" tab where it gets lost among your other previously purchased passes... even though it was already activated! I don't know why they can't get that to work correctly. The app knows the pass is active because it displays an expiration date, it's just in the wrong tab so it's hard to find.

It used to be good until the update on 15th September 2019. Now it isn't able to process and give the tickets. Goes on showing the spinning circle 'Placing your order. Your order is being fulfilled'. I just got a mail that amount is deducted from my account. Purchased 2 day passes for $5! Will I get it back?

After years of using the same info, I now receive an error "The email address associated with this Google account is already registered." and can't access my account.

New update bricked the app, had to uninstall / reinstall for it to load, and it claimed my ticket was locked to another device. Missed my bus fixing the issues, and had to purchase a day pass while waiting for customer service to unlock my original one. Plus they changed the QR code on new version and it can't be read by the scanners on the bus anymore.

The most recent update causes your tickets not to load. Uninstall the app and reinstall the app, then it will let you pull up your tickets but they will be locked. If this happens to you, call customer service, they will ask for your log in email amd then they will unlock the tickets you have already purchased.

I'm reducing my stars because when i try to buy a ticket, the app freezes, then when i restart the app, no tickets are in the available tickets tab, even after i get receipts in my email from Paypal, i loved the old version better than this updated one

After the update I had to uninstall and reinstall then sign back in to get my tickets to show up. I think this is a good direction for the app but jeeeeeeez what a bad roll out. Maybe force a cache clear or sign in because I couldn't access my tickets this morning and I was like plz ticket person don't get on the train.

Latest version is showing quite a few issues for me. Slow to load, purchased tickets not loading at all, purchase screen never updated. And the app no longer shows bus schedules, it only lets you plan a trip, it was useful to be able to see the schedules without having to plan an actual trip.

I have a Pixel 2. While visiting Austin for a few days, I bought and used some tickets from and to the airport and some other places. The app worked fine for this and I didn't experience any issues.
