I tried to collect my points of 40.70 but it was not successful which I did not know why. I took photo of the receipt and submitted on that day itself but my apps didn't show any updates of it. I am certain I did it on the same day. Such a disappointing apps, so heartbreaking. Also, I tried to get assistance at the info counter but the app cannot load, sad.

First time trying to use my eVoucher with several stores but faced with frustration. eVoucher screen showing the merchant QR Code is invalid even scanning for several times. I thought maybe, it's just that particular merchant QR code has a problem so I tried with another merchant but still having the same problem. Just imagine the frustration when there's a long queue behind you and you kept trying to scan the QR code to pay for your purchase. Can anything be done?

Please bring back the physical vouchers! I received a few hundred dollars of capital land mall vouchers but had only used once to try out the app. I had difficulty updating the app thereafter so I have not been able to use my e voucher. Make things complicated only.

This recent update is making it worse. Hangs and time out issue. Wanted to use CapitalEatz but failed big time. After verification code, it went back to same blank page with login link top right corner

Wonder why after the update, I can't input purchase value. Update: Uninstall & install resolved the issue. Hence update star rating from 1 to 4.

Every update it will changed my setting and turn on promotion notification. Very sneaky and irritating. For Capitaland to take note. DO NOT change my setting in next update! My review shall remain 1 star until it is fixed.

Used the app build in camera function to take photo of the receipt and when saved, the image became blur. And got rejected due to blur image. Its the app issue not our camera. :(

After update. It does not work on my Android 5.1.1 Samsung J3. It crash the moment I launch. Update v5.8.9 can work on my phone now
