This app logs me out after every use; every single time I try to log back in I get an error message. I know I have the right password as I can log in on my PC or on my phone's browser, but this app is the worst thing I have ever been a part of. My appendix is more useful and I had it removed 25 years ago. Edit: Customer Service for the app is non-existent. Tld me the error is - of course - with me. I have 70 apps on my phone and they ALL work but *I'm* the idiot? CT earned its nickname.

This is an interesting app. The wishlist feature is great, even shows me what aisle the product is located in, great for creating a shopping list. However, prices do not seem to reflect what the cost in the store is. I've added items to my wishlist to check daily for them to go on sale, only to stop into the store at random and realize they're already on sale. So now I still have to be checking the flyers. Fix that issue and it's a 5 star app!

It never remembers passwords, and when you try to reset your password you re stuck in an endless loop where you need your password. This app sucks, for a corporation as big as Canadian tire, you can easily spend the money to make your useless app useful. I get irritated every time because it never remembers the password and you can't retrieve it or reset it. Terrible app, f-ing useless.

Frequently makes me re-enter my password even though I have remember me turned on. Then it won't let me log in. Dumps me completely out of the app. I am up to date on the updates which say they squashed bugs but it seems buggier than ever. I can't see how much Canadian Tire bucks I have because I can't get into my account. Would like to order something online, but can't get into my account.

The app looks really great, but it doesn't function very well. I find I get glitches, and when I go to add a card it won't let me pass the privacy and agreements page after I fill out all of my information and scroll through the agreements. The app requests my password to many times and it is frustrating now at this point... I will change my rating once the problem is fixed.

Good for searching for items. Sometimes when I am activating offers, I notice that others offers I've activated will deactivate on their own. Also the wish list doesn't show all items stored in the list, seems to be limited but doesn't tell you there is more, or another page of items. Then when I delete items, others will show up. Also why not show the item # in the wish list, so it's easy to give to a store employee.

Can't sign in. Telling my email address or password are not valid. I changed my password in June 2020. I always have problems signing into Triangle & Canadian Tire. I am typing my password in correctly & of course my email is correct. Had that email for yrs. It's frustrating. Aug.31-2021 I called customer service, got help.But the App still doesn't work on my cell.. On my cell, I Uninstalled, then Install App again. It won't let me sign in with my PW & email and I have it set at to stay 90 days

As many others have stated here: Wouldn't open, kept saying "something went wrong". I'm not spending all day trying to fix a problematic app just to buy something. CT would be wise to fix this or continue to lose sales. Uninstalling, back to Walmart.

They don't make it easy at all to search their own company product item codes on the receipt to find the product you bought. Even google doesn't pick up their own product code thru the online search. Would be a very given thing to make it searchable by the item codes. Their own employees can search by that on their cellphone system but not this app.

The app allows you to access your local Canadian Tire flyer right from the app. You can also search for products by name, brand and SKU number. When you enter the app it automatically switches your preferred store to your closest Canadian Tire. Very simple, very user friendly, great app!
