I like the fact that your customer service is always responsive and even the music stations are also good, but still your app is not perfect. Too many premium stations which we can't play because of subscription, your notification bar is also buggy, don't remove until we have to remove it. I don't like your greediness towards the money. At least free some stations with ads between them, that's fine. I will be looking for improvement in further future.

I have enjoyed the calm radio app but now I don't have a "subscription" even though they have taken the monthly payment from my bank account. I attempted to contact customer service and they replied asking for my username, email, and proof of payment. I supplied all three items. In the last couple of weeks I tried two more attempts to get a status. They have not replied back. So I am paying for a service I cannot use.

I use this to help me focus away from the unrelenting traffic, construction and mower noise and the screamy children in the prescool directly behind my place. Its too much noise for me, and the app really helps. We crank up the Beachwaves, Northern Birds and Windchimes channels to have some indoor peace from the outdoor cacophony.

I signed up and I saw that with the code it was $40 something but you actually took $69.99. I signed up on my computer but can't see how to sign in on my phone. I have loved the sample.

Great idea! Neads a lot of polishing. 1) I wish there is a pure black background in the app. 2) Change buttons icons into a flat new ui as they look like legacy icons/buttons. Will share other ideas if those were fixed đ

Overall this is a really good service but there are some huge compatibility issues with smart home base stations. It's extremely complicated to get them to play this app.

Hi quality audio, I listen for hours on end. Pro version a must. Wish it was easier to pull my favorites back up. Always have to use Browse to search for my faves.

The app is free to download but the channels are NOT! You can only listen to "sample channels" as the voice asking you to subscribe to a monthly fee explains. If you don't pay. You can listen to classical instruments interrupted by the voice asking you to pay the subscription. You can listen to that ad free on YouTube

Super slow and clunky app. Music take eternity to start playing (tried 3 different phones and same problem on all 3). They claim that the app is intuitive and easy tl use, but its not. App does noy seem to have gone through any usability testing at all. Thankfully the music is really good so i put up with the super painfull app.

There are so many, many stations to explore, it's hard to decide what to listen to next. Customer service is super responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. The Premium version is the way to go - more features and it's more economical. Love it!
