Not user friendly..I couldn't find any option to upgrade my plan or choose my number..even dashboard is not exist..it's very hard for me to understand how other are giving 5star ratings for things that doesn't exist..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I wish I had the option to rate it a negative star. The most horrific experience I have ever faced. None of the calls got through...and the only thing I got was missed call notifications. The customer service guy was beyond acceptable logic. They recommended me to buy another phone to avail the services of this product. Do Not waste your money with this product.

I've had this service for over 6 months. The app does not work properly. Everyday I have to uninstall it and reinstall it just to get it to work correctly. I chose this service as a business line and seriously regret it. They charge for outgoing minutes after I paid hundreds for a years subscription. They charged for a extra line on the same account I wanted for my assistant. I'm very unhappy and will not be renewing.

The idea is here but too many thing ain't working: 1) conflicts between phone calls & App when forwarding enabled. 2) sometimes app is not ringing at all- you have to restart it, empty your cache, but even after the bug comes back. THIS IS A MAJOR BUG because if you haven't unable forwarding you will simply miss your clients calls! 3) we cannot change global settings (number availability, support, account info & subscription, ...)- & when you try with your mobile browser they write you a friendly msg to tell you that the full version is only available on Desktop. 4) SMS section does not work with Phone contact, as for CallHippo contact there is a bug which makes impossible to select a contact. On the overall this app is too much focused on outbound calls which is working fine, while they seem to forgot to take care of the inbound calls section which is very important for many users! (& we can have the same remarks for their website as they have no functionality to receive inbound calls from Desktop browser)

Pathetic experience overall. Lags all the time. Calls get cut on their own in the middle of talking. And even when you force stop the app (cuz it won't close when you close it) your phone will be in a calling state and won't allow you to play videos because your phone thinks a call is still in process. I had to uninstall and restart my phone to restore function. Even then, I gave this a try from another device and the SAME issue occured. Dunno what's up even though we pay for callhippo's service

I enrolled in this service six months back and haven't faced any issues yet. I am using the number as the second point of contact and I must say the call quality is excellent. The features that have helped me the most are Call Forwarding, Team Collaboration, Voicemail, and Call Queuing. If you have more to do with calls, CallHippo is the solution. I strongly recommend using it.
