I have been playing Caesar Slots for over 2 years. In my opinion, I have found it to be more fun and profitable to try to win/complete the challenges, chases, and side games than it is to try to win at the slot games. While you can get some huge wins playing their slot games, I found that I lose more than I win over time. However, I have also found that when I place more emphasis on winning/completing the challenges, chases, and side games, I win more coins than what I lose from the slot games. If I was to rate Caesar Slots purely on their slots, challenges, chases, and side games, I would give them a 4.5. So why did I give Caesar Slots 3 stars? 1. They have done away with my favorite games, like Columbus Strike, and replaced them with side games that are much harder to win/complete. Even if you purchase a package to help you win, it will mostly not get you any closer to winning/completing a challenge, chase, or side game. I wish they would bring back some of their old games. Harder to win challenges, chases, and side games + less rewards + less winning = "I'm getting bored" and a minus on this review. It's almost like they have someone who recognizes when a game is easier to win/complete and they either make it harder or do away with it. 2. Every time you buy something, they increase the price of that package. For example, the first time I purchased my vault, it cost $1. The second time, it cost $2. The third time it cost $4, and then it jumped to $12. At that point, I refused to purchase my vault again. To me, this is just pure greed. If they had just kept the vault the same price at $1 or $2, I probably would have spent way more than the $7 that I have spent thus far. To be honest, I do not understand this strategy of increasing the price of their packages until the customer finds it not worth it. I am not into sales, but if I were, I would not sell my products in this manner. 3. They change the challenges/rewards in the middle of their side games. For example, a while back, I was playing their side game Freddy's Food Truck. In order to create a dish, you have to accumulate a specific number of ingredients (ex. 6 chickens, 4 onions, 4 tomatoes, etc..) to create a dish. One day, I was playing and was able to create multiple dishes. By the end of the day, I had won a lot of coins and even won a Joker Chest (their best chest). The next day, they doubled all of the ingredients needed to create a dish (ex. 12 chickens, 8 onions, 8 tomatoes, etc.). Totally lame!!!! 4. Customer service sucks. When I first started playing Caesar Slots, their customer service reps were super nice and they catered to me the customer. For example, there was a time when I had a problem with my Spin button. When I pressed the button, the slot would not spin, but it would take my coins.. When I contacted customer service with this issue, they sent me a free coin package that was worth way more than what I had lost from this issue. Nice huh? Now, when something like this happens, they reply with some BS response that has nothing to do with what I was contacting them for, which basically is them just giving me the middle finger. These BS replies have gotten to the point where I have stopped contacting them because it is a waste of time. There's the good, the bad, and the ugly. 3 stars.

I've played this for over 10 years now but lately it's ridiculous. So expensive and you never win anyway. It's the prettiest and (when you are winning at least a bit!) fun casino slot game out there imo, but I rarely play anymore because you lose in 10 minutes no matter how much you buy or spend. I won 2 out of 35 spend earlier and both were a fraction of my bet. It gets boring so quickly. It's a shame. No more for me!!

Losing interest Quickly! The games all start out fun. Quickly as you do nothing but lose all your coins as you try to complete all the impossible to compete side games and quests. The slot games give little to nothing and force you to spend real money. I am not doing that. There are way to many games online to play to invest in a slot game that gives nothing but impossible slots and impossible to win side games.

In the last two weeks I lost 90 billion plus all the little that I won. The daily missions are horrible. It takes me most of the day to complete betting 100 millions. If your mission is win mega wins you will end up with big one if lucky. If mission is win so many mega you willbe getting only big one. Games are not play friendy. I like the look of the games but it was stressful to play. Also now even when I was doing all the mission I only made half way through the bar with the pet threats.

Originally, I gave this a bad review because the game itself wouldn't work. That said, they must have done a fix with one of the updates because it works just fine now. Loving the game! I saw a lot of negative reviews saying it's "too hard to win"... This is a slots game lol you're not going to win 100% of the time. I've managed to get a 200 million coin balance and if I can do that, anyone can do it.

Am not too sure about the, 'New and Improved', improvements.... The games I like are the ones that, over the last 5 years, keep getting replaced. There are now so many other little side games going on constantly interrupting the main slot game play, suddenly...taking you here and there away from the game you were playing and liking! That messes up the mojo. It's depressing. It adds to the new claustrophobic feel of all contests are no longer available. You're playing w/& all by yourself now.

A fun little casino game to play and pass the time... But some of the games do not give out any bonuses or free spins period. Then you end up losing all your money that you've saved up 😢... Sometimes you can do a coin purchase and within three spins you've lost all your money 🤔...

I'm not giving this one any stars. It's trash. You get no recharge as far as what accumulates when you run out of currency to gamble and when you win, it's next to nothing. To really make any progress you must spent off your credit card. Just not fun enough to hold interest for very long. Ther are some others I'd rather play. I'd give no stars if I could. But, is what it is.

It was fine until they introduced the turtle and then the other animals and sidetracking you so you can't concentrate on just playing the game I don't think it's cute it's very annoying and then it's hard as hell to get out of the game because there's no exit that I could find

If you're going to make the game hard and impossible to win, can you at least stop forcing us to feed the pet when we get just enough for a milestone. I want to get alot of treats and have a certain amount. Then, I want to use a treat booster so I can move on to the next level. BUT NO! You shove that stupid pet in our face and one can never finish the level they are on. Since I'm a "customer" now, I suggest that you fix that annoying pop-up to feed the pet, otherwise, I'll quit this game.
