If you want a great no-frills app that just lets you type in a single font and autosaves with the least number of button presses - then is it. I'm sure they'll add more features over time, but I hope they put those in an Advacned version keep this Basic version for people like me who just want a barebones no frills text editor.

The functionality of the app is excellent. The downside for me is the lack of the ability to buy a clean copy. I don't mind paying for software that does what I needed to do and I really hate having to watch ads just to use a piece of software.

Great features, but every time I want to do something a pop-up says it needs to be restarted... you lose what you're trying to do... there's no app update for this...

I was looking for an app to write and export txt files. The other text editor wouldn't let me. This one works but it took a good couple minutes to figure out. First it was saving to some emulated storage thing, but you just click browse, show internal storage(top right ...), then the list on the top left to change it. When saving, don't delete the .txt(or .html) at the end of the file name or it will just save as a "File." Those were the two problems I had. The rest is exactly what you'd expect.

This app was lagging really badly. In that time, I somehow opened up the file browser and accidentally selected an image file. It actually tried opening it, but it obviously couldn't do that so it was stuck forever. I mean forever. It wouldn't let me close it out or anything so the only solution was to delete and reinstall it. How does someone screw up an app that badly? This app isn't new, so if they haven't figured this out yet they probably never will. Yikes. Time to find a new text editor.

I've gone through a lot of text editors & note taking apps - other than occasional ads & no way to permanently get rid of them, I like this one the best. It does just what I need without the addition of things I don't need. The main attractions for me are the abilities to use different fonts, bold, & underline. Thank you, developer!

Used to love this app. But now, and not for the first time, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. My phone rebooted for some reason, and even though it was still installed, no icon. Had to come here to start it. I am working on a very difficult SWD problem where substrings are getting moved around. I've almost got a handle on this really laggy device, and then this happens again. Probably lost my work! I've been working on this for days.

One of the better text editors that I have found, but why does this default to saving text files as HTML? At least there should be a setting to allow it to default to saving as text. I gave this app a good trial, but I am going to delete it. Also constantly creates new zero byte files for some reason. Just too many annoyances to deal with in what should be a relatively simple app
