For buying a new card, the place is not updated. It was written available, but it wasn't. And it was not only for one shop, but many around you ( I was in a big city, not remote one). Don't choose a non-Indomaret option, except you are patient enough to handle a long complain-mechanism and take a further place recommendation (which is not solutive for me). I strongly suggest ByU to shutdown the non-Indomaret option if the system is still not ready. So you can minimize the complaints Thankyou

Very bad Signal is good,every time open the app always pops "something went wrong". I never know how much data left, its definitely cant check. The data consumption is so huge, i wake up in the morning just open yt just once, but i was shock it cost 2 gigs of data, i check this using internet speed meter,and at the afternoon my data usage is 5,4 gigs.this happen everyday,this is very uncommon. I use SIMPATI before with the same routine it didnt ever take more than 2 gigs a day.

Signal is good, but every open the app always pop-up "something went wrong, please reload and try it later" Please fix the apps and make it stable

Overall, it's good. But, for an average to poor finance person, i think some packages aren't worth to buy due to price increase these days because of the pandemic. Ex: last year 10GB for 1 day is Rp 10k, now it's 12k.

my number is active, but i can't make phone calls and text messages, can't receive them as well. it's a shame. i used to enjoy by.u a lot because there are numerous options for mobile data packages, that are suitable for me in many occasions. this has been going on for the last 2 months at the very least. at this point, i'm really considering to stop and tell people not to use by.u.

Not sure if i have to keep using this provider. Only good in prices for topping up of kuota but not good enough for network. Almost 2 years but still has weak of ghe network. This is the worst provider ever that i have ever used. If this provider not going to fix it,. Really sorry if i have to change. Sorry for ma bad comment and complain. 🙏🏽🤗

Not really have a good and stable connection. Youtube is okay, but the apps itself sometimes can't be opened with this data (the apps can run perfectly if I used wifi). Problem with instagram and pinterest too. But, quite good connection when gaming ML and Genshin. The biggest annoyance is I can't check the quota on the apps because it can't load the pages (pls don't tell me to restart the phone when I just want to check the quota).
