    From someone who never works out really due to chronic pain, this is nice. It eases you in but you feel the work as well. I applaud the maker (or makers) of the app. Easy to follow with the counter on and its really nice to know what the propper action is with the videos.     This app has been pretty awesome. I've been doing the days they give you as well as my own thing. They have plenty of options to choose from when it comes to work outs. This app has kept me on my path of working out which is great! I do have one complaint though. The app is supposed to remind you to work out. Mine never goes off. I normally work out after work any way. But to have that notification would be nice for anyone that needed the reminder. Other than that this app is great!

    Just started workouts again yesterday. App is very easy to use. The reason why it lost 2 stars is because there used to be a voice counter that controlled exercise speed (counted each rep) but it isn't there anymore so u have to count by yourself and press the checkmark after each exercise is done.

    I used to do about 200 squats a day, even though its a great workout it never gave me the results I wanted. With this app I can feel my legs burning. I do increase the reps cuz i find it too easy. But I love the different exercises and looking forward to complete the 30 days. I can already feel a bit of a change.

It would be incredible to have one app that have stretching routines and my training option like in Splits in 30 days app by Leap Fitness Group and all routines that have that one.

    Love this,starts off easy then gradually builds up, don't have to spend along time on it but you can Def feel and see the difference if you keep at it! I really enjoy how it changes to a different exercise often so you don't get bored and work all different muscles.

    Love it, but do it with ankle weights for faster results. Marshall's or TJ Max sells them for $4.99 for lbs weights 2.5 each but if you are really up for the challenge put both on each leg per exercise. Awesome app, follow as instructed. Gives great tips for posture and nutrition as well.

    Edit: I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Got the voice coach back. The voice coach is gone, meaning that I constantly have to look at my phone instead of focusing on the workout. Also, the ads are too many.
