    I love this app! Its super helpful and has many different cool exercises to do. You can actually see some results after a few days. It is 5 stars however, is there a way to maybe pay so you don't have to watch anymore ads when you start a workout? There used to not be ads, but it just takes more time and there's not always a lot of that to give when trying to workout. But that could just be me. Other than that, amazing app. I use the abs one too! (The ads part isn't super bad though)

    Seriously I don't know weather to doubt this app or not. I just done hiit intermediate 10 minutes and I burn over 300 calories. Seriously that can not be true. Does this have bugs. Loving it. Done 3 workout and it says I've burned over 600 calories. I love that its free, I don't mind the ads.

    Love this app! I have used it on and off for a few years now and it's a great way to get in a quick workout when you have limited time or you have kids who dont ever leave you alone. I pair this with 30 to 50 minutes of speed walking and within 2 weeks I always see a change. Unfortunately I am terrible at being consistent, but I did this app every day last summer and I was rockin' the short shorts and tank tops all summer! I recommend this app to all my friends!

    This app is so helpful! I'm in love with it! In like 5 days I see some results and my friends saw the changes of my booty too! I'm so proud of myself because I'm not too lazy to do every workout😂. I do some exercises in the morning and at the night before I go to sleep and I really like it! You should try it!     Only used it for 1 day, but from what I see it can be helpful to get into exercising. I enjoy that the exercise sets are a 10 min and allows time for rest between each activity. My complain so far is the inclusion of planks on day 1. For those that are overweight or rarely exercise, planks are very difficult. They hurt my wrists and my bad knee. It would be nice to manually replace them with alternative exercises, similarly how pushups alt is wall/inclined pushups.

    January:My thighs started toning in a week, visibly. It's a good app. Makes me feel good, they give helpful tips daily, and makes ur butt look fuller for real, no lies. I've used this before when I wanted to do a challenge and it worked. So now I want to firm up again, I reach for my tried and true🤗.. edit: october:I installed again 💪edit: it is now January 2021 and my hips are wider and my butt actually grew more, unbelievable.

    This app is the best thus far! It has reminders and it also has plans that will correct physical problems like bowlegs n knock knees as well! Its more to this app than just excersise! There is meditation, yoga, hydration, fasting, stretching and more! You are guaranteed to find what you are looking for! I overall love this app!!!

    I loved it ! Add more workouts which are 40 to 50 min long ...or just make a kinda play list , like for a perticular part like legs and if we click it then the whole playlist get downloaded. It sometimes gets off (not so energatic and enthusiastic ) when i do it again and again. And yeah the playlist should be of more then 40 min. To really burn that part fat like anything. Thank you!

    Really good app. I choose the easiest program. I like hiw the breaks are 30s, and how they show you how to do the excersise the entire time and when you compited on your own you tap the button. Really nice that you dont have to rush to mimic the animation. Great design, the apps are not noticable. Would recommend ^^

    Literally started seeing a difference in my butt just after 3 days of using this. And they not only have buttocks excircise, but also many other different excircises for different body parts you want to target. The voice over and the animated coach makes it really easy to stay on track during my excircises and stay with the flow of the coach so I know I'm not going too fast or too slow. It helps you stay on a steady paste, also it keeps track of your excircises and your progress your making👍🍑

    Honestly I don't do it every day. I do it maybe 2-3 days out of the week and today I am on my 29th day and you can see a huge difference in my behind.     I love how easy the steps are and the voice that gives you helpful tips during your exercise. Also love that it is a fast exercise. Im a busy mom of 3 kids. Hard to find time to workout. Especially with a 5 month old baby. My only issue is that there are reminders that go off 2 times a day to do the buttocks workout and you cant delete them. There is only 1 workout per day so why does the reminders go off 2 times a day to work out? Are you supposed to do the same workout twice?

    When I first installed the app, it was great. You can access to any excercise just by looking at an ad. After 3 or 4 days, I can't unlock new excercise anymore. No ads popping up. What does that mean? That indicates me to buy premium version? Edited : Turned out to be because of my weak wifi signal. It's all good now. Thank you.

    Awesome app. She even gives you tips during the exercise but she doesn't talk to much. Which is great because I like listening the music. Oh and a great thing about that is when she does talk for a brief moment it doesn't interrupt your music playing. Kuddos to the app. I highly recommend. Has me sweating even after 13mins!!

    I love how this app give short exercises. Also, I already see results using abs exercise. My tummy already lost 1/4 of its size, just be consistent and I take 2 days off. I have one concern, I need a wider hips and smaller waist set of exercise but there's no option for me here. Wish you could add one atleast just 7mins, it is enough for a day :)

    Brilliant exercise but I have to go careful with my right hip. I had an accident & had a total hip replacement it,s o painful even now 3yrs later but I really want to do this as I have no bottom at all it,s completely flat. Will I be ok pain & mobility wise. Arica

    I have done this exercise in 2018 and 2019 and both times have achieved results from this app and now im back again because I've lost weight and my butt is going flat i was 89kgs since last year now down to 78kgs only because i work too much but not because of exercise.I wish we could post photos of our before and afters.     I personally and currently am a self-conscious young girl. I'm overly skinny, can barely put on weight due to genetics, my waist is small, I have a very small chest compared to the others, and my hair is very uneven and short. But, I found this app and- it just makes me look at my bottom everyday cause now I finally can be proud of having something attractive. In just a couple days, I saw results of it getting bigger.     The best training app I ever got. Here coach tells us what to do and sets a timer of 30.seconds for each exercise. It also gives rest for 30 seconds after each exercise. Best app I could ever get. It motivates me like a trainer.

    This workout app guides and counts off through every routine which is super helpful. Not all apps do that. Edit: 9/2020 update made it so it doesn't count off reps or even say the exercise. To me, an app like this is only really useful for the audio.

    I absolutely love this, no crazy music, no peppy trainer voice, excercises are not easy but not impossible either. No equipment needed, maybe a matt. You will feel the burn after a couple of days.

    I love the apps whole setup. It's easy to navigate and has everything you would need to keep up with your exercise routine. I like that it's animation of a person. This help with self body imaging. Which means. If you see a trainer that has this amazing butt with a flat stomach and seems like someone created her in the eyes of what the world says is beauty. Then chances are you will say.... wow, She has a nice body. But, you will still analyze yourself and compare what you believe are your own flaws to what you see on your screen as perfection. Meaning, you are not giving yourself the chance from start to see that you are BEAUTIFUL and God makes NO MISTAKES and that it is okay to want to be healthy and to want to take care of your health. So, love yourself like crazy and remember you are BEAUTIFUL and your look do NOT define your HEART! Hugs!!!😉

    Luv it! It's what you make it of course. There are ads, but none that disrupt you in the middle of your workout. The coach is great and assists you with accurately performing the exercises. I also like how there are reminders you can set to motivate you to exercise on thise lazy days and there's also rest and recovery days for your muscles and body.
